Iam using the landline of bsnl for the last 10years but i am very much dissatissfied with your service. my number is[protected]my address is B.sornavel 37 selva vignesh nagar sankarankovil road thachanallur tirunelveli. ) i am just bokking the complaints for the last 30 days, daily the service man is coming to my home and doing something and within six hours i am reciving the same complaint i cant even tolrate if this problem presist i will surender the landline within 10days,
and i also very sure the bsnl should bear the rent for my landline for this month else i will complaint to the authority i am very sure i am highly dissatisfied with your service

Personal — Dead for more than 2.5 months now

My BSNl broad band connected land line no. is[protected]

complained 4 times thru computerised complaint registration process. Till today phone is not activated.

Will the concerned in BSNL take my compaint & resolve it pls.

charges has been included but i have no conection through another modem and no other icon in the computer now i am sure that i have not used dial up so please do reverse these charges

BSNL - Telephone complaint — Telephone deed Nearly a month now

I have made complaint that telephone is deed on 29 Oct, 2008 in BSNL, Bangalore. I try calling the laneman, Divsion engineer, till date (27 Nov, 2008) no response. Only bill come promptly to calculate money. GOOD SHOULD HELP THE PUBLIC

this is asif khan from bangalore there is one rutine work of bsnl company for every month from the date of purvhacing the connection phone will be dead for 3-5days some times 1week and internet will be slow and even it will not work properly for 4-5days in a month so i want to take an action many a times i went to bsnl head pffice they will do there work they will check our connection there it self but same time when we check in our home the speed and the range of the net will not be like that while buying they say us the speed will be256kbps to 2 mbps but when i check through ..
the speed will be just 56 to 156 kbps only sometimes it will raise to 256 kbps

BSNL telephone service — Bad telephone line and not attended for months

Hi,

My line[protected] is down as it happens every 2 months. I have booked complaint through online help with docket number 450 on 26th. It has not been attended. Please note that line is 15 years old and has many 'knots' of fixation and the line goes bad once every two months. Many requests for change of line cable and better solution did not have any attension.

Secondly, the line is so bad that we hear noise that does not allow proper hearing of voice or good communication. It is sheer waste of service. I am not able to do or take any international calls as echo is heard on such calls. I have again made many complaints and the issue is not sorted out for many years

Thirdly, I have made many requests since 7 months for Caller identificaion service. I have also written letter as suggested and submitted in person. I have also made several visits to office without solution to this.

It is surprising that we still have to subscription with BSNL

But till today no response from the Authorities and my telephone remains dead. But my utter surprise today I found my complaint is removed from the computer.

I am Srinivasa from chennai. I have shifted my house. I am having bsnl telephone connection along with broadband connection. I have submitted my telephone transfer form on 23'rd of April. they said that my phone connection will be shifted with in 2 working days. I waited for 4 days and approached the Mugalivakam bsnl office. Rajan (AE Mogulivakam BSNL branch) said that they will transfer in 2 working days. then again I went after 3 days to Mugalivakam bsnl office. and after I told its very urgent to have broadband connection now he is telling that it will take 30 days to get the telephone connection along with the broadband connection.

And more over he is telling the reason as its not a developed area, but he is absolutely wrong in his statement. I told him that lot of flats were there and the front house is having the broadband connection. but is neglected my words, and then he has given me the wrong number stating Selvaraj (DE in delhi). I am really disappointed with the things happened.

Please suggest me what to do ? do I need to cancel my BSNL or is there any other solution as such.

I am also customer of BSNL having two landlines. I have similar type of problem with the BSNL. My landline number if[protected]. it has been given to understand that on our DP, we are the only single customer left. because the services is not at all satisfactory. Time and againa the line goes dead. For the last 15 days we have booked complaint of this line but not a single lineman has arrived to check the fault. We are just fed up with this landline. In and around Vaishali Nagar, Jaipuar there are private operators Rainbow (MTS), Tata Indicom but the BSNL does'nt care about their customers.

On the other landline we are having broadband connection. On this line too the same problem is there. No ADSL line is coming. On lodging complaint they reply that our complaint has been put into "very urgent" category. But very urgent and no remedy for the last 8 days. This is what they mean by very urgent.

