Our telephone[protected] is dead since last 7 days. repeated efforts tobook compliant over telephone
numbers 25449999, 25442198 has failed as no body is picking up the receiver. Once i could get the connected to automatic compliant recording. But after the compliant was lodged I did not get docket number ( as it used to be earlier for follow up) .

Pl repair the telephone immediately.

BSNL Landline Connection — phone line dead since 20 days

although i have taken up with higher authorities like GM, BSNL, BBSR, THE CONCERNED sdo, of
MANCHESWAR area mr B Das, did not care & still have not taken any corrective action.My phone number is[protected].

Aforesaid problem lasts since 26-May'2009. Repetative complaints were registered at BSNL authorized complaint telephone no.[protected], and as a practice, one gentleman assures it'll be done today. Kindly request you to look into the matter why the gentleman gives wrong feedback and how the telephone will be on workable mode. Request your needful and immediate action.

BSNL Landline — LAND LINE PHONE DEAD SINCE LAST 20 DAYS

My land line No is 25471469 at MANINAGAR AHMEDABAD. On approaching telephonically or personally we receives response that it would start within two days, but still the matter is unsolved. Senior Officers are not even picking up the phone or if the phone ringing they cuts down the line by seeing unknown number, now TO WHOM WE HAVE TO APPROACH FOR THIS OR TO REMOVE BSNL LINE. WE ARE TOO FED UP WITH THIS COMPLAINTS. PLEASE ADVISE.
My telephone no.[protected] is not working for last four days. I launched a complaint at 198 and my complaint no. is L626. Till today no action was taken. JTO and Line man dont listen to me. Kindly do me the needful my add.

BSNL Landline — Telephone is dead since Saturday

Our landline is dead since Satirday and I have lodged a complaint [protected]. Today is Tuesday and no action till evening. I wonder when it will be sorted out
my landline with tel no[protected] is dead. this happens frequently. Number of times i have given the complaint still no one is taking responsibility.
My telephone[protected] is out of order since one month.Repeated complaints result in providing me with the docket numbers which are cancelled by BSNL every time stating that the problem has been resolved( without resolving the problem ).BSNl does not care for its cuutomers.My entire time is wasted in dealing with them.Can any one of the concerned higher authrities hear my cry and correct my connection?

    I have not been given the extra talk time of rs.250/ as per the offer received by me on my mobile bearing no.[protected]. The offer, as per bsnl message, is "avail extra talk time of rs.250/- on all activated recharge coupons of value rs.1000/- and above . Offer valid from 24/10/2008 to 15/11/2008" message received from message centre[protected]"

    However, even though the rechage has been done satisfying all the above requirements, additional talk time of rs.250/- has not been given.

    Recharge was done by me on 01/11/2008 time 4-08-08 p.M

    Please redress the complaint immediately.

      I had applied for BSNL broadband connection through BSNL site in Aug 2008. After chasing up the matter for more than 2 1/2 months it was finally installed yesterday (03/11/2008). when i tried to use it in evening, first of all i could not get connected for minutes... after i get the connected activated it was tooooo slow, actually even slower than a dial-up connection(for a small down load i was getting speed of 7-12 bytes per second.
      I tried to find out the reason from the concerned person on phone he said for this matter i would have to go to tel exchange.
      A pathatic service provider BSNL doesnt not care even on CUSTOMER CARE service. Even after attempting 4-5 times and wasting around 1 hr i could not get a customer-care representative on their helpline 1500.

      GOD save BSNL...
      brodband connection is very slow. kindly improve connection speed

        I have resently got BSNL internet connection and the plan is special plan 1111 which has 2 Mbps bandwidth and 15 GB download.

        But I am not getting the said speed. I need the high speed internet to do my office work. I need to work for atleast 9 hours everyday and with this speed I am not able to work.

        I have not been issued with the modem which normally BSNL provides and I was told to purchase D-Link modem from the market. Does this matters with the speed, well to my knowledge I don't think so.

        The phone number on which I am using internet is[protected]. The connection is in my dad's name Mr. P J George.

        Since last one week I am keep on complaining with my local exchnage guys and then with the Ernakulam Broadband team to look into but no one dared to check or give me a call. Today I called them again and asked about the complaint which I logged one week ago and I was surprised to see no complaint was logged and every time I have to say the same things again and again. I am very much frustrated with the approach of the BSNL guys. I have even wrote a couple of emails to the [protected]@bsnl.co.in (Ernakulam BSNL) no replies.

