BSNL Landline and Broadband — Telephone line dead completely

BSNL-Landline Telephone — Line is dead.

Im complaining about my dead phone line.

Address: E-5, Aakanksha Apartments, Lane 13-C, Ganesh-Kripa Soceity, Param Hans Nagar, Paud Road, Kothrud, Pune - 411038.

It has been dead since 2 months, and in spite of numerous complaints, sufficient remedial action has not been taken.

my phone line is dead and i have registered a complain at 198 the complain number given to me was 15070, i have also complain at 1500 and 1094 but of no use, my phone number is[protected]

BSNL Landline — Telephone and broadband line dead

My landline no[protected] is dead for the past 4 weeks. I have made complaint on #198 as well as on the BSNL complaint portal but there is no resolution of the complaint and my telephone and BSNL broadband is down from the past 4 weeks