I am a BSNL landline holder and also have a broadband connection. My telephone number is[protected]. My probelem is that the monthly bill of my said telephone is not being delivered at my home address. I am posted outside gorakhpur city and nobody is available to me to collect my bill from telephone exchange gorakhpur as I reaches daily home after 8 P.M.. There are two ways, either I surrender my telephone to BSNL and prepare myself to take the services of other telecom service provider or go to consumer court against unilateral action of BSNL for converting my telephone ONE WAY without delivering the telephone bill & without information.I shall therefore suggest you to look into the matter and instruct the person responsible for timely delivery of telephone bill to consumer and if he fails to do so, take tuff desciplinary action against him.

My complaints are as follows-

1. My instrument is oldest one; it was never changed/repaired since installation. Last year the ID caller instruments were replaced with old instruments, I tried to replace it two to three times but could not get success. So I am using old instrument but from last month it is not working properly, some times call reject automatically during talk, it not rings when some one is calling etc.

2. No wiring is made in the house which should be done at the time of installation.

3. At present the connection pole is 20 meter far away from my house, another pole some having free TBs is 4 meter far away from my house. I tried many times to shift my connection to the nearest pole but the concerned exchange & line man both is not interested. Another reason to shift the phone is, due to more distance some peoples are using my phone so it is necessary to lock it all times, for dialing unlock & lock process have to be done every time.

Therefore you are requested to solve my problems or if these problems can not be solved then please ordered to disconnect my phone immediately.

I have a telephone connection with broad band. For last 20 days we enduring problem with your connection as well as call id instrument continually. I already booked the compliant in our near by BSNL office in person and over phone several times, even i met ur engineers in BSNL head office Karaikal. till now the problem is not get rectified. The major problem is with the instrument it is totally failure. please Change the Caller Id phone which is totally usless. Do it quickly. already we are beyond the tolerance level.

Im using the landline of bsnl for the last 12years but from last couple of months we have also taken BSNL Broad Band i am very much dissatisfied with BSNL service. my number is[protected]. i am just booking the complaints for the last 30 days, Even went to BSNL office Faridabad also have problem in Bsnl broadband So many times i complan in BSNL Office but no received any reply till now.. Besides all above problem BSNL ..is also proving that they really want to shock their customer reason is In My Last bills i got bills of Three thousand (3000)which was almost thrice of our normal bill.when we asked to GM of BSNL Faridabad he said we will ask detail dill from his head office...Till date no detail i got/Recd...But this is not enough ...now i got the bill of amount of RS 17000 ...This is too much...Now.I don't know why BSNL person dont think even single time they are service provider or what??????

They want to harass their Customer and always looking for different ways to harass their customer.

Can any one give answer?
Or

Do I need to appeal to the highest authority of bsnl to look into the matter and compensate for the My loss.

I HAD APPLIED FOR A BROAD BAND CONNECTION ON 7TH OF OCT.09. AFTER MANY EFFORTS I GOT THE BROADBAND INSTALLED AT MY HOUSE NO 1458 PHASE 3B2 MOHALI HAVING NO[protected].     Hi Sir,

    I have applied for shifting my landline and broadband connection[protected] from 5th Phase J.P. Nagar to 1st Phase J.P. Nagar (within 1KM range) on[protected].

    Even after one week, there is no action against this.
    After enquiring at BSNL office in Jayanagar, it was found that there is no cable stock and it will take about 10days to procure the same.

    This could further delay the process and I am not sure how such a customer friendly company having issues in procuring cables for telephone connections.

    Does this mean that no new connections/no shifting of telephone lines will take place for another 10days in Jayanagar / J.P. Nagar areas?

    Concerned people please look into the issue and help the dependent users with timely service.

      BSNL Landline — Telephone no working

      In spite of paying bill dated 14/8/2009 of Rs. 602 on[protected] in Bangalore One with receipt No. 8252434 phone has been disconnect due to non payment of bill, this is the latest bill we have received and the due date of this bill was 3/9/2009 and we have paid on[protected] plese do the needful
      My telephone instrument is not working more than six months. The technician also checked the fault and promised me to replacethe instrument immediately.However I have not received the instrument till date. Further I requested to provde the instrument with caller I D facility. Please look into the matter and do the needful urgently.