        Please take this as my official complaint and take necessary action.I request you to please look into this as soon as possible and revert me back to this emal as this is very critical for me.

          During the month October 2008 My Broad band (internet) usage is to much ie more than 7000 MB. THE bill amount
          comes to nearly Rs.7250/- I never use internet to that extent.
          Moreover in our area there was huge power cut during the
          particur month. Somebody is misusing my internet connection .
          To check the usage the web site - bbservice .bsnl.in is not
          functioning properly. kindly render justice . BSNL SHOULD FIND OUT THE CULPRIT AND TAKE CRIMINAL ACTION

          BSNL Broadband — monthly broadband usage details

          i am unable to find bsnl broadband usage details since last few months using my portal id and password.kindly guide me to find out the same.
          destpite of correctly entering user name and password i am not getting the monthly bb a/c.

          bsnl is very badly administered.

          Where is the details as to how billing calculations are made?

          It is shocking that bsnl is being allowed to functioon this way.

          I will join and contribute if some users get a way to resolve.
          During the month of Septembar2010 my internet bill was about 24000/- and hours o[censored]se as shown in my bill is 1200.2 hours wherever I am using about 4 hours daily in my only computer and a little downloading and uploading was done by me . I am testing the broad band uses details by clicking my mouse but unable to verify my account. If such a violating bill will forwarded to customers broad band users will have to surrender their connections .

            I have bought 2 BSNL DOSTI sim on 02/11/08
            Whenever I insert those sim I am interrupted with the message "sim registration faied"
            I have submitted all the necessary documents U need yet I have the problem
            plz activate those 2 sims

              I have got my sim card with the same number on 27th October, '2008. On the same day I recharged the card with a recharge card of price Rs.337/- of the company with talk value Rs.300/-. After some time I noticed that my mobile number had no incoming facility, but the outgoing facility is upto-the-mark. I reported the discripancy to the customer service centre of the company immediately...they advised me to do some useless technical things...but no way...the problem continues...they took finally my complain officilly on 30th October...After that I called their at least 20 times but the problem continues...they are saying..."the things are going", "they are taking care of that", "it is a technical problem" blah blah...but the problem continues with that...
              its my only number...and many people are facing problem when they are calling on that number...

                Unable to search BSNL network by any mobile since last 3 months from DURGAPUR(WEST BENGAL) at bhiring area. While one tower stands within 1km and another is 1.5km, please help

                we need a tower for BSNL mobile near nandaigajan railway station as two tower are at far distance one in bhogpur (poor capacity) other is at mecheda.So in the middle region near nandaigajan railway station we are facing a lot of problem to stay in touch with BSNl service.Please kindly take action to resolve this matter as many o[censored]s are intending to private service due to poor service of bsnl mobile.

                  I have submitted an application to shift my Phone No.2333416 from Katemaniwali to my new flat at Chinchpada on 16.09.08 at Kala Talao Office. it would normally take 10-15 days. However, after several follow-up, it is understood that due to lack of labour for laying cables, it is uncertain as to when I will get my phone connection. Two more people in my new building (of total 50 flats) is facing the same problem. When BSNL spends so much money on advtg, etc for cpaturing new customers, who will take care of the existing customers. Do we need to wait or surrender our existing connections and go for private sector connections...
                  I have been informed that my Tele No. has been changed from 2336088 to 2363088 w.e.f. from 05.06.2009, however my phone is dead ( no dial tone since 31.05.2009 ) no response by BSNL.

                      Sir,

                      I have taken BSNL Datacard Rs750pm scheme on 24th Oct. 2008. Till date (4th Nov 08) there is no network connection for Sec-41. I have complained personnally to BSNL office SDO sec-39 many times and JTO in BSNL office Sec-19. They gave only assurance but don't work. Don't pick phone calls, make to sit outside for hours, I compalied even to DGM (NOIDA), yet no relief. Please some one help me from this harrassment.

                      I don't understand why these employees are promoted to such senior positions and given huge pay from tax payer money if they don't work.

                        Hello SIr,

                        I want to dial this number, 12667 from my mobile which is of Airtel and i am not able to call the number.

                        THe customer care people are telling that they do not have tieup with BSNL for 5 digit number, pls tell me you not having tieup is it my problem.

