I HAVE PURCHASED BSNL 3G DATA CARD AND SIM CARD NO.[protected]. FOR THE LAST ABOUNT SIX WEEKS THE BSNL 3G GPRS INTERNET IS NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY WITH THE FOLLOWING DETAILS:
01.MANY TIMES IT DOES NOT CONNECT,
02. IF CONNECTED IT GETS DISCONNECTED WITHIN 2-3 MINUTES.
03. IF NOT DISCONNECTED THE SPEED IS VERY SLOW.
SO THAT WE CAN NOT USE IT GAINFULLY.
I HAVE LODGED AN ONLINE COMPLAINT NO. PJB/CO/2010/5725 DT. 04.06.2010 WITH THE BSNL (GRIEVANCE REGISTRATION FORM), BUT TILL NOW NO ACTION SEEMS TO BE TAKEN BY THE CONCERNED DEPARTMENT. NOW SINCE 30.06.10 THE ABOVE SYSTEM IS NOT WORKING AT ALL..
NOW IT IS REQUESTED TO GET THE ABOVE PROBLEM RECTIFIED BY THE CONCERNED DEPARTMENT ON A PERMANENT BASIS.

BSNL Punjab — help to get back my stolen phone

The sub actress subscription had been activated on my mobile since 3 month and whenever i was trying to deactivate this, it was giving error.for this. They were charging me 30 Rs.p/m. For unsubscribed, they are showing address(url):http://203.199.70.160/site/t.jsp?i=743, but the url are not working. Plz sir, unsubscribed this service from my number. Messages are coming from 58888.

3g speed sucks in punjab max o[censored] can get is 40kB/s download speed...it sucks ...avg speed is around 25-30kB/s
in july 2010 i used to get speed of 400KBps on bsnl 3g via nokia 5230...i was able to download 1GB withing 45 min...but today 20 jan 2011 bsnl suck... cause speed is just 25KBps...it totally became crap... am living in jalandhar

BSNL Punjab — unauthorised deduction from cellone connection

I have BSNL Cellone connection no.[protected]. I have not asked for any additional service. But charges have deducted from my balance. I request for remit back the charges deducted in my connection.
Not yet received the refund. When ?
services of bsnl 3 g r very very poor..i too having 3g data card no [protected]..the functioning of 3g is very very slow...unable to check balance data on pc/laptop..when we type *123*6# msg comes this telephone number does not exist..i approached personally bsnl pathankot on this problem to dealing persons even to je and sdo concerned but no action took to rectify the problem.. even given online complaint no action till date...///

        21st jun,2010 i have recharged with rs. 275/- for 3g mobile Internet package and got 500mb free usage facility for 30 days. But since last 4 days my surfing charges were deducting from my main balance instead of that 500 mb. And yesterday my balance was >rs.300/-. But uncertainly today i have found rs.224/- was deducted for no reason.
        ** And the most pathetic part is, bsnl customer care is does not have any information about their customers account. Then whats the use of customer care?

        Today is the 4th day of my balance deduction. And still I don't know the reason behind such deduction. I think at least they should provide info about the charges they are deducting??

          i bought bsnl wll one month before. but its speed is too slow. they told that 153 kbps speed will come.but now speed is only 2kb or 3kbps per second. and my will is repeatedly disconnecting, with in 3 to 5 min.. hear no one trying to solve my problem sir.

          BSNL WLL — not working

          one month before i bought it. but its speed is vary low. it coming just 3 to 5 kbps..
          and net is disconnecting with in 2 r 3 min. before 10 days this bsnl will is vary fine. but now am thinking y am bought this. hear no one trying to solve our problem... my friend
          also facing this type of problems. they told 153kbps it will come.. but am expecting at list 20kbps. main problem is will net is disconnecting repeatedly with in 2 to 3min. and net speed is vary slow.