        Sir, Bsnl gave me free caller tune in Durgapuja.On 6/11/2008 a message came"Dear Subscriber, your free BSNl tunes will expire totmorrow, please call 56700 if you wish to set another tone as your PRBT" It means if i am not want to continue i will not call.
        But on 07/11/08 Rs.15/= deducted from my Accounts, when i ask customer care, they said u will not read the full message.but i have the only message that i had written above.

        It means BSNL forcely deduct Rs.15/= from me.

        Please back my Rs.15/= for the forcefully deduction.

          I am a vol.retired Rly. employee (New Delhi).Now we have setteled at Kerala.After a long run we got this connection.
          Recently BSNL have been allotted the above mentioned tel.phone no connection
          to me.But the first detailed bill of this no.is not received yet.

          Today I have approached the Angamaly Tel.Exchange for the duplicate bill.
          They have refused and told me to collect from Ernakulam Exchange,
          and give me bill no.23152135 and amount to be deposited 2109/rs.


          Sir. I am a heart patient and unable to travel long journy.

          It is necessary to know i.e how much money deducted towards security, how

          much internet used by me and calls ect. With out detailed bill I am unable to

          deposit the amount.

          So I humbly request you to please provide a detailed bill

I have a broadband connection under COMBO 500 Plan effective 3.8.2009, As per my understanding, COMBO 500 plan includes fixed charge for the telephone. My phone[protected] is not working since last 4days. I am working in Abu Dhabi. Only the way to contacting my family from Abu Dhabi through BSNL land phone/ broadband connection. Since last 4days my wife complained and daily reminded to BSNL, Mannathoor & Piravom Exchange .today they sent one technician, and he inform that there is some cable complaint, it will take 4 or 5days to check and rectifying the cable. It is very unfair to take 10 or 12 days to find out the faulty location and rectification. Please consider my complaint and take immediate action at the earliest.

                I am the customer of bsnl and bsnl broadband, as no facillity r too gud for use..as landline phone is completely dead for last 10 days and broadband prob. since 2 mnts, Every 10min. i have to re-connect the net. As BSNL says there is the earthing in line, but the duty of bsnl is to remove, but no action taken.

                Here line man comes and check and say ok, but no action r taken, i had also complaint to the mehata sir, which is had of this department, , but nothinh happen.

                PLZ SOLVE MY PROB AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

                BSNL Landline and Broadband — dead for 2 days

                Dear sir,
                I t is astonishing that on 18/07/09 saturday afternoon all phones at wondercity, katraj, pune 411046 went dead and it started or rectified on 20/07/09 evening.how this 2 days required to rectify and bsnl is charging monthly rent of rs.180/ If customers are paid bill one day late the company is charging penalty, why this dead period rent to be charged to customers?