                        I want to access this number everyday as this is the call center number for BMTC, Bangalore Road Transport, the service for this number is provided by BSNL and when contacted BSNL they say that they have given all the access technically to access their number, but Airtel is not allowing.

                        Pls look into the matter and provide solutions.

                          My BSNL prepaid sim had validity till 23 Oct 08 and expiry on 30 Oct 08. This expiry has led to deletion of my entire talk time. The complaint is that BSNL can stop my incoming / outgoing calls but cant forfeit my talktime as that i have already purchased. In case of a pre paid connection the money for the talktime is already paid in advance to the company, hence there is no reason for them to forfeit the talktime amount. Also a period of one week is too less a time frame for such a drastic step as forfeiting talktime. This is a very wrong trend and should be curtailed immediately. The services provided by the mobile company may be stopped if validity is not increased, but how legal is the forfeiting of advance paid money in the form of talktime?

                            I have booked my BSNL Broad Band Internet connection in one of your Road Show near Auichi School, Virugambakkam on 09.09.2008. The person who persuaded and booked the connection informed me that the Phone connection will given in four working days and internet connection will be given with in next seven working days, so I filled the application and booked the connection for Home plan 750 . And the person also conformed to me that connection will be given in my area.

                            And next day another person came to my residence and collected the required document and Rs.500 for booking and gave the receipt. I have attached a photo copy of the receipt. And till now no communication or concert action have been taken to give the Internet connection. I called the person who collected the money many times and received the ORDER NO after a week. After that I am trying each and every other number to know my connection, no one is giving response instead they are giving another number to connect. It’s going to be two months since I booked the connection

                            I do not know which telephone exchange to be approached and which officer to be seen to enquire about my connection. It is really painful and metal agony for me.

                            BSNL — New Telephone Connection and Broadband Internet Connection

                            In spite repeated phone calls to the BSNL office, I havnt got a favoroble response from the officials regarding the New Connection which i had applied for. Most of the time phone just rings no one picks up the call, even if someone does it, they say that it will take 2 or 3 months to get the connection. I wonder what the senior officials are doing sitting in top position. They dont even care about the customers. I had to cancel my earlier telephone connection just because of the unavailability of proper service from the BSNL personnel.
                            Now again the same problem, not even bit has been changed. I have no clue what to do regarding this and whom to contact, since there is no way the our parents can communicate to anyone, even in case of emergency, I hope someone will do something about this after reading the every customers complaints.

                            Hi sir,
                            I am in an location named Kovilambakkam near Keelkatalai. I am using the WLL telephone for the past one year which was provided to me in the Keelkattalai exchange. Now there has been a new exchange opened in our area 6 months ago.
                            The cables have been laid i our area 3 months ago, but when asked to convert the existing connection to a wired broadband service they are just escallating the case but not even having the courtesy to give a response. I have complained in the service center in madipakkam for more than 3 times and in the exchange itself i have filed the complaint for more than 6 times..
                            The employees are reluctant to the process but instead they are telling to change over some other ISP. Well if that is the case then we know. We are looking for a better service. Please provide us with the formal person to whom if we complaint our problem would be resolved. In case if the situation is like whatever we complain would just go to dustbin then please inform that to so that i can save my time doing something better than requesting to these who cant even do their requered work but provide nice counselling..
                            It is my ill experience that makes me to talk so ..
                            I hope so that the issue is resolved .. Else i will see to it that i take this case as much as possible to higher authorities so that there lazy guys taste their soups..I am atleast expecting a reply...

                            due to worst BSNL service I came forward to cancelled my existing line . since connection every day new problem i am facing some of the problems are

                            1. at time of booking the Franche at Ashok nagar said there is no deposit and installation charges only
                            but from bill they claimed Rs. 500/- for installation and 1000/- and Rs. 500 /- for broadband
                            connection.

                            2. Broadband connection provide after a month of installation
                            3. recently i requested for plan change from home c 500 to broadband 250 plan, but they wrongly migrated 500 for broadband and 300 for voice, those i never requested for the same. they agreed and rectified the bill later at kodambakkam exchange
                            4. recently i paid my bill beyond the due date, they disconnected the line and broadband, after my payment they relised the line only not broadband. its happend more then 2 weeks. I had logged 1500 complaints more then 15 times but no use . you want reply ( sir our techinical person will call you soon )

                            I reside at Vettuvankeni. My broadband connection was not working and even my land line too. I registered a complaint through BPO on Thursday (18/06/09). When I registered a complaint against my broadband, the person who was in BPO said 'No complaints can be taken if landline is not working'. I waited until Saturday morning. It was not cleared. So I went to the exchange and complained directly. The person who took the complaint said that he will clear both landline and broadband. Till Monday (22/06/09) nothing happened. I made a call to BPO asking for the status, the person who attended me said, my broadband complaint was closed.

