Our BSNL Landline no. 26127273 was locked by us some 15 days ago, as we were travelling outstation. Somehow, now we are unable to unlock it, even after putting the specified code.

What can be done to unlock it?

Dear Sir,

Wish to bring your notice , BSNL- telephone exchange of Kamalanagar by department of Bangalore telecom district is violating all kind of environmental acts since it is commissioned.

The noise levels are so high it is impossible for people leaving adjacent to live peacefully.

Residences sleep and children studies are thrown out of gear since years even after complaints to BSNL head India...

We have complained regarding non availability of outgoing calls and non functioning of dynamic locking system on 3.06.2010 against our telephone no.24630661 to the Divisional Engineer (Intl/Extnl), Russa Exchange, Calcutta Telephones. Nobody has attended the complaint till date even after 17 days.

i received a url sms about stock information. I clicked it just to see what it is. As soon as i clicked it 30/- were deducted. The reason for complaint is that i was not given enough info about the service.so that i didnt get the time to decide wether i want to use service or not.and i had to lose 38/- on a service i dont want to use. If a govt org is using such false practices then its a pitty for indian people-[protected]...

My LL NO 2438614 with broadband facility,I do not get my bill on my bank ac even after several days.For last 2 weeks , I am trying to pay the bill online through BSNL online payment gateway. First it was not accepting my details and now, I can view my bill but when try to clik PAY ONLINE , I can not pay because I do not get any gate way of any bank .

Regularly I get unwanted messages from BP-56363 , and after that a sum of Rs. 8/- are charged from my balance by no.[protected] and this is happening from 2nd week of March, 2010 . For which I lodged a complaint on your customer care service vide complaint no. - 6136752, but still the balance of Rs. 8/- is deducted per week , causing me a financial loss...

I wanted to watch TV on my mobile. Little did i know that it was still a dream .
You first have to send an SMS “MY3GTV” & send to 55447 ( Rs. 2 for the SMS) and then the application link is sent to your mobile handset via SMS. Once the application downloads (Approx Rs 2 for the download charged by BSNL.)
I then installed and opened the application and selected watching mobile TV - Channel ESPN MobileTV for one day...

I would like to inform you that my land line No.2575321 is not in operation for the last one week.Inspite of repeated complaints to our telephone excahnge CUSAT(Cochin University ) ,no action is being taken to rectify the fault.Kindly investigate and do the needful to rectify the fault as soon as possible.

i have been issued BSNL Unnathi SIM card at the time of issuing the ration card. Now its validity is going to expire on 12th july 2010. In this regard i enquired with BSNL officials and also with BSNL customer care. Both shifting their responsibility on each-others, totally there is no proper response. Therefore please take necessary action and advise me which plan is suiting my SIM for extension of period validity.

i am a recident of ppl paradip,orissa and i have taken bsnl broadband connection..the net connects one day and it doesn` connect for next 2 days showing error 676 and sometimes when it connects it ony lasts for certain bytes....

{Phone line is not working properly and voice distortion}
We have a business farm at Nayapali, Bhubaneswar. We are using BSNL Land Line as our main contact number for our business and paying near about[protected] Inr every month. But the line is not working properly since from last 4 month & most of the time lot of voice distortion is going on.

We gave complaints so many times to BSNL. But till we don't get any...

I am receiving upto 25-30 unwanted SMS through various companies as advertisements for various products that I do not need. For past few days I am facing the automatic redirection in IE browser to motive.bsnl.co.in.
I am using BSNL dataone broadband connection. Since last week, whenever I open google.com or some other site, it gets redirected to motive.bsnl.co.in. It is really annoying.
