Sir,

I have taken BSNL Datacard Rs750pm scheme on 24th Oct. 2008. Till date (4th Nov 08) there is no network connection for Sec-41. I have complained personnally to BSNL office SDO sec-39 many times and JTO in BSNL office Sec-19. They gave only assurance but don't work. Don't pick phone calls, make to sit outside for hours, I compalied even to DGM (NOIDA), yet no relief. Please some one help me from this harrassment.

I don't understand why these employees are promoted to such senior positions and given huge pay from tax payer money if they don't work.

    Hello SIr,

    I want to dial this number, 12667 from my mobile which is of Airtel and i am not able to call the number.

    THe customer care people are telling that they do not have tieup with BSNL for 5 digit number, pls tell me you not having tieup is it my problem.

    I want to access this number everyday as this is the call center number for BMTC, Bangalore Road Transport, the service for this number is provided by BSNL and when contacted BSNL they say that they have given all the access technically to access their number, but Airtel is not allowing.

    Pls look into the matter and provide solutions.

    BSNL — IFB washing machine drainwater is not going out , water is leaking inside the machine

    The machine is giving trouble since 1 week and drain water is not going out. Hence kindly depute your service personal at the earliest please.

      My BSNL prepaid sim had validity till 23 Oct 08 and expiry on 30 Oct 08. This expiry has led to deletion of my entire talk time. The complaint is that BSNL can stop my incoming / outgoing calls but cant forfeit my talktime as that i have already purchased. In case of a pre paid connection the money for the talktime is already paid in advance to the company, hence there is no reason for them to forfeit the talktime amount. Also a period of one week is too less a time frame for such a drastic step as forfeiting talktime. This is a very wrong trend and should be curtailed immediately. The services provided by the mobile company may be stopped if validity is not increased, but how legal is the forfeiting of advance paid money in the form of talktime?

      BSNL — Deletion of Talktime on prepaid

      My BSNL prepaid sim had validity till 23 Dec 07 and expiry on 30 Dec 07. This expiry has led to deletion of my entire talk time.         I have booked my BSNL Broad Band Internet connection in one of your Road Show near Auichi School, Virugambakkam on 09.09.2008. The person who persuaded and booked the connection informed me that the Phone connection will given in four working days and internet connection will be given with in next seven working days, so I filled the application and booked the connection for Home plan 750 . And the person also conformed to me that connection will be given in my area.

        And next day another person came to my residence and collected the required document and Rs.500 for booking and gave the receipt. I have attached a photo copy of the receipt. And till now no communication or concert action have been taken to give the Internet connection. I called the person who collected the money many times and received the ORDER NO after a week. After that I am trying each and every other number to know my connection, no one is giving response instead they are giving another number to connect. It’s going to be two months since I booked the connection

        I do not know which telephone exchange to be approached and which officer to be seen to enquire about my connection. It is really painful and metal agony for me.

        BSNL — New Telephone Connection and Broadband Internet Connection

        In spite repeated phone calls to the BSNL office, I havnt got a favoroble response from the officials regarding the New Connection which i had applied for. Most of the time phone just rings no one picks up the call, even if someone does it, they say that it will take 2 or 3 months to get the connection. I wonder what the senior officials are doing sitting in top position. They dont even care about the customers. I had to cancel my earlier telephone connection just because of the unavailability of proper service from the BSNL personnel.
        Now again the same problem, not even bit has been changed. I have no clue what to do regarding this and whom to contact, since there is no way the our parents can communicate to anyone, even in case of emergency, I hope someone will do something about this after reading the every customers complaints.

        The Error i get connecting my internet is 696 Phone line busy...i cant access net .. even when called to exchange they dint respond to the calls.. even if visited to exchange they ask us to pick the technician and drop them back.. is it wise to change the subscriber cause two months back i had a very slow connection and now again.. will wait for sometime .. if i have been left with no option will opt. other private servises if my concern is not resolved..thank you..

