My telephone number 2339974 is not working properly for the last few days. detailed complaints are like, It gives lot of noise, sometimes it will be dead, No ring sound, lot of complaints are being raised with bsnl servie reations officer& to cs care no 197 etc. , but not yet solutions , this problems are going on from last 2-3 months , but bsnl officers are not helping us .
today my line is completely dead, i am not able to use it ,
Req an urgent solution on it .

My telephone connection (Tel No.[protected] was giving lot of noise for the last 10 days and presently is dead for the last 3 days. I am also not able to use my dataone internet connection because the above mentioned problem. I have lodged a complaint with BSNL and require an urgent solution to my problem.

    I am totally disappointed with BSNL. Past 6 months my landline phone is not working and the complaint dept is least bothered to get it corrected.
    Its a pathetic service from BSNL. They are least bothered about their customers. So many follow-ups have been done , but of no use.
    If they continue such attitude and service, soon they will lose the customer base they have.
    I will disconnect this service of BSNL; and move to some private service privider.
    All the reasons are given why the problem exists but no one actually tries to solve the issue.

    Pathetic service and hopeless BSNL.

    Landline no[protected]. our phone is dead from last 15 days, we already registered the complaint but no action taken against that.plz repair tha line as early as possible & give credit for the Monthly Rent of Landline for that period
    Our landline no 25430853 is dead since 4 days, we have tried to complain on 25651000 but no respond on, kindly do repair line as early as possible
    our landline 26830936 goes dead since past ten days when ever we pick the receiver to make a call it is not working when ever we lodge a complaint a new complaint number is given and they say line man wll be sent but our phone still does'nt work and not to add the rude ness of the bsnl staf[censored]tterly disgraceful.
    MY LAND LINE NO 27158799 HAS BEEN LYING INACTIVE FOR THE PAST SIX MONTHS. GIVING COMPLAINT IN WRITING TO THE CONCERNED SUPERVISOR MR THOMAS HAS HAD NO EFFECT. HE SAYS A LINE HAS TO BE RELAID BUT THE SAME IS NOT BEING DONE. HOWEVER I AM BEING BILLED EVERY MONTH WHICH I AM PAYING WITHOUT AVAILING SERVICES.

      I am a bsnl prepaid customer o[censored]p east circle. My number is [protected] which is purchased from Lucknow. I recharged my number with 98 recharge voucher on 10/06/2010 for one month gprs. In lucknow district gprs was works very well.then i moved sitapur(uttar pradesh east) ,here gprs stopped working. For last 20 days (11/06/2010 to 10/07/2010 ) it was remaining stopped.
      So i could use gprs for 2 days only in rupees 98.
      During this time i called the bsnl care for hundreds time and not get any satisfactory answer.
      A senior excutive told that in sitapur district the quality of bsnl services were very down. So your gprs could not worked at all.
      So i requested to take action on this problem.

        I have installed GOD on free 30 days period on a specific understanding that GOD will be renewed only after my consent but contrary to business ethics GOD was renewed and I immediately requested for deactivation by email in May 2010 and informed them that I am leaving for abroad and may not be available for 6 months.
        I have also disconnected the broad band connection
        in May 2010 and opted for surrendering land line phone on safe custody for 6 months after paying the necessary fees.

        samething is happened to me.eventhough i met the accounts officer in person during the month of aug, 2o1o they have included G O D subscription in my sep2010 bill also for my telefone no 22603723.i think the bsnl people are cheating the public by forcing them to include Games on deemand

        pls do diconnect my GOD ...i cant pay the bill...and more over i am nt intrested...so pls dont put me in trouble

          My landline phone is still dead inspite of complaining to every manager of bsnl for 1 month inspite of complaining to the 198 toll free number no one has bothered to even come and check.not a surprise I expected this kind of service from bsnl.but I will write this complain on every blog on the grahak manch website .
          As I told my father has been operated for heart pacemaker and he cannot use mobile phones.so when he is sick landline is the only means to contact me.if there is medical emergency and he cannot contact me I will hold bsnl responsible for this.