            I opted for Broad Band Home combo 299 on 26th May 2010.
            On receiving the bill for may 2010, apart from amount of Rs.299/- for BB,
            extra amounts Rs.57.87 as Fixed charge and Rs.90.60 as broadband usage charge has been added to my bill.
            As per the upload/download limit from the bsnl broad band site, i have used on 348MB against 1GB for the month.
            On enquiring, i got the information that the billing is correct.
            There is prompt response from the BB accounts section, but not giving details on how this amount was calculated.
            The service part response is zero.

              WHEN WE CALL THE NUMBER ON THE BILL ITSELF FOR CLARIFICATION[protected] A MAN TOOK THE PHONE AFTER 2 HOURS OF TRY TOLD IN MALAYALAM "POYI VERE PANINOKKEDA" MEANS YOU GO TO SOME OTHER JOB ,,,,,,
              THAT LEADS TO ANOTHER FULL DAY TO VISIT BSNL ACCOUNTS OFFICE AT KOCHI AND FINALLY WE GOT MORE CONFUSION AND WE UNDERSTOOD THAT BROADBAND BILLS ARE NOT UNDER THE BSNL . IT IS DONE BY SOME OTHER AGENCIES LIKE TATA CONSULTUCY OR SO.
              WE DOUBT BROADBAND BUSINES OF BSNL IS TOTALLY CONTROLED BY THEM OR SO.

              THE EXTRA BILL THEY RAISED FOR BROADBAND USAGE IS FOR APRIL 2008 THAT IS 29 MONTHS OLD STORY. WE ALREADY RECEIVED SUCH BILLS FOR THAT MONTH AND WE GOT A REVISED BILL FOR THAT PERIOD WITH A COVERING LETTER SAYING ERRORS REGRETTED AND PRAYED FOR APPOLOGY BY ACCOUNTS OFFICER ITSELF AT THAT TIME.
              NOW AGAIN THE SAME MISTAKE FROM BSNL

              ANOTHER WONDER IS THEY HAVE RAISED ONLY 67 RS ON PREVIOUS MONTH ???

                I am anusha working as a lecturer... last month i received a call from one Mr.kathiravan.. He offered a game plan free of cost for one month... He told me tat after 25 days someone will call me to confirm whether i want to subscribe or not... I thought tat after checking the games i will decide about tat.. But the truth is i never visited tat site again... Even the installation wasn't proper... It was not properly done because i have windows 7... so i thought it was over tat time itself... No one called me after that day... But suddenly i received a call saying tat i have subscribed tat game plan charging 200 per month... But i dont want to subscribe..                 BSNL — Broadband not installed after 25 days

                  BSNL GSM sevice — very bad network coverage in patna

                  i m using BSNL GSM service and i am using plan of free bsnt to bsnl local service on recharge of 329, but since 10 days all call to free numbers get disconnected in around 10 to 20 seconds. i think they cheating there customer.

                  after seeing the big claims by your employer (BSNL) published in the newspapers I made up my mind to get myself a 3G connection to use it for internet purposes. I contacted the office and then got a 3G USB modem (Huawei E156G). I invested around Rs.5000/- for this. The people at your place even convinced me that it is going to work lightning fast and there were no issues of network connectivity at your area. To further clear my doubts of connectivity i asked them to give me a few contact details of customers currently availing this facility in my area. On this they assured me that there was no such connectivity problem in my area and i ended up trusting them. The fact is that there is no network coverage for 3G in my area. Whenever i try to connect through HSDPA/UMTS, the dialogue box shows not even a single network bar, and when i try to connect through GSM connection option then there is full network coverage, showing all the bars. I am able to connect through GSM, but the speed is just 10 KBps, whereas as promised by ur office i should have got a speed of at least 384 KBps using 3G HSDPA/UMTS connection. What am i supposed to do now. I have invested my money. I have paid the monthly rental and other charges. U make people pay for services u don't offer. When u people don't have the expertise to do things then why do u put hands into them. It seems u people make money this way by looting the fooools like me. If i continue, i may get more abusive, so let me stop. Hope this reaches some ears that are not clogged.
                  I had the 3G 22 days before. The speed on internet browsing was very good. Later I was getting regularly to use the 3G TV and after a think, I tried that too. I got configurations and tried "Vijay TV" which asked for subscriptions Rs.10 for one day, Rs. 50 for one month. I got to see only recorded video of some comedy tracks. I found the whole thing as a comedy on me. When I complained to the customer care, they said the Vijay TV is not brought live yet. I thought I was made a fool of that. Later I tried "Raj TV" . I could see the TV with poor relay morphing the faces to different ugly shapes because of the poor signals. I could not get even that after some time. When I made a complaint again, the CC people said I have to check my configurations while I myself have never made configurations. I accept the configurations as they send through 'sms' and save it on my mobile.

