Dear Sir,
This is regarding complaint for excess billing of broad band usage on my telephone no 2450110,
As we requested them that the time o[censored]sage shown, is when our primises is closed so we were very sure that the usage was not from our number & surprisingly the usage is non stop for only 6 days whcich amounted to Rs 60000/, As for your reference we would like to make it clear that we were using this connection since last 2 years and never our usage were more than the free usage given in package, as we were very active for making our bill on lower side we opted for scheme such as "lo kar lo baat" also, secondly never our usage were more than the free usage given under 250 home plan, and we stopped our usage about 4 months before this miss use, It itself gives an impression that it was misused from some other number.
Inspite of repeated request they were not able to give me a proof that the usage was done from this number, and each time they gave me new excuses that this usage can be varified only from Chandigarh & this will take little more time... But at last I used one more option called " RIGHT TO INFORMATION" but you will not beleive that its been almost 3 months that i have no reply to my queries...
Lastly I was praposed with second option for giving request of changing my plan to unlimite and that too in Business plan because this connection is in name of a company & they did a mistake giving home paln to a company identitiy.
But i am not agreeing to this as I am very sure that this usage is from some other number and i should not go for this rather i seek a justice as soon as possible as now the phone is totally disconnected because of non payment.
We would like to request you to kindly look into the matter and get this problem solved as soon as possible.

I like to inform you that I can not connect my internet connection more than 4 months due to link failure [ error code 678]. I have contacted your customer care centre again and again but got only sms that “Your circuit has been restored” but till now I did not get any fruitful result from your end and no one can visit my place to identify that problem. I have land line connection which I have take only for broadband connection. Can you tell me 4 months is not too much to solve that type of problem. Why should I pay extra amount for inter in every month telephone bill and why should I continue land line connection if I can not use internet.
Please do the needful at your end.