          I john Philip dsilva want to lounge a complaint with you since my land line telephone for bsnl landline is gone dead for last 28 days . The complaint is already registered on the call centre as well as the 198 number for almost 28 days now .After registering the complaint on 198 number also no one comes from bsnl to help it is not only this time but every time I register a complaint on 198 number no one from bsnl is bothered ro even check . but if you give 50 rs to lineman the work is done within a minute. previously there were a few of my neighbours also had their phone dead like me for 28 days but now their phone is working. Because they had complaint to the general manager of bsnl through internet. But my phone is still not working. I am a retired government employee and my age is 75 now and also I have been operated for heart surgery (pace setter)for 10 years now. So my doctor has told me not to use the mobile phone. I can only use the land line phone as per doctors instructions. But bsnl phone is always dead in my house my son goes to work for night shifts god forbid if I get an medical emergency in night time I have no means to contact the doctor in the night. I also give good business to bsnl since my bill is always more than 900 rs per month. And I have always pay my bills on time so I don’t understand why when my phone line goes dead it is not repaired on time. The workers or line men from bsnl come and tell me that it is a technical fault from the exchange and go away and never come back. I am a senior citizen of india who has retired from mazgoan dock ltd company that was also a central government company but I never worked in this manner I always did my work sincerely.
          I don’t understand what is wrong with all the government companies that is why all the private companies are taking advantage of it and there will be one day when all the government companies like air india, bsnl will close down. So this Is high time to take action and tell your workers to be on their toes or else they will be left with no job on day. I think since my phone is not working for almost a month now I should also not be charged for my monthly bill. I will also forward this complaint to grahak manch (consumer forum)from my side to get a immediate reply.
          Hope so bsnl will help atleast this time.

          BSNL — Disturbance in phone since 1 month

          There is so much disturbance in my phone since 1 month. It's very difficult to hear the person on the other side. I have registered complaints so many times by my landline phone, but still not got it resolved. So please do the needful and solve the problem as early as possible. My landline No. is[protected].

          BSNL — phone line dead since 1 month

          Our bsnl land line is dead since last 1 month. We have tried to communicate to the nearest bsnl office but there is no response. We hope that you will fix this problem as early as possible.

          Past 9 month my landline (No[protected] Kanchipuram) is not working frequently. we are continuously raises complaint, but still the problem is not solved permanently . So please take necessary action immediately.

            sir i book the telephone with broadband connection, i got connection with piecewire two joint wires in my home. but afterwards i known the poor phone wise disturbance when i attend the calls and make the calls time. and i enroled the complaints to bsnl customer care no.s and email but till they not change the wire, employees doing this work but bad name to bsnl company till they not at respond the my mail and change wire please make necessary arrangements my phone no.[protected]

              sir maine bsnl tunes ki website (http://bsnltunes.bsnlumw.com:21000/)par mere mobile ([protected]) ka reg. kiya tha jiska main password bhool gaya hun than forgot password ke through bhi try kiya tha but wahan par meri dob match nahin ho pa rahi hai to meri aapse ye request hai ki mujhe mere mobile number or mere e-mail par mera password send karne ki kripa karein. Maine es baare mein customer care par bhi kai baar above 1 hr tak discuss kiya hai bt finally vo mujhe satisfied nahin kar pa rahe hai main jo bhi complaint karta hun mujhe sirf ye answer milta hai bsnl mein call karne ke liye dhanyabad magar meri problem solve nahin ho pa rahi hai to main aapse final request karta hun ki mujhe 48 hours ke andar meri problem solve kar dene ki karipa kariyega kyunki main consumer form ka member bhi hun jisse mujhe wahan complain karne mein bilkul bhi prob nahin hogi...

                I Prasad Adwankar had submitted an application for surrender of landline no. 2605697 and refund of deposit on 7th January 2010. Sent several mails to circle office and Ambernath office and BSNL office in Kalyan. None of the BSNL officials has an answer for the prolonged delay in refunding the deposit money. All that they say is that a new system is installed and hence the delay.

                We are only wondering whether we will get the refund at all at this rate. Off late they are not picking up phone calls. It is really a pathetic state of affairs where no one is answerable to the customer who is just helpless and has to tolerate these authorities.

                Ambernath says it has gone to Pune who say its in Kalyan and Circle office says Kalyan will do the work who are totally silent. These officials are not even prompt in replying to mails. what use is mail ids helpline nos etc?

