BSNL Landline — BSNL Landline not working

Hi,

Complaint regarding the BSNL landline number[protected].
The number is on the name of my father, Satish Narayan Pandit.
It comes under BSNL Kalyan billing area.

The complaint is the landline line problem.
when I try to call any number its giving a voice message
"Sorry, the number you dialed cannot be reached now. Please try again later."

This problem happens every 3-4 days in a month, since last 8 months.
Need to find the root cause of the problem and need permanant solution on this.
with taking a strict action that this kind of problem not occurs.

IF THERE IS ANY POLICY THAT NUMBER CAN NOT CHANGE BUT PROVIDER COMPANY CAN CHANGE
IN THAT SITUATION I WILL DEFINATLY CHANE COMPANY

bsln land line — lots of disturbance occurring while calling

Dear Sir/Mam,
My self Anil Mudgil, we have a landline conection of BSNL.From last few months we are facing lot of problem because of the same, we had to face disturbance occurring while calling and our phone is also attached with another phone near by our house, so had also loose our secracy, we already inform above the same to telephone exchange at Kosli, but there is no solution, kindly look on this matter, i shall be very thankful to you.

My land line BSNL connection is wire less the battery has been out of order for almost 6months they have connected direct but when ever power failer the telphone is not working therefor my family is not able to contact me through this telephone. As i am away from my family this is very urgent.
kindly do the needful . this is a second E-mail regarding this and many time direct telephone calls.Also spoke to the line technician but no proper responce.

I am working in Abudhabi. my problem is I cannot contact my family because of a my land line connection is no working since three months.three times complaints in peringanam local exchange . And two times complaints in Kodungallur exchange. So nobody come and clear the problem, Every month BILL IS COMING PROPERLY. so I have to clear this problem as soon as possible.
