BSNL LANDLINE

My landline phone is not working since a month as there seems to be some problem in wiring. No lineman comes at our home to rectify the problem. Poor service by BSNL. Unnecessarily paying rent for it....

Cut 20 Rs for 5 min Usage of GPRS

i have BSNlL prepaid mobile no.[protected].

On 1st November 6'O clock i have surf GPRS for 5 minutes.
My balance is disuct 20.39Rs

On Calling Customer Care. First Executive talks very rudely, he told me that you can not do anything. and cut my phone.

On Second time calling Mr. Imran don't give me proper answer and finally he cut the phone.

BSNL broadband/Landline transfer not happening even after 1 and half year

Dear sir

after a lot of attempts made to bring bsnl broadband connection transfer from vidyaranyapura of bangalore to sanjay nagar of bangalore.

my telephone number 23641049 at vidyaranyapura, i surendered this connection on mar 2007 and till today waiting for the same to be transfered to my new house. Meanwhile my neighbour has got the connection and broadband and using it without any hindrance.

AFTER THAT I REPLACED THE SIM FROM CIRCUS AVENUE EXCHANGE BUT ON 13/10/2008 BUT SINCE THAT DATE INCOMING CALL TO THIS NUMBER HAS NOT ACTIVATED TILL TO DATE. I HAVE LODGED A COMPLAINT ON 20/10/2008. BUT TILL DATE i.e. ON 31/10/2008 THE SAID FACILITIES HAS NOT BEEN STARTED. HENCE IT IS REQUESTED THAT PLEASE DO IT AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE SINCE I AM FACING A LOT PROBLEMS....

WHO POCKETS MONEY PAID FOR MOBILE BILLS ?

Customers of BSNL Post paid mobile pay their bills regularly but is not being credited to their billing account. Ultimately, the subscriber's mobile gets disconnected due to no fault of theirs. The paid bill is shown in arrears in the forthcoming bills with a late fine imposed on the already paid bills. The BSNL Offices never picks up calls to hear customers grievances. It has also come to light that bill paid by Mr A is being credited...
