Sir/ Madam,
I would like to inform that I am a regular user of BSNL telephone at Rawatbhata since last one year. Previously, I used to receive my telephone bill at appropriate time interval.
But, Since March-2008, I switched over to broad band connection. After that, upto 1-2 months, the bill was received by me, but now, from last 6 months, I have not received my monthly telephone bill at my residential address.
Kindly do the needful in this regard.

BSNL — users name not being provided
it is realy with great pain and disappointment i am forced to write this mail. i had applied for a broad band connection a month ago. with lot of requests to the concerned bsnl office things were installed at my place in piece meals. now after the lapse of one months period the whole show is stuck up by not providing my user name by bsnl dept.BSNL has not perhaps woken from its slumber, they are to be informed that the world has progressed. when asked for the users name i am told time and again that the usersname has to come from banaglore . i dont know where the banagalore in their thought is. things are flowing with laser speed now a days and my user name is not able to travel the distance.
it is my humle request with the authorities that the telephone along with the modem may please be removed from my place so that i can approach some other service provider with better service.

My broadband connection is not working I submit an application in 13 march 2009 & after 12 day I get username & password but it is not working already I cheeked in our Chunar B.S.N.L Office but they don’t know what’s a problem because our B.S.N.L Mirjapur office don’t have Technical people.

i am not able to use or login in to my bsnl mail account it say wrong user id and password?
i had changed my password in both portal and broadband id.
i am able to access both portal and broadband account with same username and password but not able to access only mail account.
so plz help me out.
is this a time pass forum or what.