        Hi sir,
        I am in an location named Kovilambakkam near Keelkatalai. I am using the WLL telephone for the past one year which was provided to me in the Keelkattalai exchange. Now there has been a new exchange opened in our area 6 months ago.
        The cables have been laid i our area 3 months ago, but when asked to convert the existing connection to a wired broadband service they are just escallating the case but not even having the courtesy to give a response. I have complained in the service center in madipakkam for more than 3 times and in the exchange itself i have filed the complaint for more than 6 times..
        The employees are reluctant to the process but instead they are telling to change over some other ISP. Well if that is the case then we know. We are looking for a better service. Please provide us with the formal person to whom if we complaint our problem would be resolved. In case if the situation is like whatever we complain would just go to dustbin then please inform that to so that i can save my time doing something better than requesting to these who cant even do their requered work but provide nice counselling..
        It is my ill experience that makes me to talk so ..
        I hope so that the issue is resolved .. Else i will see to it that i take this case as much as possible to higher authorities so that there lazy guys taste their soups..I am atleast expecting a reply...

SINCE I AM MARKETING GUY I WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE ALL THE TIME TO MAKE THE COMPLAINT, MY PARENTS ARE AGED PERSON THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO MAKE THE CONTACT WITH THE NET.

        Dear Sir, My residential land line no.[protected] has been frequently under failure for which I lodged compalint with BSNL and they said that my house is in BPCL Staff Colony which is coming under their control. as such we can not go beyond our main board. is it so ? then who will take care of my grievance, since i am your customer, it is your duty to rectify the defect permanently.

        Last 2 months my broad band connection was not working. My no is 26563121. Morethan 15 complaints registered for the above issue. As of the problem was not attended by the telephone dept. But every month they send the bill without any delay.
        Hence I request you to solve the problem at the earliest or cancel my connection at the earliest and send the refund amount.

        Sir, First of all thank you for your quick and satisfactory service. I have applied for broadband connection on 17/04/2009 at 10.30 AM. Today it is 24th 5.30 PM.         Dear Sir,

        due to worst BSNL service I came forward to cancelled my existing line . since connection every day new problem i am facing some of the problems are

        1. at time of booking the Franche at Ashok nagar said there is no deposit and installation charges only
        but from bill they claimed Rs. 500/- for installation and 1000/- and Rs. 500 /- for broadband
        connection.

        2. Broadband connection provide after a month of installation
        3. recently i requested for plan change from home c 500 to broadband 250 plan, but they wrongly migrated 500 for broadband and 300 for voice, those i never requested for the same. they agreed and rectified the bill later at kodambakkam exchange
        4. recently i paid my bill beyond the due date, they disconnected the line and broadband, after my payment they relised the line only not broadband. its happend more then 2 weeks. I had logged 1500 complaints more then 15 times but no use . you want reply ( sir our techinical person will call you soon )

        i never seen such type of worst service

        I reside at Vettuvankeni. My broadband connection was not working and even my land line too. I registered a complaint through BPO on Thursday (18/06/09). When I registered a complaint against my broadband, the person who was in BPO said 'No complaints can be taken if landline is not working'. I waited until Saturday morning. It was not cleared. So I went to the exchange and complained directly. The person who took the complaint said that he will clear both landline and broadband. Till Monday (22/06/09) nothing happened. I made a call to BPO asking for the status, the person who attended me said, my broadband complaint was closed.

        The same thing happened on Jan 18th 2009 to 30th 2009. I claimed for rebate. But nothing was given. If I pay one day late, you are charging fine. If you people clear my problem one day late, there is no punishment for you people? How it is fair? Please calculate, how many days and hours you have cleared my complaint, according to that give the rebate.

        Every Indian must be happy after seeing your services at BSNL.

        BSNL land line and broadband internet service — Extremely bad service for both.