                  Later I could not get for about three days and asked the CC, they said the same thing, but during the talk I could get one point that a CC person asked me whether I am getting 3G signal. It struck me and checked for that. There was no 3G at that time. Later when I find the 3G on my screen, I tried for the TV and got it live. I realised that I was just fooled by the CC people so far and could understand, I have to check first whether 3G is available. The whole thing depends on 3G signals only. Often the 3G goes off and trying to internet and TV becomes very hard experience. The customer care people never accept the shortcoming on their side. One of the person asked me to bring the handset to their office for checking. I am not satisfied with their attitude.

                  I am Souvik from Atabagan,kolkata-700153.I have bought 3g data card after taking information from bsnl customer care but now finding that there is no 3g network in our area.The 3g service has launched in 2008,but till now there is no 3g network in our area.So i am requesting you to do whatever you can to implement the 3g network in our area.I have invested quite a lot in buying the datacard but now i am in a miserable position.I will be highly oblidged if you please take steps to implement 3g network in our area.

                  i am having a similar problem in Annanagar, Chennai - i have invested Rs 6700 for a 7.2 mbps stick and 4200/- as advance for 6 months - unlimited scheme - in January 2011 - Initiall got a 30 - 40 kbps - now it is - 5 kbps and when i try on TABLETS, it is showing as EDGE - not connected to INTERNET - I visited BSNL, Annanagar office, and was in turn redirected for a MERRYGO ROUND visit of Puraswallakm, Kellys and RK Mutt Road offices - No solution - Visted AGM at Annagar who asked me to contact DGM - GPS at RK Mutt Road - Written emails to DGM and Nodal Public Grievance officer and Area in Charge - No repsonse - Also contacted theArea in Charhe at Shanthi Colony, who let the cat out of the bag - Apolgetically he stated that signal strength is POOR and unless BSNL installs new equipment, I will not get any signal at my place - after the 2 g scam now, the BSNL is fooling the public withtheir version of the 3g scam - Will some official take responsibility and atleast refund money and not sell 3 g to the public

                      I've got a land line connection in the following number[protected] and I am currently residing in Chevayur (7 kms from Kozhikode town). The phone connection (Land Line) was not working from 05/06/2010. I’m unable to make out going calls or receive in coming calls. There was a slight humming voice, when you listened to the receiver. I gave a complaint on 07/06/2010 and the next day (08/09/2010) a technician came and checked the issue. He was unable to resolve the problem as it was an issue with the cable (That's what he claimed). The technician promised to come back the next day to resolve the issue. After waiting for couple of days as the technicians were not forth coming, I gave a written complaint to the officer in charge at Chevayur Telephone Exchange on 09/06/2010. As the issue was still unresolved, I again went and talked to an Engineer on 15/06/2010, who promised a resolution within the next two days. After waiting for a week I gave a second written complaint on 22/06/2010 and the officer in charge again promised a resolution in the next two days. Still seeing no improvement, I again went to the Chevayur Telephone Exchange and talked to another Engineer on 29/06/2010 who by now gave the default answer of resolving the issue in the next two days. Today the date is 03/07/2010 and now its 28 days since the issue had started and still it is not resolved. After 08/06/2010 I have not seen any action from BSNL towards resolving the issue I'm living in the vicinity of Chevayur Telephone Exchange (Within 500 mts), so it's not a big deal to come to my home. The service rendered by BSNL is absolutely pathetic. What sort of reputation will a company have that cannot resolve the customer's complaint in four weeks? I would sincerely like to get my issue resolved without any further delay.