                  I have BSNL broadband's Home500 in which i have data transfer limit of 2.5 GB during daytime(8 am to 2 am) and unlimited data transfer during 2 am to 8 am. I use task scheduler utility of windows system which starts my torrent client software which i use for downloading from p2p network, at 2:05 am and automatically closes same application at 7:55 am. Hence i make connection well before 2 am leave my pc on for downloading.
                  I got my connection in January of this year and i had been doing same from then. I used to get my bills with correctly calculated data transfer i.e. data transferred during daytime and data transferred during 2 am to 8 am clearly differentiated. But from month of May i started to notice that BSNL is not differentiating data transferred before and after 2 am. The data transferred till 2:20 or even 2:30 was also being calculated as chargeable data. Same thing continued in June, July and till date. I July because of this wrong calculation i got my 2.5 GB data limit crossed and it showed excess data of nearly 500 MB costing me unnecessary nearly 400 Rs. more than regular monthly bill of 570 Rs. I have filed a written complaint to BSNL authority of my area but in vain. First of all the person in that office was not even aware of the technicality of the issue regarding my complaint. She said that she need it to be discussed with higher authority and then only she can accept my complaint. After some days she calls me and says my complaint is not valid because what start time of the connection is important, that means if i connect to service at 1:59 am and continues using service till 8 am the all data transferred meantime will be considered as a chargeable data. I was shocked to hear this statement of her. I mean this doesn't make any sense, instead it pretty lame excuse to hide BSNL's miscalculation in billing and to loot costomers.
                  I think if BSNL is providing plans which gives users unlimited download during certain time period then it is BSNL's responsibility to differentiate between data transferred during that period and rest of the day. My second point is that the log which shows start time and stop time of connection is made by BSNL's billing system. That means even if do not disconnect my connection say from 1 am to 8 am, still it will show in the log more than one sessions of connections. You can clearly see this in your bills also. All i am asking is that why can't BSNL make their billing system more accurate so that it can make log of data transferred till 2 am and different log data transferred after that; even if connection is not altered from user's side?
                  I have already paid the excess bill and still waiting for my complaint to be addressed by BSNL. The local authority is as co-operative as needed and just delaying the issue. The person has refused the reliability of the printout of the detailed billed from BSNL's own website and has retrieved the detailed bill from her "reliable source" but failed to email me after may attempts and not even able to give it me through USB drive or CD because computer at her office are unsurprisingly outdated which don't even have USB ports let alone CD drive. Here I request u all to suggest me if there is another effective way to get my complaint resolved and rebate from the excess bill which i have paid.

                  In our Office we are using BSNL broadband's Home 250 plan. Monthly maximum Data transfer limit average of 0.046 to 0.097 GB has outgoing and 0.326 to 0.508 GB has incoming. Any way the total usage incoming and outgoing maximum will be 0.899 GB. But for the Month of October we noticed that unit rate has been crossed to Outgoing has 6.798GB and Incoming 2.173 GB and the Total usage they have billed is 8.971 GB. Hence we are working in general office hours 8 hours/Day and we using for Receiving and sending of Mail Purpose only. Even though the office was closed for five working days due to rain and our Electricity Problems. Regarding this i have submitted a written complaint to BSNL authority of my area but in vain. With the details of site that which we are used and further using. First of all the person in that office was not even aware of the technicality of the issue regarding my complaint. She said that she need it to be discussed with higher authority and then only she can accept my complaint. After some days she calls me and says we will take further action about this complaint I was shocked to hear this statement of her. I mean this doesn't make any sense, instead it pretty lame excuse to hide BSNL's miscalculation in billing and to loot costomers Money.
                  In the Bill they are not giving the proper details and differentiate between data transferred during that period and rest of the day.                   BSNL — BSNL has charged me while I was working in free hours of internet usage in between 2:00 pm to 8:00 am

                  I was working during the free broadband usage time which is from 2:00 pm to 8:00 am and when i saw my broadband account for seeing my memory usage it was more than what it was before.BSNL is charging money for late hours also which is free.
                  I have also faced the same problem and got the same answer as you. Here is a point to note that when ever your connection continues from night 2.01 am onward and till morning 8.00 or afterward it will automatically calculate the usage as free and as chargeable after 8.00 am without disconnecting the connection.

                  i.e. If connection start in chargable time and continues in free usage, BSNL SERVER counts fully chargeable.

                  It is fully cheating with customers.

                  I'm facing the same issue. I used applications to start the system automatically by 0159hrs and had the torrent applications in the startup and so downloads start auto and for sure this is happening after 0202hrs. But still the bill are sometimes calculated charged till 02025hrs and sometimes till 0820hrs it will be charged free. The start time and end time of the free usage is unpredictable!!! It has the variations for 20~30 mins and due to this, am charged for about 100~200MB/day. Later tried doing manually, staring the entire process --->right from switching on the system by 0200hrs, but still of no use. Its still calculates usage made after 0200hrs and free usage goes till 0810~0830hrs. I don't think there is any solution for this other than BSNL updating their servers!!!

                      I have purchased one sim card prepaid with No: [protected] and the same was put on my cell phone and the same got activated after 3/4days time. Now the same has not permitting any outgoing calls. When ever i dial any no. i am getting the recored voice stating that all the out goings call are debarred. This matter I have informed to the supplier and also communicated the customer compliant. From there also the same reply I am getting. It is more than 25days and there is no response from anyone in this matter. Will any one look into this matter and solve the same.

