I have visited your Porur Exchange several times for giving Login Id and
Password. Every time i have been told that it will given to you in the telephone.
Till date I have not received. For the last tgwo months my usage is more and
i have been billed more.
i have applied for additional static ip.but i did not get it yet
Eventhough u cant see ur Data usage on dataone.in, which i do experience, dont believe in the MEter shown

Download DUMeter from net, for which the trial is free for 30 days, it generates chart, hourly report, daily report, weekly report, monthly and yearly reports too.

so this is damn good than the BSNL meter

even u can show this as a proof for overbilling,

    I have applied for broad connection on 1st Aug. 2008 but still I could get the facility
    iam new subscriber to braodband internet connection 750plus plan
    and i have paid Rs 2500 on 4th Nov 2008
    and my phone number is XXXX2049
    and my order number is CG37188

    and till now today as 19th of Nov 2008 they has not installed any internet connection

    Please take action onthis report who ever is this concern to

    I have been informing about the falut in broadband connection with the J.E, Shri Venu of Malkajgiri (Hyderabad) region for the last one week. But he denies to send his workers/engineers with one pretext or other. He strait away denies to come to see the fault at home i.e., where connection is installed with the land line telephone. He tells that the fault will be corrected through telephone. Please advice the said JE to keep my broadband on line immediately.     I am old customer of BSNL since 2006 regulare paid without any delay & having BROADBAND CONNECTION also.

    Since one week My phon is not working -dead, day before yesterday it has connected & now its working but Broadband Internet is not working
    I was try to call customer care but there is no response (1500, 198)except Toll free no.[protected],
    3-4 times communicated with CC, Mr Rahul, Mr.Sagar ... Good Response from all CC but they could not solve my problem
    Lastly I gave call to[protected] Mrs. Laxmi recived my call Reg.My broadband connection she said she had reset my password but still it has not solve.

    Note :-I have been informing BSNL CC That my Mrs. & me both are working & if any BSNL exicutive want to visite my home to solve internet problem
    they can come, most wellcome but before 12 pm we will be avialable.

    This is request please resolve my Internet problem ASAP & Please deduct service charges for this month bill coz morethan 1 week problem with bsnl BB

    Dear sir/madam,
    I moved to sri Krishna nagar colony, chintalakunta checkpost, L.B. Nagar, Hyderabad, 5 months back. After moving here i tried to take BSNL broadband, and came to know from the BSNL authorities that the wires are cut off for this section. Its been 5 months and till today the service is not restored. Many people 've complained but till today no action 've been taken. It has come to out notice that private internet operators 've cut off the wires and the BSNL autorities are bribed for not restoring the service so that they can establish themselves. Can you please take this complaint and restore the service as quickly as possible because the people are suffering a lot.

      Customers of BSNL Post paid mobile pay their bills regularly but is not being credited to their billing account. Ultimately, the subscriber's mobile gets disconnected due to no fault of theirs. The paid bill is shown in arrears in the forthcoming bills with a late fine imposed on the already paid bills. The BSNL Offices never picks up calls to hear customers grievances. It has also come to light that bill paid by Mr A is being credited to Mr B's account. All these mix up plus their non-interest in picking up customers' calls is of great irritation to the "valued customers" (supposed to be). Though the officials of BSNL are aware of these, they take no interest in solving the problem. The BSNL authorities better take up this matter fast as they're losing their credibility and customers are switching sides to other service providers like Airtel, Reliance, Aircell etc.. Is this problem being faced by customers of Kohima and Dimapur alone ?

        My BSNl landline at home 2341 4573 is not working properly (It is too noisy and cannot hear properly) since 3 weeks. Kinldly arrange to fix the problem.

        My BSNL Landline instrument is not working properly and i have been raising complaints many time, but have'nt got any response. Even i have visited and met Exchange manager he also not able to understand the problem, please let me know to whome shall i contact for this problem.

        In my landline i can able to make local calls but not the tollfree numbers, even bsnl complaint also i can't. Ex the number 1800***** etc and bsnl 1500 these numbers also i cannot dails when it ask for dail 1 for english and 2 for kannada when we dail 1 it says invalid entry and even when it ask to put our phone number dail then it reply wrong numbers.
        My landline number[protected] outgoing and incoming calls are being locked for not paying bills. Although I have made payments prompt and much earlier than the due dates. I have all receipts of payments with me.