        I have recently moved from UK to live in India. We have had BSNL land line and broadband internet services installed in our home. Frankly I am dicussed with the service the company had provided us.
        We live in a Village Nizar, which is in the surat district, the nearest BSNL offices that cover the service to us is Bardoli. During the last 2 months we have had no internet or land line phone service for 2 weeks. This is unacceptable to us. You as a company are responsible to provide us with a good service. You will send us a phone bill to pay at the end of the month and expect us to pay the bill in full. Just to let you know that I as a customer of BSNL will take this matter further, as I am very displeased with your service. Coming a country like UK where we do not have to put up with such a low standard of service I will not tollerate this type of service.
        Also I must mention that the other customers using BSNL in our village have the same feelings for your service conduct.
        This type of service does not, by any means match your so called good Television advert, that you as company provide good after service. To me this is a form of bad representation and false advertising.

        BSNL — Asking for due payment when I have cancelled the connection.

        I have returned the instrument and a request application for cancellation of the landline and the broadband connection six months ago (June 2nd week).

        As you know BSNL does not allow a customer to cancel the connection even if the person has to pay more and later get the extra amount refunded.
        I had the yearly payment option for the Rs 500 per month plan and so have paid Rs 6000 + taxes and the corresponding landline bill.
        So literally i have to get the excess amount paid.

        I have paid the bill from the BSNL kiosk in Indiranagar.
        I have provided the receipt as the proof before applying for the cancellation!!

        So instead of paying my excess amount back, BSNL has been troubling me for non-payment of the bills.

One of the BSNL representative came to home and promised that with in a week connection will be provided. For that he had asked for RS 500 as a deposit. He had provided a receipt for the same.         I availed a DSL broadband connection for the landline number[protected] some 5 months back from BSNL exchange office, Kelampakkam, Chennai. The scheme i joined was Combo Home plan for Rs 900/-. But for the past one week am not able to access internet and the telephone is also dead.         My telephone No is [protected] with unlimited BB customer after my return from US and reactivating the services after restoring from the safe custody I have encountered in numerable hardships due to erratic disturbances and very poor speed. My repeated visits to the JTO / AE & up to the level of DGM of Ambattur has not solved any of my grievance. Finally I was directed to install a modem from the open market, even then it has not come to my rescue. By my own trial and error methods I could get the modem rebooted and now a big sigh of relief I am able to lodge this complaint in the internet. Every level of staff in the BSNL is only engaged for drawl of their salaries and perks. Now you can very well understand how and why our erstwhile Telecom Minister w taxes.ho had close net work connections could get as many as 50 to 75 line connection for a family vested media network making the exchequer to go for a loss of several billion Rupees of Govt of India services. All these losses are made good by increase in tariffs and taxes on the common man. We got freedom from the Britishers but for another two decades ry and we will not be able to see the light of freedom from these looters. Former President can only cry and call all the youth to dream for glorious India.

          My landline phone is not working since a month as there seems to be some problem in wiring. No lineman comes at our home to rectify the problem. Poor service by BSNL. Unnecessarily paying rent for it.

          individual — LANDLINE CONNECTION ONE SIDE

          MY LAND LINE CONNECTION [protected] has been made one sided with out any notice or default bill.On enquary, it was told that year 2000'S bill not paid while BSNL is taking line off with in 10-15 days of non-payment, how rediculas that deptt is not bother to adjus bill, already paid and shown to TRA on duty every year on one side line connection and not adjusted till date.

          G.M telephones should ask explaination of TRA staff for this lithargy and inefficiency.

          KINDLY ADJUST THE PAID AMOUNT AND DO NOT BOTHER ME BUT HELP ME, I AM RUNNING TO TRA EVERY YEAR, KINDLY STOP IT.

For some personal reason we have been shifted from our current address #3602/2 Sector-37/D Chandigarh to #454B Adarsh Nagar, Naya Gaon, District - Mohali Punjab. I have submitted the telephone transfer form in sector - 34 Chandigarh around 15 days earlier. Installation has been already been proceeded but Telephone and Broadband steel not been activated.