                  I came to know form BSNL CC that they provide a GPRS plan of RS 18 for unlimited GPRS usage per day. To Activate this plan they ask to sent SMS with format GPRS 18 to 53733. But when i sent sms to 53733 i get a immediate relay the format is wrong. Again i try other format GPRS18 then also i get same replay. Then i try to contact Customer care executive but i don’t know what is the problem their error or network busy i am not able to talk to CC executive. One day i try to contact CC from morning to noon at last i get CC executive and he gave me same sms format then he take a complaint. But till now i did not get any response or plan not yet activated.

                  Respected Sir,
                  I have started a plan of pay per second by sending a message and I also got a confirmation message. Though that plan has not been activated on my number [protected]. I have complained to customer care about 15 times, but unfortunately they gave me rude answers without helping me. So I request you to solve my problem.

                    I lodged complaint on 25.9.2010 with BSNL Chandigarh regarding boradband malfunctioning at my residence H.No. 1816-A, Sector 7-C, Chandigarh but till 1.10.2010 it has not been attended by any one though I have talked to J.E. Sh. Saini and D.E.T. Sh. Pall Singh many times but all in vain. I is very surprising that despite my request to SDE no attendant has turned up.
                    Respected sir,
                    Myself Pritam kaur, W/o Kartar singh. I am a BSNL broadband
                    customer. My landline phone no. is[protected]. The broadband connection goes
                    out of order throughout the month about 5 0r 6 times. Every time a complaint is
                    filed there’s no action, if we try to contact the exchange personally we’re
                    harassed. The SDO of the department Mr. Surinder Arora is a local. He has taken
                    into consideration some personal ego clash against me. My connection went out of
                    order on the 9th of December 2010 and when we contacted him (on 10th dec 2010)
                    regarding the complaint he told us that “the harassment will continue” and
                    advised us to subscribe to some other company. Kindly give the matter your
                    precious attention.

                      Respective sir, We bsnl mobile custmers in Dhundalwadi area are geting very iregular network coverage. Dhundalwadi is the only bazar place with bank, hospital and some government offices,school, police outpost on Natiol highway 8 in this large rural area. We have got a bsnl mobile tower near by.We gets strong signal generaly but WHEN ELECTRICITY LOAD SHEDING STARTS WE LOOSE NETWORK COVERAGE.And if load sheding starts at evening then we loose network for overnight and even when electricity is restored. Sir why power generator is not used ? Or if this 'no network' condition is created purposly to benifit other private mobile service provideres?                       It's horrible to see message ''NO NETWORK'' standing under a mobile tower being a post paid custmer.

                      I was late in paying my bill. But after paying this bill still my service is disconnected. I tried calling all your phone nos but no reply. Tried your mobile but says "all the lines in this rout is busy"
                      Please help me and restore my service as soon as possible. I am senior citizen and I need this urgently.

                        Hello Sir,
                        This is to inform you that my telephone remains out of order most of the time. Its the problem with all the connections from our sub-exchange.

                        Inspite of repeated complaints, the service has not improved. It remains out of order for days, then after the technician comes, it becomes ok for few hours and then the same problem continues.
                        I pay around Rs. 800 - 1000 as bill to the BSNL on bimonthly basis. This type of service is pathetic to say the least and its causing a lot of harassment to us.

                        I will be grateful if you kindly look into the matter.

                        Hello! My dear BSNL Land-line Telephone Controller,

                        My land-line No. is [protected]. You can verify from your end that how many days the line became functional since last year and even now. It is ridiculous to find that you are charging us without rendering any service. My line remains dead and your local maintenance and other operational assemblies are equally competent that you can easily understand and verify.

                        My line used to be a bit in order during my friend, Mr. C. S Chattopadhayay's tenure together with Mr. Dhananjay Ganguli's active help. Now the utter rubbish administration is practically sucking us without rendering a service of one paisa.

                        Very soon I will be lodging a serious complaint to appropriate bodies.

                        Either you keep the line functional or detach it with official intimation.

                        You don't deserve any good gesture even.

                          we have also same problem in nitk, surathkal, karnataka,
                          upload speed is only 4kBps and download is 20kBps. i paid 4200rs and i am getting GPRS speed.
                          I am from Madurai, the 3G speed of BSNL is very slow and when tested online it shows only 40kbps, it was better when i took the new connection 2months back. Now after purchasing this BSNL 3G usb modem, i have returned my earlier Data card from other service provider. I dont know what are they doing, at BSNL? The new minister is also trying to patch up the earlier telecom scam and he wont have time to look into all these issues..I hope someone takes someremedial action on theses issues.