        I made complaints with the Joint Engineer, Online Website and calling 1500.

        5 Men from BSNL came to my house for an unreasonable checking of the wires. I donno whom to blame for this ideocracy.

          I am using BSNL prepaid card. I am residing in villianur and iam working in one of the school in poraiyur. When i try to contact any of my friends through my mobile. I am geeting the message as "Error in Connection for the past one month. Please reply us about the problem and try to solve the problem as soon as possible

                Sir,

                I want to disconnect my telephone and internet serviice and i am trying to do that from past 10 days. I have more than 10 reference number regarding the same, talked to prateek ( supervisor gurgaon), ashutosh( manager noida) but still my services are not disconnected. Your customer care executives and airtel outlet people gave no response even on written application submitted to vikas puri airtel outlet.

                Please look into this matter otherwise i will not be left with any option except filling a case in consumer court.

                    BSNL Prepaid Connection — faulty sms

                    I'm Arun krishnan, advocate Thiruvanathapuram/ Ernakulam. My mobile no is [protected]. I'm not able to sms[protected] starting from the evening. I have registered a complaint with the costumer care 3 time in the last days they asked me to wait for 48 hours it ented on 11-01-09. please see what can be done to healp me.
                    so many times i complaint that my hello tunes on my bsnl mobile no. 94190342 must be deactivated because the hello tune was activated without my consent.
                    So, please deactivate hello tunes from my mobile no. [protected] as soon as possible . Otherwise i will disconnect my prepaid connection.

                    Hi this bsnl caller tune service is handled by private players (onmobile), that is why they are looting people by giving this service without asking customer and charging them in the end of month.

                    Otherwise, govt. stratergy is to serve the people.

                    Even if you complain many times nothing will happen. Every month they will deduct Rs. 37 and tell you due to technical problem they are unable do anything. I with all my friends will surrender our BSNL

                      I would like to inform that I am a regular user of BSNL telephone at Rawatbhata since last one year. Previously, I used to receive my telephone bill at appropriate time interval.
                      But, Since March-2008, I switched over to broad band connection. After that, upto 1-2 months, the bill was received by me, but now, from last 6 months, I have not received my monthly telephone bill at my residential address.
                      Kindly do the needful in this regard.

                        I made a complaint regarding the disturbances or audio distortion to BSNL on 15.9.08, my complaint No is 36413. BSNL personnel were limited to just enquiring the problem, but not curious in locating the fault and rectifying the error. It is really pathetic, we are unable to hear clearly the caller vioce. Many times enquired, the reply is we will attend it within 24 hours. Terrible service. Tel No. 27177804, Secunderabad
                        I can call five time for customer care for deactivation the BSNL mobile radio, but she say call 12630033, i can call atleast 100 times above, the IVRS system say PLEASE CHECK THE NUMBER, again i am asking Customer care how can deactivate the BSNL mobile radio, the customer care say go to the bsnl office and deactive the BSNL MOBILE RADIO. The customer care centre is very care less to talking

                        so it is thus requested you to guide to how to unsubscribe the above service

                        my experience about customer care is very bad. i have problem that i want to deactivate the subscription of music station[protected]. than i rang up to customer care many times but they failed ti provide the way.
                        I have requested for new connection, while accepting the amount the gentle officers over there in the desk said it will be done in 3 days. But after 7 days when I called the concerned person he said he has received 2 to 3 connections in the same area and he will come and check the possibilities of giving connection and he is very rude and he asked me to give complain to any one you want he said nothing will happen to him.

