It is stated that the hot payment was successful but the amount was not credited inthe phone balance.

In the bankaccount the amount rs 55 has been debited. in the bsnl customer care they have stated that to ask the bank. To whom should i contact? will you pl help me

With great regret i would like to inform you that i am completely sick and tiored with the disgusting services of our BSNL land line services. Every month my land line remains out of order for 25-20 days, moreover we dont get any response even after repeated reminder to the PG Cell.

When I was enquiring for the delay in installation, concerned officer informed me that the facility was not avilable at my area (Canal Bank Road, Gandhinagar, Adyar). My house is surrounded by educatinal institutes and shops etc. who have been provided with BSNL telephones....

Inconsistent quality product, very unsatisfactory customer service