          The local numbers in Sector 46 Chandigarh has been changed, with the information given by letters, but in era and technology world all expect us to call everybody and tell all for teh change in our telephoe number which we are maintaingin for the last may be last 10-12 years. and GOD knows where all our number is there. Why cant they out automated telephonc message of new number when ever any body dials our old number they should get our new number, normally they are doing like that.

          Still we say India shinning, but we dont improve on small small things. Even though they are seperating the exchange so they should come up with some technique and should keep the numbers same.

          Nowdays on one side things are talking about plans to keep one number for one person and any service provider. I dont if i have to change the number then i can should prefer not to keep bsnl.

          My landline BSNL No. 2358410 of Kalyan (E) is not functioning for the last 15 days. We have visited at leat 5 time and also communicated through telephone also that my phone is dead. No one attended till date. In 2010 also after making complaint they attended only after 2 months and did not waive the charges. Now it is already more than 15 days. Whenever, we visit the person who is available in the office of Kalyan East says. The layman is on leave or just gone out. These kind of excuse always. Kindly take action against such officers.           I booked the broadband connection on my landline Phone-[protected] on 15/01/2011.Since the booking.my phone became Dead.I complained to the DET, but neither the broadband activated nor the fault in the phone removed.I met DET on 29/01/2011 in the Exchange office Phase 4 Mohali. Within two days the fault was rectified.Again after 15 days the phone as well as internert started giving trouble.When my son visited the Exchange and lodged the complaint, the Exchange official told that there is a major fault in the service line .Ultimately I requested for disconnection of Broadband.The Phone is DEAD since a long time. I tried so many times to lodge the complaint.I personally visited the telephone Exchange phase 11 Mohali on12/04/2011 but no body registered the complaint and directed to lodge the complaint on 1500 and tried to register about 15 minutes in the Exchange phone but I failed to do so. Again on 13/04/2011.the complaint was registered.But nobody has attended the complaint till dateBut I am sorry to say that the BSNL is sending the bill regularly. May I hope for early action to rectify the fault and withdraw the bills for defficiency of services otherwise I have to approach the Consumer Court.

          Sir, my complaint is that the BSNL land line is offering 20 percent discount on plans for govt servants. I had taken BSNL Land Line telephone but the said discount is still not being adjusted to my monthly bills. I have personally complaint about this anomaly to the authorities in Sect 17 office (Chandigarh) but nothing has happened so far. It speaks about the efficiency of the staff posted there.               On Calling Customer Care. First Executive talks very rudely, he told me that you can not do anything. and cut my phone.

              On Second time calling Mr. Imran don't give me proper answer and finally he cut the phone.

              i am shocked how customer care executives talk with me.

                  Dear Sir,

                  This is regarding complaint for excess billing of broad band usage on my telephone no 2450110,

                  As we requested them that the time o[censored]sage shown, is when our primises is closed so we were very sure that the usage was not from our number & surprisingly the usage is non stop for only 6 days whcich amounted to Rs 60000/, As for your reference we would like to make it clear that we were using this connection since last 2 years and never our usage were more than the free usage given in package, as we were very active for making our bill on lower side we opted for scheme such as "lo kar lo baat" also, secondly never our usage were more than the free usage given under 250 home plan, and we stopped our usage about 4 months before this miss use, It itself gives an impression that it was misused from some other number.

                  Inspite of repeated request they were not able to give me a proof that the usage was done from this number, and each time they gave me new excuses that this usage can be varified only from Chandigarh & this will take little more time... But at last I used one more option called " RIGHT TO INFORMATION" but you will not beleive that its been almost 3 months that i have no reply to my queries...

                  Lastly I was praposed with second option for giving request of changing my plan to unlimite and that too in Business plan because this connection is in name of a company & they did a mistake giving home paln to a company identitiy.