                        his name is Kale and his number is [protected], I hope the concerned person of BSNL will call him and see to that the work will be done smoothly.
                        This is one of BSNL Land Line Customer Mr. Anand.G. My telephone # is [protected], from the last ten years i am using this BSNL Land line connection. So many times the telephone connection having problems, also this line not working properly.even if i am paying bills always in the correct times. At last from the last 15 days this telephone is not working properly, I already complaint so many times in the local telephone exchange, but till today this issue is not cleared by the local Exchange authorised personnel. Due to the land line problems& non responsibility of the BSNL local exchange personnel, i forced to take an private mobile connection in the last week.
                        If the telephone bill paying is little late from the customer the concern BSNL personnel is ready to disconnect the connection quickly. I thinking the telephone facility is for our emergency& Preliminary requirements in the current human life. I have hope if giving instruction by you to the Concern BSNL department personel it will cleared with in one hour. So please do needful...

                          Though trying a no. of times to check my usage detail, I was unable to do so because the system is not responding to my portal id & password.
                          this is obviously very frustating & time taking and moreover my bb charges are shooting sky high.
                          Moreover, I have submitted a request for change of bill plan i.e from 250/ to 750 PLUS on 2/9/08.It seems that no one is bothered and loss of tax payers money is taken for granted, as no action is still not being taken on this regard.
                          THE CUSTOMER CARE service is totally in shambles, as most of the time the customer care executive is not available.
                          If possible and if your office time i.e after the leisure time u enjoy during office hours, permits, then kindly look into this matter. My no being[protected].

                          with refrence to telephone no. 23386660 the connection was disconnected for non- payment of bill dated[protected] which was paid on[protected] vide reciept no.0613708 and another bill for rupees 26 which was also paid by reciept no. 0613707 on[protected]. after making the payment I am making daily calls for the connection of internet though the telephone has been reconnected. I am being assured every day that the internet connection will be restored with in one hour but as ususal being a government organisation internet connection has not been restored so far. I am very disappointed. hence this complaint for immediate action in the matter.

                                My old telephone no[protected]STDPCO) has been applied for shifting to Redhills Telephone Exchange on 29.10.2008 at Kalmandapam Exchange. The Phone connection( only wiring ) for new place was given on first week of January 2009. But not given new telephone number and connection to the same. But I have received one Telephone Bill for the new connection on 19.01.2009 to my old address.
                                The due date was 12.01.2008. I saw the new Phone Number[protected]by seeing through the bill only.
                                But telephone connection was not given so far. As on to-day I will not get telephone connection .
                                Pls do the needfull and cancel my previous bills which were prepared during the period of not functioning and not given connection to my Telephone.

I have already approached the local BSNL office and i've handed over the copy of the payment receipt but there is no improvement. When i tried to reach your toll free nos : 1500 & [protected], the nos weren't working and i started wondering if there is any customer care if at all in BSNL. When tried to log a complaint in your site, the customer care portal offers service only for existing BSNL customers. Is there a dedicated customer care for new clients.

                                My telephone is out of order from 23/6/09. I registered complaint in IDS, after repeated complaint to the JTOs, Clerks and linemens they didnot rectify the fault. they are very lethorgic and no one is responding properly. i have to check my mails regularly but i was put in trouble. this was a routine problem in gudvancheri telephone exchange. kindly the superior authorities should check whether the registered complainets are rectified in time. and for me still howmany days does BSNL personnels required to rectifiy this fault.

                                It is high time that Chennai Telephones is revamped or let to Private participation to save the interest of the customers.

                                It is very strange that even a request for a new land line/broadband line thru their "online registration", news paper advertiment to send an SMS to a mob. number and to contact tel.no.1504 have evoke no responses for reasons best known to CHENNAI BSNL alone.

                                One fail to understand when Chennai Telephones is not prepared to meet the customer expectations despite their advertisments, it is better they refrain from advertising which result in avoiding misleading of customers.

                                Any takers in Chennai Telephones and raise to the customer cry???!!!

Few years I am using broadband connection for the same no. I also maintained prompt payment for that too. This month beginning I started facing lot of problem with broadband connectivity as it is not connecting within the normal timings that used to be and disconnect frequently that has interrupted many of my overseas clients chat which put me mental agony and humiliation.