                            The same thing happened on Jan 18th 2009 to 30th 2009. I claimed for rebate. But nothing was given. If I pay one day late, you are charging fine. If you people clear my problem one day late, there is no punishment for you people? How it is fair? Please calculate, how many days and hours you have cleared my complaint, according to that give the rebate.

                            Every Indian must be happy after seeing your services at BSNL.

                            BSNL land line and broadband internet service — Extremely bad service for both.

                            I have recently moved from UK to live in India. We have had BSNL land line and broadband internet services installed in our home. Frankly I am dicussed with the service the company had provided us.
                            We live in a Village Nizar, which is in the surat district, the nearest BSNL offices that cover the service to us is Bardoli. During the last 2 months we have had no internet or land line phone service for 2 weeks. This is unacceptable to us. You as a company are responsible to provide us with a good service. You will send us a phone bill to pay at the end of the month and expect us to pay the bill in full. Just to let you know that I as a customer of BSNL will take this matter further, as I am very displeased with your service. Coming a country like UK where we do not have to put up with such a low standard of service I will not tollerate this type of service.
                            Also I must mention that the other customers using BSNL in our village have the same feelings for your service conduct.
                            This type of service does not, by any means match your so called good Television advert, that you as company provide good after service. To me this is a form of bad representation and false advertising.

                            BSNL — Asking for due payment when I have cancelled the connection.

                            I have returned the instrument and a request application for cancellation of the landline and the broadband connection six months ago (June 2nd week).

                            As you know BSNL does not allow a customer to cancel the connection even if the person has to pay more and later get the extra amount refunded.
                            I had the yearly payment option for the Rs 500 per month plan and so have paid Rs 6000 + taxes and the corresponding landline bill.
                            So literally i have to get the excess amount paid.

                            I have paid the bill from the BSNL kiosk in Indiranagar.
                            I have provided the receipt as the proof before applying for the cancellation!!

                            So instead of paying my excess amount back, BSNL has been troubling me for non-payment of the bills.

                            My telephone No is [protected] with unlimited BB customer after my return from US and reactivating the services after restoring from the safe custody I have encountered in numerable hardships due to erratic disturbances and very poor speed. My repeated visits to the JTO / AE & up to the level of DGM of Ambattur has not solved any of my grievance. Finally I was directed to install a modem from the open market, even then it has not come to my rescue. By my own trial and error methods I could get the modem rebooted and now a big sigh of relief I am able to lodge this complaint in the internet. Every level of staff in the BSNL is only engaged for drawl of their salaries and perks. Now you can very well understand how and why our erstwhile Telecom Minister w taxes.ho had close net work connections could get as many as 50 to 75 line connection for a family vested media network making the exchequer to go for a loss of several billion Rupees of Govt of India services. All these losses are made good by increase in tariffs and taxes on the common man. We got freedom from the Britishers but for another two decades ry and we will not be able to see the light of freedom from these looters. Former President can only cry and call all the youth to dream for glorious India.

                              My landline phone is not working since a month as there seems to be some problem in wiring. No lineman comes at our home to rectify the problem. Poor service by BSNL. Unnecessarily paying rent for it.

                              MY LAND LINE CONNECTION [protected] has been made one sided with out any notice or default bill.On enquary, it was told that year 2000'S bill not paid while BSNL is taking line off with in 10-15 days of non-payment, how rediculas that deptt is not bother to adjus bill, already paid and shown to TRA on duty every year on one side line connection and not adjusted till date.

                              G.M telephones should ask explaination of TRA staff for this lithargy and inefficiency.

                              KINDLY ADJUST THE PAID AMOUNT AND DO NOT BOTHER ME BUT HELP ME, I AM RUNNING TO TRA EVERY YEAR, KINDLY STOP IT.

                              The local numbers in Sector 46 Chandigarh has been changed, with the information given by letters, but in era and technology world all expect us to call everybody and tell all for teh change in our telephoe number which we are maintaingin for the last may be last 10-12 years. and GOD knows where all our number is there. Why cant they out automated telephonc message of new number when ever any body dials our old number they should get our new number, normally they are doing like that.