                  But i am not agreeing to this as I am very sure that this usage is from some other number and i should not go for this rather i seek a justice as soon as possible as now the phone is totally disconnected because of non payment.

                  We would like to request you to kindly look into the matter and get this problem solved as soon as possible.

                    after a lot of attempts made to bring bsnl broadband connection transfer from vidyaranyapura of bangalore to sanjay nagar of bangalore.

                    my telephone number 23641049 at vidyaranyapura, i surendered this connection on mar 2007 and till today waiting for the same to be transfered to my new house. Meanwhile my neighbour has got the connection and broadband and using it without any hindrance.

                    Will they atleast refund the deposit amount i paid to them?

                    BSNL Landline — bsnl broadband - during transfer

                    i have given request for my telephone transfer from yelahanka Ph: 28561129 on 8th Aug, 2008 to Banaswadi. I got my new telephone connection (rather transfer of the phone only on 29th Nov, 2008). And also i have got the bill for the month of 29th Nov 2008 - 29th Nov 2008.(ie for a day) as Rs1850/-.From the month of Aug2008 there has been no use of Broad band also as the phone connection was not available.

                    Kindly provide proper feed back regarding this and rectify the same. I have been trying to contact BSNL since the day i got the bill. But i found no proper response from the BSNL.

                    Kindly rectify this issue..
                    Even I am facing the exact similar issue.It has really poor customer service and pathetic response.And I see N number of complaints logged on BSNL services.Inspite of all this i wonder if there is any reformation or action being done in the system.Horrible!!

                        Sir,
                        My Telephone no:[protected] is dead for the past five days. In spite of booking of complaints no action is being taken to rectify it. I was told that its due to "Cable Fault", whenever the KK Nagar, Madurai exchange is approached. In the last two months in similar occasions they took 20 days to correct it. As a result, my telephone worked for 20 days only for the past 60 days. Still, they are claiming the bill for telephone and broad band as usual. Kindly advise me what to do next?

                        in my wan status i get authentication failure and ppp down, i regularly call to helpline and ask them but they say some reasons like server fault, username invalid etc, i have complaint on 1462008 . the net has been disconnected from[protected] till now thier is no action. but without using net i have to pay the bill
                        I am using my bsnl landline for the past 10years, the line is faulty for the last one month i am very much dissatisfied with your service, i am just booking complaints for the last 30 days, i cant do anything more than this. i am very sure that i will not pay the bill for the next month

                        BSNL Home Unlimited — BSNL LandLine Dead

                        Hi All,
                        This is Janakiraman from Chennai. I bought the BSNL Dataone Home Unlimited Plan. I was having issue with my LandLine being dead for about more than 15 Days and none of the BSNL persons turned up to resolve it. I called up the help Number 1500 and complaint on daily basis for which the same answer that it would be resolved today.
                        But till now none turned up. It is an example of Poor Govt Organisations Customer Service.
                        Also there is no way to escalate the issue to higher officials as they are also travelling in the same boat.
                        I would be better if Govt takes severe action against the officials and people who dont perform their Job as expected.
                        My Telephone no: [protected] is dead for the past 3 month. In spite of booking of complaints no action is being taken to rectify it. I was told that its due to "Cable Fault. Thiruthuraipundi Excnahge.In the last 3 months in similar occasions they took 20 days to correct it. As a result, my telephone worked for 5-7days only for the past 90days. Still, they are claiming the bill for telephone. Kindly advise me what to do next?

                        Initially I was in MADURAI Palanganatham area and my phone number is[protected].
                        I shifted my resident to MADURAI Gomathipuram 6th Main, It comes under KK Nagar Exchange.
                        I submitted my phone transfer application on 28th May 2009.
                        On 16th June 2009, BSNL Lineman came to my present resident, made wiring, connected phone device and modem, and also informed a phone call will come and the phone connection will be function after that call.
                        Still I am not received no phone calls, the Phone is in Dead Status.
                        Regarding that I contacted KK Nagar Customer Care Centre, they asked to contact JTO in the exchange.
                        I tried to contact JTO & AE in person and phone also but I cant get them.
                        Finally I contact KK Nagar JTO on 29th June 2009 in Person at the exchange.
                        He told me, his part is completed and the jumper work is pending, it will be completed today itself.
                        BUT STILL I AM NOT GET CONNECTED.

