I am Altab uddin molla s/o of Jalal uddin molla my BSNL number is [protected],[protected].this two number are active in bsnl dosti unlimited free call plan.But on 8/12/2011 dosti unlimited free call plan deactived .i call bsnl care they say that unlimited plan changes and the plan is 30min/day .sir how can it possible this is also unlimited plan.pls pls pls sir look this matter as soon as possible.

I Arun Puspalak s/o-Late Yudhisthira Puspalak, at-Padhansahi, Po-Madhab, Niali, Cuttack-754004, Customer ID-[protected], Telephone Number-[protected], I many times complaint to BSNL for my phone line do not work properly previous six months but no action has been taken till 8/12/11. After many times complain my problem doesn't solve, I complain to Charichhak telephone exchange by ph no-[protected], complain to J.E by mobile no-[protected], complain to S.D.O by ph no-[protected] but the problem has not been solve. Again i send to complain by mail to ([protected]@bsnl.co.in), ([protected]@bsnl.co.in), ([protected]@bsnl.co.in) on dt 06.12.2011 but this office/officer do not response my mail and do not solve my problem. so please kindly help me.

Sir,It is informed that the solsn circle is debiting amounts from my mob.telephone No.[protected] and my wifw mobile No.[protected] from the services which which we have not opted or asked for and we regulary getting messages for their renewal or cancellation or unsuscribing for the service by sending SMS which would cost Rs.2 per sms. If we donot send the sms for unscribing it then the renewal charged would be debited from our credit of prepaid connection.For example message from BP-HANDGO date 06/11/11 whic read as "your Boss Ka Toss Service will get renew in next 2 days to unsuscribe send UNSUBKT to 55678,chage Rs.2." It may please be pointed out that we have not asked fpr any service when the we hvae been charged from our prepaid credit by BP-54646 and we have to send the sms for unscribing it.Every time we are charged for unsubscribing sms .Is it not called cheating the gullible customer both way? Would you please look into the matter for preventing such cheating at the hand of Govt. department of bsnl,solan circle which has resorted to such modus operandi of debiting the credit of the prepaid customer.This may please be stopped forth withby issuing the instructions to the concerned department under intimation to me.M.L.DEWAN,

We got our BSNL Landline Connection[protected] free with Broad Band connection, around 5 months back,
we changed our Plan & from last 5 months we are continuously getting Rent of Rs. 180/- included in our Bill but
no calls have been provided to us.

Our connection is just for incoming.
Requesting to kindly refund the extra Rent charged on immediate basis. '

Sir,
I am a BSNL customer under pariyaram telephone exchange. The phone initially i had was one WLL phone with caller id and memory storage. Once a problem with the battery back up happen they have changed the phone and give one non caller id phone with no memory. Still my phone battery haven't any back up. It was under repair more than one month and given letter for rental reduction and a good battery, they have signed and told me they will not forward it to higher authority. whenever the problem comes i my self going and giving the phone. i have to take leave for submitting the phone. while i ask for battery with back up and phone with caller id and memory as earlier she spoke roughly, as she cant bring it from her home. I asked for complaint book they haven't shown it, told will be there at its position, i was unable to find it. What can i do to get justice. since i saw some advertisements about consumer forums trying this. Expecting to get justice...

My phone no[protected] is not working for last 06 months several times I have complained but no result but every month BSNL is very smart to generate bills.To my perception BSNL is one cheater without providing service they are generating bills.

I am a student residing in M.G.R nagar market road near K.K.nagar, i have been using BSNL EVDO since 2010 aug. I got really frustrated because of its slow download speed.

I've posted regarding this complaint in sense if anyone would take steps....hope it would work.

I had a BTS nearly 1km and i just dont get a speed more than 300kbps...pls do something.

I am a regular bsnl broadband user since its launch in my town. Broadband facility is not available in my land number since october. I have contacted different personalities in the numbers mentioned below in this regard. Also I filed a written complaint to Sub Divisional Engineer in our area last month. I also contacted the J.E many times regarding this; but all in vain. According to the authorities, it is the problem with the land line and they use to say the problem will be corrected within two days...... but no use

Dear Sir,

I have lost the above said BSNL number along with the cell phone instrument yesterday while I am at Hyderabad. I am unable to open the bsnl concerned website to lodge a complaint to block the services, until i reach vellore personally and give a complaint. I request the concerned to look in to the same and block the same with immediate effect.

I am a bsnl post paid suscriber.My no. is [protected]. Last month I put a complain here regarding some unknown charges charged in my bill but till date I din't got any feedback from them.In this month also they charged those unknown charges which i never suscribe. My bill shows they are charging for MT SMS and SDP USAGE which I never suscribe I want whatever amount being deducted in last few month bill be refunded as early as possible. Otherwise I am going to use mobile portabilty service and switch to other service.

I am working in Saudi Arabia and the above landline telephone in my home in Vakkom, Kerala is not working since 6 months. My elderly mother Mrs. Sumathi Madhavan (75 yrs) is the resident.

We are regularly paying the tariff till date, though there is no service for the last 6 months and false promises from BSNL to get it right.

We placed our complaint in BSNL office Vakkom and Kadakkavur for many times and no action has been taken till now.

kindly do the needful to get the required service from BSNL (maintain/ repair and restoration of service) at the earliest.

for more than 10 days, We called and complained and two times went to the office and
complained (10 days ago and yesterday also) No body is attending to correct the fault.

i am consumer of BSNL Landline and mobile GSM service. i get one BSNL GSM connection against my landline phone on following mobile no [protected] under the scheme of BSNL.
on that i receive following massage from following:

1.) from[protected] on 28 November 2011 at 22:54

"Rs.15 charged.Thanks for using our Love sms Service.Your service has been renewed for next 15 days."

for which i never send request for subscription to any provider.

2.) from[protected] on 30 November 2011 at 22:13

"VIDEO ALERTS: Thank you for Subscribing Star Xtreme Rs.10/Seven Days."

for which i never send request for subscription to any provider.

so please i making complain to BSNL higher authority to stop these services through this portal.
And requesting you to make rule for that no one have a power to stop the such type of activity of deducting money for unwanted service without making any request to any portal or without any reply to any Ad massage.

My land line number [protected] BSNL Line has not been working for few months. I have given complaint to Tirur BSNL office somany times. ( I compaint to BSNL customer care, Still no action- (requst No.[protected]

I am a kidney patiant and I cann't use mobile phones- I want to go for dialisis frequently and speak to doctor, My son is in abroad.

Once I requested Tirur office told me to disconnect the line. I am a 45 year old customer and my age is 70.

I cann't go frequently to the tirur office. Please help me to solve this problem.

Dear Sir,


I had applied for a BSNL Wireless Landline Connection ( Lead ID GJVAD [protected]) for my residence at Vadodara on 04.11.11. I was told at that time that the instrument will be provided & the connection will be operational within a week. I had paid Rs. 500/- as Security Deposit ( Demand Note No. VDRVDR36388) & was also informed that my Tel No. will be[protected] .

However, till date the instrument has not been provided in spite of regular follow ups. I was also asked to contact one Mr. Vivek Suresh Phadke ( Mobile : [protected] regarding this .However, Mr. Phadke also failed to do anything about this issue.


Please arrange to provide the connection at the earliest, as almost a month has elapsed since the payment .