                              Still we say India shinning, but we dont improve on small small things. Even though they are seperating the exchange so they should come up with some technique and should keep the numbers same.

                              Nowdays on one side things are talking about plans to keep one number for one person and any service provider. I dont if i have to change the number then i can should prefer not to keep bsnl.

                              BSNL — landline complaint made no one attended

                              Dear Sir,

                              My landline BSNL No. 2358410 of Kalyan (E) is not functioning for the last 15 days. We have visited at leat 5 time and also communicated through telephone also that my phone is dead. No one attended till date. In 2010 also after making complaint they attended only after 2 months and did not waive the charges. Now it is already more than 15 days. Whenever, we visit the person who is available in the office of Kalyan East says. The layman is on leave or just gone out. These kind of excuse always. Kindly take action against such officers. When call no one pick up the phone.

Esme telephone rent nahi lagata. Magar sept.2010 ke bad BSNL ne mera bina mange hi one India plan kar ke 180 Rs. telephone rent ke Monthly LOOT rahi h.
                              2. Mera rural USO 150 Rs. Monthly ka normal plan hi kiya jay. Kotputli telephone exchange ne bataya chandigarh se plan sahi hoga, turant plan sudharne ki kripa kare. Mera mo. No. [protected] h. plan sahi karne par massaige dene ki kripa kare.
                              I booked the broadband connection on my landline Phone-[protected] on 15/01/2011.Since the booking.my phone became Dead.I complained to the DET, but neither the broadband activated nor the fault in the phone removed.I met DET on 29/01/2011 in the Exchange office Phase 4 Mohali. Within two days the fault was rectified.Again after 15 days the phone as well as internert started giving trouble.When my son visited the Exchange and lodged the complaint, the Exchange official told that there is a major fault in the service line .Ultimately I requested for disconnection of Broadband.The Phone is DEAD since a long time. I tried so many times to lodge the complaint.I personally visited the telephone Exchange phase 11 Mohali on12/04/2011 but no body registered the complaint and directed to lodge the complaint on 1500 and tried to register about 15 minutes in the Exchange phone but I failed to do so. Again on 13/04/2011.the complaint was registered.But nobody has attended the complaint till dateBut I am sorry to say that the BSNL is sending the bill regularly. May I hope for early action to rectify the fault and withdraw the bills for defficiency of services otherwise I have to approach the Consumer Court.

                              Sir, my complaint is that the BSNL land line is offering 20 percent discount on plans for govt servants. I had taken BSNL Land Line telephone but the said discount is still not being adjusted to my monthly bills. I have personally complaint about this anomaly to the authorities in Sect 17 office (Chandigarh) but nothing has happened so far. It speaks about the efficiency of the staff posted there.                               Hope, the complaint will budge the deaf ears and action will be taken to resolve the issue. Thanks
                              I have a BSNL connection. My phone no is [protected]. There have been disturbance in line for last 6 months. From that time I keep complaining that my telephone is not working prperly- there is disturbance in line . But no one has either responded to it or sorted ou this issue till now even though the complaint is lodged to sector 34, chandigarh through Phone and in by person. No one has responded till now. In spite of all this problems I paid my bills regularly.

                              Hence, I request you to take the necessary action immedietly to sort out
                              this issue at the earliest possible.

                              I am working as professional Broad Band agent at Anantnag Xge in Jammu & Kashmir.Sir My request is that nowadays you know broadband connections are running towards disconnection, The reason is that we can not give proper service to the BB customers.I want to give you a suggestion that if BSNL is taking serious about this then they should have to pay some charges to BB agents for servicing.We are giving service to subscribers free of cost, Because we can only Market bb connection and install to it .For this BSNL gives us Rs 100/= If we have to go rular areas there is a bus hire of Rs 20/ per connection but these are going out of our pocket.
                              So please take serious in this matter.I am very serious in this because i am depending upon BB connections.My Contact No os [protected]