                        The home unlimited in broadband connection is big fraud. In the connection chart they gave the connection speed will be 256 Kbps. But actually you are connected to 20-30 KBps only. It is restricted to 30 Kbps in the Bsnl computer system itself. After line loss you will get only 20-30 Kbps.
                        Atleast they can allow unlimited 256 kbps during the night ie., 2.00 Am to 8.00 Am as allowed in the 500 Combo plan.
                        In home unlimited you will get a feel of browsing in dialup only. Anybody take up this to the minister or decision maker level.

                        I agree to views of your consumer regarding the broadband connection in home unlimited. It is not a BB unlimited but limited only. It is better to use a dial up than this connection. Atleast they can allow unlimited [ ie 256 Kbps] in the usual night unlimited as allowed in other plans. Anybody take up this matter for discussion in BSNL meetings.

                        Our BSNL Landline was dead last January 2010, we mada a compliant on that they fixed the problem after a week we got the problem so we complainted again there is no response from the telephone exchange its arround one year we are paying the bill with using the phone.                         I had surrendered the above landline on 8.9.2011 and the same was acknowledged by your SDE(Phone), Arakkonam, Vellore SSA.

                        Please refer to my earlier letters dated 6.9.2011 and 27.10.2011 wherein I had requested for refund of the security deposit of Rs.2000/- paid by me vide your Receipt Ref: 75643 dated 22.12.1997.

                        It is stated in the monthly bill under Item No.VI(d), interest at the rate of 10% p .a. is payable in case the refund of security deposit is not done within 60 days of surrender of the landline. More than 2 months have elapsed since I had surrendered the landline connection and I am yet to receive the refund.

                        It is therefore requested that the security deposit is refunded immediately and with interest @ 10 % p.a. till the date of refund.
                        BSNL ORGANISATION IS VERY GOOD AND ITS PLANS ARE ALSO VERY REASONABLE BUT THE SERVICES ARE VERY VERY POOR EVEN THOUGH THE DEPARTMENT IS PROVIDING SUFFICIENT INFRASTRUCTURE. SINCE THE REASON MAY BE PUBLIC SECTOR. UTHUKOTTAI-602026 EXCHANGE, KANCHIPURAM CIRCLE, THIRUVALLUR DISTRICT IS VERY VERY BAD.                         For the three days i have called customer care 10 times.They have been saying it will be fixed but no response.

                        I went to Erode BSNL customer care and there i have met 5 officials and the last person said he will call back me after the problem gets resolved. But no answer from their side.


                        I want to escalate this to higher officials. There is no need of customer care if the service is going to be like this. And i strongly condemn this act of BSNL Service.

During 1995 we took a landline connection, from painkulam exchange office they issued new phone, more than 15yrs passed they haven’t changed the phone, still we were using the same phone. Presently we like to exchange old phone to new because the faulted phone. It is really surprising that such an efficient department as that of yours is not heeding to our complaints. Please get the needful done without any further loss of time.

                            I would like to inform that the Bill No.[protected] dated 7th June 2009 for the period from 1st April 2009 to 31st May 2009 was not received to me till 2nd July 2009. As such I had to get the duplicate bill and made the payment of Rs.1, 062.00 on 3rd July 2009.
                            On 8th August 2009 there was a call from BSNL as was a recorded message that "you have not made the payment and requested to make the payment immediately". Also I would like to state that the Bill for the period from 1st June 2009 to 31st July 2009 is not received till date.

