BSNL — unauthorised charges of Rs.30/-

without any option Rs.30/- has been charged for using cricket service as nenewal for nxet 30 days against mobile phone no.[protected] on19.06.2010 by 54000030.

my mobile service provider debited rs 30/- on 22.05.2010 without my permission/request for providing cricket news.immediately i made a complaint in customer care (phone no. [protected])
regarding this on 22.05.2010.they provided me the complaint no 5431080 dated 22.05.2010 and
stated that the problem will be solved and further deduction will be made .But today i.e 21.07.2010
they again deducted rs 30/- from my balance sent me the messege by mobile no.[protected].

Myself swarup das a bsnl mobile prepaid user and my number is [protected].On 23/10/2011 at 10.40am ,a mesage came to my mobile that Thanks for subscribing xplore pack from handygo at 23.10.2011,10.38AM for rs 30/- valid till 22/11/2011,to unsubscribe send UNSUBXP to 55678.After that i check my balance and found rs 30/- deducted from my balance.Then i contacted bsnl customer care but they firmly and rudely ignored me and refused to take any complain.Now i want to know how can bsnl deduct my balance without my authorisation.So please sir i request you kindly take strong action against bsnl to give me justice.

Today I received an SMS on my mobile no. [protected] saying "Rs 15 charged. Thanku for using Bollywood Gossip Service. Your service has been renewed." I have not opted for any such service. BSNL does not provide the procedure to stop such services. Kindly take appropriate action.

BSNL Himachal — No record of bill in database of BSNL Himachal

We recently closed our Telephone connection with BSNL ( Himachal Pradesh ) in Nagrota. We paid all dues and now they say that we have to show us the prove of the bills that we deposited. It is strange that they dont have any record in the database and they are asking us to produce bills. I have seen this first time that a telephony company doesnt have any information and they are asking from the customer itself.

Linesh, in my opinion, I don't think their customer service is that bad. you just need to have a little more patience. Try talking to them over the mail at: [protected]@pantel.in, or call them at[protected]. I was facing the same issue, but soon my tab was repaired and its working perfectly fine now..

I am having BSNL landline with number[protected] activated the Music on demand facility of BSNL two years before. But now I am not using the facility for the past one year.and now there is no PRBT on my phone Yet every month my phone bill is wrongly charged with the MOD onetime charges Rs.149.The local BSNL authorities are not able to correct this kindly see that this wrong amount is not charged from the phone bill of August 12. Today i.e.21 aug 2012 at 5.57 PM, a message came from some nexGTv telling "Thank you for showing interest in nexGTv+. To access mobile TV, pls click http://axle.nexg.tv". Immediately came another message saying "<82 M YES> you have requested subscription to nexGTv + Gold Pack bulletin of Rs 99. To confirm, pls forward this SMS to 57776". Again, another message came from 57776 telling "Your subscription to nexGTv + Gold Pack of validity 1 MONTH is confirmed. You have been charged Rs 99. For access, click http://axle.nexg.tv" AFTER SMS I AM SENDING SMS I DONT WANT GTV PACK PLEASE NOTE MAINE APKO SAHMATI NAHI DIYA HAI BUT NO REPLY

Can I get back the balance that has been deducted?

Some person called me to provide this service and said that i[censored] are not satisfied with this u can terminate the service any time by sending SMS. I tried a lot but the same is not compatible with my LG Mobile. More Strange that neither their website is existing nor any SMS is being forwarded to the site and a sum of Rs. 99/- p.m. is being charged every month by the company without my consent. This is a clear cheating to the genuine customers of BSNL.

THE WORST TELEPHONE EXCHANGE IS THE PATHANAPURAM EXC. TELEPHONES CAN BE DIED FOR SIX MONTHS OR MORE AND IF YOU WAIT THERE FOR ONE HOUR YOU CAN SEE AT LEAST 10 CLIENT COME TO CANCEL THEIR LAND LINE CONNECTION.TRY CALLING ON THE NUMBER TO THE EXCHANGE THERE WILL BE NOBODY TO ATTEND OR THEY WILL NOT PICK THE PHONE .

I am residing at Sriram Avenue, Sivagai Nagar, Medavakkam in Chennai. Last Saturday I went to to the nearest BSNL exchange to book for Broadband connection.
The AE(named Nagarajan) there said he need to inspect the area and then to confirm. GHe gave his number and asked t call him on the number on Monday to get the status.
he number given by him was [protected]. Till morning every I ve tried calling this number several times and no one had picked the call.
I ve noticed two telephone poles less then 40m from my home. So I hope there should be no problem in registering my connection.
But why this Gov. Employers show this sort negligance in doing their for which they are being payed for.
Could Gov. ORG/ another GOV. official will be able attend to me on this.
the shame here all this happens in capital city of the state TamilNadu