                                To restore my service I have repeatedly approached customer care contact no such as 1500 and 1504. The contact information as follows. The complaint made on 12.08.09 complaint no: 88439276. The complaint made on 16.08.09 with staff Amalraj complaint no: 88442310. The complaint made on 19.08.09 with Parameswari complaint no: 88445026. The same complaint reminded to Ealumalai on very next day of my last complaint. Again complaint made with Ravichandran on 23.08.09 complaint no: 88449544. All my efforts gone vain till today no action has been taken still the line is in the same condition. Pls advice me what should have to do further to rectify it or do I have to go for any other better service provider. Your most valuable advice will help to take correct decision.

                                One of your employee namely Soundar Rajan whose GSM is [protected] came to my house whom i contacted in your BSNL (near Air port branch ) and collected IRS 500/- along with filled in form with all supporting documents 10 days back.

                                So far there is no sign of him as his mobile line is switched off.

                                Kindly investigate the same and reply me - what i need is internet connection right away than money.

                                Consumer No. [protected], Ph: 22249867; I requested shifting from Nanganallur to Kelambakkam vide AN 62509211 dt. 20.11.11 They disconnefcted on 26.11.11 promptly but nothing done till 32 days not even telephoned to my contact no. On 20.12.11 I enquired at Nanganallur Customer Centre and understood it is not possible to shift and asked me to close. I closed vide Request ref.61519692, AN 62544760 dt. 20.12.2011, surrendered the DEAD INSTRUMENT immediately at Nanganallur Exchange and submitted the ack. at Guindy office vide their Ac. No: 2110/20.12.2011 for refund. I have already paid the disconnected period 26.11.11 to 30.11.2011 but also the DEPT WAS SMART ENOUGH to charge me full for phone & BB from 1.12.11 to 31.12.2011. IT IS NOTHING BUT TREATING A DEAD BODY WITH MEDICINES AND BILLING THE CLIENT.!!!. TILL TODAY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE REFUND. I sent very many mails to AO, then some mails to GRIEVANCES CELL. No reply till date for so many mails. I sent mail to GM Appelate who just forwarded my complaint to irrelevant dept. like POST MAN. As a lay man I can understand that my AO is AO 7 and phone No.22501844, whereas GM Appelate directed me to contact 24344641. When I contacted them after long trial, they asked me to ring up to 22501351 / 1328, in turn they told me to contact 22500230 / 425. In BSNL office or Exchange if any body get them on line IT IS NOTHING BUT TRIUMP. They will not liftr the receiver. If anybody lifted it is JUST AN ACCIDENTAL. BSNL can remove all their phones. Atleast they will not be fed up with ringing sound.As per records BSNL has more staff than AIRTEL, RELIANCE, TATA INDICOM ETC, VERY LESS WORKING / CUSTOMER SERVICE, MORE FINANCIAL LOSS !!! I have NOT AT ALL EXAGERATED anything. Awaiting your reply
                                I have a fixed line No[protected] with a broad band connection . this line is not working for more than 2 months.inspite of several complaints, it was not rectified. I have been paying my bills regularly.

                                I do not know what to do.pl help, else I may have to look for a private service provider.

                                  BSNL is claiming that they have complete structured customer care mechanism in place to serve its customers.
                                  Customers has enough choices in this age to choose... especially in telecommunication field.

                                  What makes me saying this is ... I have registered a complaint about my landline.. I got a docket number also. Right after one month also there was no action.. docket status showing is ... service pending at outdoor... Then I thought of visiting customer care office. When I enquired there they were telling that there is some problem for the cabling and it will take some time. All other lines in my apartments are working fine and only my connection is out of order... I don’t know how the cable problem only for me... and if the problem is for the cable which connects the main box to my instrument.. to change a 10 mtr cable, one month is required ? And if I ask this in customer care the officer is telling me to talk to cable department :)

                                    We are located in Bhopal. We are paying 4000 Rs per month to BSNL for broadband usage. Our modem died 15 days ago and it took about 10 days for bsnl professionals to detect the problem. We have purchased a new modem and still we are not able to connect. They are trying to copy airtel services by calling frequently about the problem but there un trained staff does not talk politely and hang up the phone without finishing the talks. We are a small software company trying to get big in these Indian conditions and this BSNL which has lot of money dont care about services and ruining their image. I dont know how are they into the market.
                                    Broadband service is not working since 40 days.