                        We did not receive any bill for last 4 months, when contacted the local authorities at Jodhpur, we were informed that the bills have been posted.

                        Due to non receipt of bills the payment was not deposited and the outgoing facility on the phone was discontinued without any prior notice.

                        After checking with local authorities again we found the amount due and deposited the same on 27th October '08 and were assured that the service would be restored.

                        Regret till date the outgoing facility has not been restored. When contacted the enquiry they gave us numbers but whenever you try to call on the numbers they are always no reply.

                        We installed the phone only because of kids, who stay at home all alone. But by this kind of service we feel mentally harrassed.

                        BSNL — telephone non operational

                        DEAR SIR, DESPITE BEING A DOCTOR MYSELF MY LANDLINE TELEPHONE AT PROFESSOR PARA, CUTTACK (TELEPHONE NUMBER[protected] COULD NOT BE REPAIRED SINCE A MONTH DESPITE MY REPEATED VISIT AND COMPLAINTS TO CONCERNED AUTHORITIES.BUT BILL ON THE NONOPERATIONAL PHONE IS COMING PROMPTLY.

                        The telephone Land line 2613503 at Sutahat, Cuttack is out of order since one week.Please lookinto the complaint seriously and attend this since we are senior citizen staying alone in the house.It is important to have this telephone in operation on a emergency.Thanks for responding promptly to the complaint.

                          Our telephone[protected] is dead since last 7 days. repeated efforts tobook compliant over telephone
                          numbers 25449999, 25442198 has failed as no body is picking up the receiver. Once i could get the connected to automatic compliant recording. But after the compliant was lodged I did not get docket number ( as it used to be earlier for follow up) .

                          Pl repair the telephone immediately.

                          BSNL Landline Connection — phone line dead since 20 days

                          although i have taken up with higher authorities like GM, BSNL, BBSR, THE CONCERNED sdo, of
                          MANCHESWAR area mr B Das, did not care & still have not taken any corrective action.My phone number is[protected].

                          Aforesaid problem lasts since 26-May'2009. Repetative complaints were registered at BSNL authorized complaint telephone no.[protected], and as a practice, one gentleman assures it'll be done today. Kindly request you to look into the matter why the gentleman gives wrong feedback and how the telephone will be on workable mode. Request your needful and immediate action.

                          BSNL Landline — LAND LINE PHONE DEAD SINCE LAST 20 DAYS

                          My land line No is 25471469 at MANINAGAR AHMEDABAD. On approaching telephonically or personally we receives response that it would start within two days, but still the matter is unsolved. Senior Officers are not even picking up the phone or if the phone ringing they cuts down the line by seeing unknown number, now TO WHOM WE HAVE TO APPROACH FOR THIS OR TO REMOVE BSNL LINE. WE ARE TOO FED UP WITH THIS COMPLAINTS. PLEASE ADVISE.

                          BSNL Landline — Telephone is dead since Saturday

                          Our landline is dead since Satirday and I have lodged a complaint [protected]. Today is Tuesday and no action till evening. I wonder when it will be sorted out
                          my landline with tel no[protected] is dead. this happens frequently. Number of times i have given the complaint still no one is taking responsibility.
                          My telephone[protected] is out of order since one month.Repeated complaints result in providing me with the docket numbers which are cancelled by BSNL every time stating that the problem has been resolved( without resolving the problem ).BSNl does not care for its cuutomers.My entire time is wasted in dealing with them.Can any one of the concerned higher authrities hear my cry and correct my connection?

                            I have not been given the extra talk time of rs.250/ as per the offer received by me on my mobile bearing no.[protected]. The offer, as per bsnl message, is "avail extra talk time of rs.250/- on all activated recharge coupons of value rs.1000/- and above . Offer valid from 24/10/2008 to 15/11/2008" message received from message centre[protected]"

                            However, even though the rechage has been done satisfying all the above requirements, additional talk time of rs.250/- has not been given.

