Sir,
i have received a message from bsnl ."Thank you for subscribing xplore Pack from Handygo at 14/07/2012 04:21 Pm for Rs.30 valid till 13/08/2012. to unsubcribesend unsubxp to 55678" . I don't like to subscribe this scheme. so i try to cancel this option. but it is failure to me . so i request to BSNL to cancel this Subscription and give return my amount Rs.30/- to my Cell no [protected].

I wish to draw kind attenetence of your in this matter please help me to solve the problem for which I will ever great full to you.

      I have recharged my data card but it is not connecting to internet. when i click on connect option it is automatically disconected after 5-10 seconds.
      i have registered a complaint but no resolution provided by customer care executive they are puting my call on hold for 15 min.

      From last 3 days my internet is not working properly. I had logged two complaints & the last complaint no is 2165. (16 sept 09)

      Please look into the matter and do the needful.

      Broad band connection is not working. The complaint has already been lodged on October 14, 2009 vide docket No. 67299. No response yet from BSNL.
      My broadband speed is too low as mentioned so please take action.There is no proper response for my complaint, last three weeks i made complaint about broadband service for more details check my land line number [protected].So please take necessary action.
      hi sir i am using bsnl prepaid 3g sim in my iphone 4 mobile. recently i got recharged Rs 1199 internet plan for a month special for use internet. my mobile setting already well and i checked from many time my phone setting. settings are completely well. but internet is not working last 5 days. i made call many times to bsnl costumer care. but they did not pick up my call. some times they picked up and keep at hold or ignore my call. i am getting problem. i am a common student. this is not fair sir. it is so expensive. plz help me. any one is here...... .we are suffering in government services. my no. is [protected]

          we are using bsnl network for internet..few months back we got a call from bsnl about the indiagames and got it activated.we now request to get it deactivated.we have lodged a complaint in the bsnl office but there has been no response.so i kindly request you to get it deactivated as soon as possible as it the bill amount is increasing month by month.

          before one week i got a call from bsnl that i got offer for playing online games GOD. one month offer they said. after that it will be charged for 200. to unsubscribe this account, they have given toll free number which is not working always. another option is we can click account link to unsubscribe after login. but there is no account link after login. cheating bsnl. they are not satisfaying the customer. instead making us to get angry. i want to unsubscribe my online games god account. this is my landline no.[protected]. please help me.

                Dear Sir,
                I have given a request for MNP from BSNL to Airtel on[protected],MNP request for my mobile number "[protected]" UPC “by448791” from BSNL to airtel but till date[protected] it has not been done. I was told from Airtel that this will take 7 days of time. I contacted many times with airtel customer care and they are saying BSNL is not allowing to port out.(NO REASON) . While I contacted with BSNL they are telling they don’t know anything about this BSNL cannot do anything. This seems to be just ridiculous. None of the Opertors i.e., BSNL and Airtel, are giving any positive replies. Kindly help me on this. You can contact me on [protected]/[protected]

                    bsnl takes very very long (3 to 4 weeks ) to repair telephones . we removed internet because we could not use it due to either phone dead or line noisy but were paying the rent for the whole month.
                    When all rentals are deducted it is incorrect. All exchanges have housekeeping function computers which record the complete data and bsnl knows when the tele phone went dead and when was it repaired . it has data o[censored]sage of phone for billing purpose for every second in the billing system computer.
                    Bsnl being government owned should on its own reduce the rentals and not ask the consumer to lodge a claim or go to consumer court.
                    In fact i suggest rentals must be charged on daily basis because telephone is a twenty four hour service .
                    will the min of consumer affairs. tdsat or trai or such body teke up the matter so that customers are not cheated and bsnl revenue also grows by providing uninterrupted service.

                          Game on Demand (GOD) service is provided through BSNL broad band as free when it started in 2010. Later in 2011 it has been converted into paid service and they told it will be charged only if we register again. After few months, 2011 onwards BSNL is charging Rs 200/- per month. We are not used the GOD service at any time and now also. I have send letter to BSNL billing unit requesting to discontinue the billing for Game on Demand but no response is received from them till date and they are collecting the amount now also. Charge for Game on Demand is attached with regular BSNL bill which is not correct. But BSNL is claiming Game on Demand is not their service and they have any authority to stop the billing. In this case, BSNL is cheating the consumers, if they don’t have any control over the GOD service, it is wrong on their part to collect the amount along with the telephone bill. I am paying Rs 200/- per month for more than one year.
                          Kindly instruct BSNL to remove the GOD service to me at the earliest and if they don’t have any relation or control with this service, charge for GOD should not be included in the BSNL land line broadband bill.

                              Dear Sir/Madam,

                              I have recently bought a wireless modem from BSNL week ago.
                              the printed MRP on the box was Rs1600.00 and in the bill they have charged me Rs 1800.00.
                              I went to the BSNL office for clarification over excess charges been charged and claimed for refund, but the officials refused to do so and said these are BSNL own charges and do not bother MRP mentioned on the box.
                              I would like to lodge a complaint, as price charged cannot be above Maximum Retail Price.
                              Request you to kindly take action against them for such mispricing.

                                I live in Indraprastha appartments Ratanlal nagar kanpur,near cti chauraha in front of the entrance gate of my appartment there is a building and on its roof are installed three giant mobile towers releasing unresistable radiations harmfull for the residents as this is a area of high intensity population.
                                Taking into consideration the cons of the radiations emitted i would first like to address this serious issue just because of some rent being offered to the owner of that building all the people are suffering.
                                I would request to take immediate action from the date of request as undoubtably these radiations are harmfull, so kindly take immediate action for their removal...

                                      I have surrendered my bsnl landline[protected] stating that i am disconnecting due to my personal reasons vide letter dated 21.06.2012 at Balaji Nagar Extension. I was informed by the AE that my landline will be disconnected on the same day. To my dismay i have received a bill for Rs.680/- for this month I have not used my landline beyond 5 to 6 calls(local calls). my landline connection is yet to be disconnected.I want to lodge serious complaint against BSNL. Please take up with bsnl. My address is g2, pushpa enclave, 65, school road, kolathur, chennai-99. my mobile no is.[protected]