                            I regret to inform you that I ame not getting my telephone bill by post on regular basis due to which am unable to make the payment on time i.e. before due date. For instance my telephone 2252714 has been disconnected in the month of June due to non payment for the month of April to May. the reason was that I have not received your bill on time and hence we had to approach your office for a duplicate one and made the payment. This is creating unnecessary inconvenience for me because to go and pick up a copy of duplicate bill is a waste of half day and since am working at Nariman point and therafter reaching office it is very difficulct for me. In view of the above I would request your goodself to make sure that the bills are reached each and every customer on time so that the payment can be made before the due date.

                            I would appreciate if you could look into this and do the needful. Also note that while checking the site the next payment is due on 28.08.09 but till now I have not received my bill

                            Dear Sir,
                            I am very dissatisfied with four billing procedure and customer service due to over charging in my telephone bill again and again. As per BSNL web site NO security for Broadband Connections upto 500 and Free Download/Upload limit -1.5 GB (1536 MB), but in your bill no-[protected] dataone security deposit charged Rs 500/- and free download/upload limit given 1116 MB (For total used 1248MB) & 132 MB charged as dataone usage charges for the month of June 2009. I met Mr. Jawali (At BSNL Virar), but he has no time & interest for my grievance, he only told give complaint in writing. I have gone to Virar & wasted my productive time on 29.07.09, but officer setting in office no time for my grievance.
                            Here I am attaching for your kind information
                            1) BSNL Home Combo Plans which I have download from BSNL website.
                            2) My telephone bill for the month of June 2009 (Bill No-[protected])

                            Total 5 nos of mistakes in bill no-[protected] (You can easily analysed after verifying bill details), it seems the billing officer in not trained and incompetence in his/her job and above mistakes are repeated again & again and no corrective action taken by higher Authority.

                            Please take corrective & preventive action on the subjects. I am paying the above unacceptable charges due to last date of payment is on 30.07.2009, so please adjust over charging amount in my subsequent bills.

                            As I told my father has been operated for heart pacemaker and he cannot use mobile phones.so when he is sick landline is the only means to contact me.if there is medical emergency and he cannot contact me I will hold bsnl responsible for this.

                            I john Philip dsilva want to lounge a complaint with you since my land line telephone for bsnl landline is gone dead for last 28 days . The complaint is already registered on the call centre as well as the 198 number for almost 28 days now .After registering the complaint on 198 number also no one comes from bsnl to help it is not only this time but every time I register a complaint on 198 number no one from bsnl is bothered ro even check . but if you give 50 rs to lineman the work is done within a minute. previously there were a few of my neighbours also had their phone dead like me for 28 days but now their phone is working. Because they had complaint to the general manager of bsnl through internet. But my phone is still not working. I am a retired government employee and my age is 75 now and also I have been operated for heart surgery (pace setter)for 10 years now. So my doctor has told me not to use the mobile phone. I can only use the land line phone as per doctors instructions. But bsnl phone is always dead in my house my son goes to work for night shifts god forbid if I get an medical emergency in night time I have no means to contact the doctor in the night. I also give good business to bsnl since my bill is always more than 900 rs per month. And I have always pay my bills on time so I don’t understand why when my phone line goes dead it is not repaired on time. The workers or line men from bsnl come and tell me that it is a technical fault from the exchange and go away and never come back. I am a senior citizen of india who has retired from mazgoan dock ltd company that was also a central government company but I never worked in this manner I always did my work sincerely.
                            I don’t understand what is wrong with all the government companies that is why all the private companies are taking advantage of it and there will be one day when all the government companies like air india, bsnl will close down. So this Is high time to take action and tell your workers to be on their toes or else they will be left with no job on day. I think since my phone is not working for almost a month now I should also not be charged for my monthly bill. I will also forward this complaint to grahak manch (consumer forum)from my side to get a immediate reply.
                            Hope so bsnl will help atleast this time.