                            Recharge was done by me on 01/11/2008 time 4-08-08 p.M

                            Please redress the complaint immediately.

                              I had applied for BSNL broadband connection through BSNL site in Aug 2008. After chasing up the matter for more than 2 1/2 months it was finally installed yesterday (03/11/2008). when i tried to use it in evening, first of all i could not get connected for minutes... after i get the connected activated it was tooooo slow, actually even slower than a dial-up connection(for a small down load i was getting speed of 7-12 bytes per second.
                              I tried to find out the reason from the concerned person on phone he said for this matter i would have to go to tel exchange.
                              A pathatic service provider BSNL doesnt not care even on CUSTOMER CARE service. Even after attempting 4-5 times and wasting around 1 hr i could not get a customer-care representative on their helpline 1500.

                              GOD save BSNL...
                              brodband connection is very slow. kindly improve connection speed

                                I have resently got BSNL internet connection and the plan is special plan 1111 which has 2 Mbps bandwidth and 15 GB download.

                                But I am not getting the said speed. I need the high speed internet to do my office work. I need to work for atleast 9 hours everyday and with this speed I am not able to work.

                                I have not been issued with the modem which normally BSNL provides and I was told to purchase D-Link modem from the market. Does this matters with the speed, well to my knowledge I don't think so.

                                The phone number on which I am using internet is[protected]. The connection is in my dad's name Mr. P J George.

                                Since last one week I am keep on complaining with my local exchnage guys and then with the Ernakulam Broadband team to look into but no one dared to check or give me a call. Today I called them again and asked about the complaint which I logged one week ago and I was surprised to see no complaint was logged and every time I have to say the same things again and again. I am very much frustrated with the approach of the BSNL guys. I have even wrote a couple of emails to the [protected]@bsnl.co.in (Ernakulam BSNL) no replies.

                                Please take this as my official complaint and take necessary action.I request you to please look into this as soon as possible and revert me back to this emal as this is very critical for me.

                                  During the month October 2008 My Broad band (internet) usage is to much ie more than 7000 MB. THE bill amount
                                  comes to nearly Rs.7250/- I never use internet to that extent.
                                  Moreover in our area there was huge power cut during the
                                  particur month. Somebody is misusing my internet connection .

                                  i am unable to find bsnl broadband usage details since last few months using my portal id and password.kindly guide me to find out the same.
                                  destpite of correctly entering user name and password i am not getting the monthly bb a/c.

                                  Where is the details as to how billing calculations are made?

                                  During the month of Septembar2010 my internet bill was about 24000/- and hours o[censored]se as shown in my bill is 1200.2 hours wherever I am using about 4 hours daily in my only computer and a little downloading and uploading was done by me . I am testing the broad band uses details by clicking my mouse but unable to verify my account. If such a violating bill will forwarded to customers broad band users will have to surrender their connections .

                                    Whenever I insert those sim I am interrupted with the message "sim registration faied"
                                    I have submitted all the necessary documents U need yet I have the problem

                                      I have got my sim card with the same number on 27th October, '2008. On the same day I recharged the card with a recharge card of price Rs.337/- of the company with talk value Rs.300/-. After some time I noticed that my mobile number had no incoming facility, but the outgoing facility is upto-the-mark. I reported the discripancy to the customer service centre of the company immediately...they advised me to do some useless technical things...but no way...the problem continues...they took finally my complain officilly on 30th October...After that I called their at least 20 times but the problem continues...they are saying..."the things are going", "they are taking care of that", "it is a technical problem" blah blah...but the problem continues with that...
                                      its my only number...and many people are facing problem when they are calling on that number...

                                        Unable to search BSNL network by any mobile since last 3 months from DURGAPUR(WEST BENGAL) at bhiring area. While one tower stands within 1km and another is 1.5km, please help

                                        we need a tower for BSNL mobile near nandaigajan railway station as two tower are at far distance one in bhogpur (poor capacity) other is at mecheda.So in the middle region near nandaigajan railway station we are facing a lot of problem to stay in touch with BSNl service.Please kindly take action to resolve this matter as many o[censored]s are intending to private service due to poor service of bsnl mobile.