                            Dear Sir,

                            My telephone no.[protected] is lying dead and non-operative since last one week and I am also not able to log comlaint on-line due to system problem([protected]) is not woking since long and always gives recorded message " telehone is busy kindly contact latter". So,I went to Patel Nagar Telephone exchange to record Complaint on 10/07/10 personaly at 3.00 p.m, but to my surprise there was no body or no system to record defect Complaint and there was no-register kept so that in emergency defect can be recorded.
                            Kindly look into customer problems which are not considered important and every body take rightfull pleasure of their services with-out considering that all money for their wages has beeen paid by poor-customer.
                            This lethargy in BSNL may please be addressed and staff should be lealised to perform systematic job requirements.

                                I Mr. Brahmeswara rao working in State Bank of Hyderabad, a Old customer obtained connection at warangal(Andhra Pradesh) would like to bring to your kind notice regarding non-refund of deposit amount even after 9 months. I got connection of BSNL land line on 12/03/1999 against payment of Rs.3000/- deposit and my telephone No. is [protected]

                                I also got connection of Broad Bond service during October 2007 and at the time an additional
                                amount of Rs.500/- was collected as deposit. On account of my transfer to Hyderabad I surrendered
                                the connection on 26/10/2009 and and obtained the receipt. In my surrender application I have mentioned the
                                NEW ADDRESS AT HYDERABAD. Till Now I didn’t get any refund order. During this period I put all out efforts to know the status from the functionaries working at Warangal BSNL office. The numbers I contacted are as under:

                                No. [protected] D.E-- He always replies that he was not in the Office when I called
                                No. [protected] Nodal Officer - Advised to contact Other functionaries
                                No. [protected] A.O. He always replied that we will look into.
                                No. [protected]- CO. she also given her subordinate number and advised to contact them
                                No. 2427683 - they simply replied that the task belongs to refund section
                                No. [protected] - Mr. Shivaji He politely replied and advised that Your books are showing only Rs.500/- as my deposit.

                                I replied that I have paid deposit in the year1999 and I could not able to trace the deposit receipt. I produced the bill of June/July 1999 of which interest on the deposit was adjusted in that bill. He also advised to submit an Affidavit duly notarized having paid the deposit. I have submitted the Notarized affidavit during the month of April 2010.Till date I didn’t receive any refund amount. I am in frequent touch with Mr. Shivaji and he also replied that Refund Order sent to concerned section PHONE NO>[protected] vide refund order No.111263 and also Register No.R.R.21/152. When I contacted with the above phone i.e., by name Mr. Srinivas he replied that all the pending cheques were dispatched and also replied that nothing to do at that section. I understand that the new address given by me at the time of surrender was not recorded in your books so far.

                                Hence I request you to look into the matter settle my grievence immediately.

                                  I had apllied for a broadband connection at BSNL exchange, Jhansi (U.P.) a month back. I have completed all the documental formalities along with total money deposit demanded as per 500 Home Plan (i.e. 2664/-). Till date a phone set along with modem has been placed at home. Present status is as follows:

                                  1- Phone line is active.
                                  2- Modem AR800V v3.0 without any installation CD and user manualhas been provided.
                                  3- No username and password and other details in written has been provided to me.
                                  4- No person from service provider has yet arrived to solve my internet connectivity problem even after three consecutive complaints.

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      I have a brqad band internet connection on my tele No[protected]. For past over two months I have been having major problems connecting to the Internet as the link remains unstable and keeps disconnecting and re connecting every 10-15 minutes. I have been constantlym in tpoch with the JE broad at Vyttila exchange and also Contacted SDOT a couple of times. While they have been quite responsive the problem has not been resolved as the linemen have said the local lead cable is in a bad state. This is also causing of and on noise on the telephone. To solve the problem anew under ground cable lead has been laid upto my hose. nearly two months ago, however the sme has not yet been connected to the phone for reasons of non availability of requisit staff to fix the junction box and lead -in to the instruement. The problem has become accute now as monsoons have setin. As soon as the rain starts the internet link goes down and the line becomes noisy and th broad band remains down till the rain water dries up, It is surprising that something as mundane as connecting a new local lead has taken so long. May I request that the problem be looked into and resolved at the earliest.