                              Dear Sir, My land phone[protected] Kulapully exchange, Palakkad district, Kerala) is not working from 12/9/2011 onward, and i have been paying my telephone bills since that month. My broadband connection was working in this period of time, but it was a prepaid service. I had to pay my bills without even enjoying my free calls for ensuring the proper working of my broadband service. I hav registered a written complaint on the exchange's complaint-book on the same day. So i have requested the JTO of the exchange for a rent rebate of the amount I hav paid for the last few months. So i humbly request your kind attention in this case

                                I have tried to book ticket by IRCTC Web from BDTS to Jodhpur in Ranakpur EXp . on 29th may 08 for 30th May.
                                After make payment there was connection error & I dont got my ticket. When I checked My A/C balance they have deducted money Rs.2697 without giving ticket. I call IRCTC Help line they told me to wait for two days. On 1st June when I checked my statement there was another deduction on Rs.2697 on 30th May08.
                                On 2nd June they deposited Rs.2697 which was deducted on 29th May. But still I am waiting for RS.2697 which was deducted on 30th May08 without any transaction.

                                BSNL Landline — Telephone dead since two months...

                                Dear sir,
                                my landline is dead since two months, i called up your department people n filed a complaint several times by far..almost everyday, but no response..these people r making excuses everyday..inspite of paying my bill on time im facing such an inconvience. My tel no. is 24001821.., plz take immediate action on this problem as im suffering a lot..i even went personally at Attapur branch, but there was nobody in the office..which was quite shocking..calling from my mobile everyday is costing me so much, i kindly request you to take relevent action on your department people for not taking any action on my complaint. I request you once again plz do something as im suffring a lot.

                                I am BSNL customer since 2005 after my retirement from Army.My telephone No 2552484;which is dead since first week of February due to digging of road by NMC people there by damaging the telephone cable .I have lodged a complaint vide docket No [protected].I am in regular contact with SDI Dharampeth to know the status of my complaint;and I am getting status as :-Technical work in progress.I personally visited SDI;Dharampeth office on 12 March 2013 and explained him about my complaint.He has communicated me that the work is in progress.Sir please consider my plight as my land line is dead;my Broad Band is dead and I am suffering due to lack of land line and Broad Band.It is now more than ome month the service by BSNL has failed.
                                My sincere request to you for personal indulgence of some senior level official to look into the matter and resolve this serious failure of service.I hope my request will be positively looked into on priority.If it is going to take long time please give me alternative service like wireless phone or any other mode deemed fit by BSNL authorities.
                                Looking forward for your early positive response to my complaint.I am not blaming any BSNL official in my complaint.

                                  Sir,

                                  I have broadband connection from BSNL Calcutta telephones. I rented the modem from them which is not working for last 3 months. I logged several complaints but those dockets get cleared without attending the problem. I went to the exchange in person and submitted letters that but all in vain. I have all the complaint letters with received stamp that I submitted to DE - Jadabpur exchange, DE - Ranikuthi exchange, Aria Manager - Ranikuthi exchange. My telephones exchange code is 2416 (first four digits).

                                      I have taken bsnl brodband (home250)before 3 month.Bsnl take a month for conection.First bill 828/- and second of Rs4651/-.Then also I cant chack my useags till now!They give me a simple password(password)which not works. Bsnl is having a plane 750/- in which they offer unlimited up load/download! Then for 20gb how can they ask 4651=00. Any logic?

                                      it is realy with great pain and disappointment i am forced to write this mail. i had applied for a broad band connection a month ago. with lot of requests to the concerned bsnl office things were installed at my place in piece meals. now after the lapse of one months period the whole show is stuck up by not providing my user name by bsnl dept.
                                      BSNL has not perhaps woken from its slumber, they are to be informed that the world has progressed. when asked for the users name i am told time and again that the usersname has to come from banaglore . i dont know where the banagalore in their thought is. things are flowing with laser speed now a days and my user name is not able to travel the distance.
                                      it is my humle request with the authorities that the telephone along with the modem may please be removed from my place so that i can approach some other service provider with better service.