                              Dear sir/madam I have a Internet from BSNL since last year from march 2012 and it may be worked from 365 days a year hardly worked not even 65 days. My home number it's [protected]. I pay my bill on time and full bit still i dont get a service worth a 10 rupee. Every month i pay close to 800 rupee and i think it is just waste of Money. If i pay this much money to a bagger on street and can get alot blessing. Back in December I pay my bill a on time at the counter with my statement but lady put my money into someone ales phone number and I filed complaint they told me my my money is just gone. My Internet never work straight thru a week. All I have to say this was the bad investment I ever made. I[censored] need to ask me anything how can u make this service better u can call me at [protected]. One more thing automatics complaint is not working to. More likely nothing is working with BSNL. And give me a god dam reason y I shouldn't change my service.
                              My land line telephone number[protected] and NET is dead from 10 days. Lodged the many complaints through 1500 and 198 but no action taken by BSNL till today.
                              My landline No[protected] and NET is not working since 117 May'13. My complaint No is [protected]. Any query put to 1500 the answer is technical work in progress. No action was taken by your staff and some officers says that Your disconnect connection of BSNL and taken AIR TEL connection. I am tied to BSNL. Pl. taken action at once for solve the problems.

                                i am dr piyush.my telephone number is [protected].i was using the broadband plan of rs 250/ .on oct 22 2008 i gave an application for making my plan to unlimitad download(750rs par month)plan.on 25 th i asked your call centre for my confirmation regarding the upgrading the plan they informed me that it is updated, so i started downloading with the impression that i have unlimited plan but as soon as i had crossed the limit of my previous account plan they stalled my net and redirected me to your site, which i was not able to access .the problem is they didnot inform me properly when this plan will be applicable but when i called today at your call centre they told me that this will be from my next cycle.now tell me what should i do as i think i would be gettig inflated bill next month becuse of your incomplete information.

                                Dear sir,
                                I like to inform you that I can not connect my internet connection more than 4 months due to link failure [ error code 678]. I have contacted your customer care centre again and again but got only sms that “Your circuit has been restored” but till now I did not get any fruitful result from your end and no one can visit my place to identify that problem. I have land line connection which I have take only for broadband connection. Can you tell me 4 months is not too much to solve that type of problem. Why should I pay extra amount for inter in every month telephone bill and why should I continue land line connection if I can not use internet.
                                Please do the needful at your end.

                                  i have BSNlL prepaid mobile no.[protected].

                                  On 1st November 6'O clock i have surf GPRS for 5 minutes.
                                  My balance is disuct 20.39Rs

                                  On Calling Customer Care. First Executive talks very rudely, he told me that you can not do anything. and cut my phone.

                                  On Second time calling Mr. Imran don't give me proper answer and finally he cut the phone.

                                  i am shocked how customer care executives talk with me.
                                  they are very rude.

                                    On 25 Nov 2008 at 1515h I have taken a new connection of Power Pack excel prepaid card from BSNL Trimulgherry Branch, Secunderabad, A.P having SIM Card No[protected]. While purchasing I got an assurance from the staff that it will be activated within 2 hours but till 2215h today it is not activated. Please do the needful.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      This is regarding complaint for excess billing of broad band usage on my telephone no 2450110,

                                      As we requested them that the time o[censored]sage shown, is when our primises is closed so we were very sure that the usage was not from our number & surprisingly the usage is non stop for only 6 days whcich amounted to Rs 60000/, As for your reference we would like to make it clear that we were using this connection since last 2 years and never our usage were more than the free usage given in package, as we were very active for making our bill on lower side we opted for scheme such as "lo kar lo baat" also, secondly never our usage were more than the free usage given under 250 home plan, and we stopped our usage about 4 months before this miss use, It itself gives an impression that it was misused from some other number.

                                      Inspite of repeated request they were not able to give me a proof that the usage was done from this number, and each time they gave me new excuses that this usage can be varified only from Chandigarh & this will take little more time... But at last I used one more option called " RIGHT TO INFORMATION" but you will not beleive that its been almost 3 months that i have no reply to my queries...

                                      Lastly I was praposed with second option for giving request of changing my plan to unlimite and that too in Business plan because this connection is in name of a company & they did a mistake giving home paln to a company identitiy.

                                      But i am not agreeing to this as I am very sure that this usage is from some other number and i should not go for this rather i seek a justice as soon as possible as now the phone is totally disconnected because of non payment.

                                      We would like to request you to kindly look into the matter and get this problem solved as soon as possible.

                                      land line with brodband bill for the month of mach 2012 billed on 06/04/2012. bill amount inclusive of service tax @12.36% instead of 10.3%. the service tax enhance from 10.3% to 12.36 with effect from 01/04/2012 wereas the bsnl billed and usage for the month of march they wrongly charged 12.36% instead of 10.3% kindly rectified and issue fresh bill and bsnla/c no.[protected]