                      I have complaint BSNL many times regarding repairing the telephone connection, as myself reached at my tele-phone exchange many times. Also, The latest complaint number is: 45754 14/Nov/2008.

                      my name is murali and i have been availing the services of bsnl broadband for the past about seven years. (the broadband connection is provided on the land line number[protected]. and this connection is in the name of smt.u.k.leela, my mother).
                      now let me invite your kind attention to the following.
                      on 14th of this month, someone had called on our land line number and introduced himself as one of the executives from bsnl and offered certain services which are being provided by bsnl (actually by bsnl.hungama.com). the call was attended by my mother and she told him she knew nothing about these things and that her son, i.e. me, is using the broadband services. she asked him to talk to me but he said it was ok and persuaded her to give him one email id and mobile number and my mother had given him her cell number and the email id of my son who was at home then. after some time she got two sms from bsnl.hungama.com informing us that two of their services viz.MOD and Platinum Movies Services have been activated.

                      on hearing this i had contacted them on their toll free number[protected] and asked them to deactivate the said services but i was told that they could not do that right away and they even suggested that i should avail these services at least for one month since i have to pay one month's rent (i.e. Rs.149/- each) any way whether i avail these services or not.
                      so i contacted them through their email id on 15.12.2012 and explained everything and requested them to deactivate these services at once but no confirmation came and i sent them a reminder on 17.12.2012. still no response and i sent them one more message today which reads as under:
                      "

                      please refer to my complaint dated 15.12.2012 and the reminder sent on 17.12.2012 and i haven't received any response/confirmation yet.

                      i once again request you to deactivate the services viz. MOD and Platinum Movies Services with immediate effect."


                      it may please be noted that i have neither used the said services nor have i logged in to their site using their password.

                      My landline number/Broadband No. [protected] is not working properly for over one month. Complaint was registered and several calls were made to both the central as well as local exchange. Nothing is done to rectify the problem. Status of complaint is shown as "in progress". However, amazingly BSNL is very efficient in sending bills on time. When calls are made to the exchange they get agitated and doesn't seem to care. i wonder why we all still stick to BSNL when we do have much better, efficient and cheaper options at our disposal. May be only because this is a state owned enterprise.
                      Can BSNL do something to rectify this problem or let me know whether it is worth waiting indefinitely and keep paying for services not rendered. Please help.

                          Is there any way to sensitize the officials at BSNL to attend to the complaint from customers? Is there a designated person to handle such matters with the condition that he picks up the phone when we dial the number? Is there a way to know whom to contact in BSNL in the absence of a Telephone directory?Could you employ some knowledgeable people in since my experience is that those manning the station are incompetent and far from professionals.
                          I seek your reply for my grievances (*that is if this mail reaches the correct sources). In case you are not dealing with this matter kindly forward same to concerned official.

                            Dear sir, myself laxmi narayan gupta, my comlaint is that i have a caller tune on my bsnl mobile no. is [protected]. this tune renewed on 0272010 but i dont want to continue this so i call on coust. care for removing it on 26/06/2010 . but they were not take any action before 02/07/2010 and substract charges for it .
                            whenever i told them about it they abbuse me and talk in a very rude manner and again renew my complaint after charge substraction and when again i try for it they do not give a satisfactory answer and disconnect me .

                                Our land phone installed is not in order. (Phone No.2621673, Aluva exchange) months back is was changed by exchange authorities, but the problem still exists. conversation through phone is not clear due to krrrrrrrrrrrrrrr krrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr krrrrrrrrrrrrr and other sounds , the phone need to be changed for a new one, instead of a repaired old phone. I could not connect to broadband due to the problem in the land line. Kindly see that, our land line is clear in all respects.
