landline bill not yet received for[protected] for january month.

my l.l no [protected] is changed to annual 600rs plan frm 11/08.now i am not getting the bills and has to face disconnection .pl.send the bills in time so as to avoid such undesirable things.pl.send the current bill by mail

I never get my BSNL landline bills since last one year. I have logged complain several time regarding same, no one bother there. Every time I have to go to collect my duplicate bills and then clear my dues.

I'm using the internet with this line is the only reason to keep the connection.

It's kind request to send me e-bill on my mail ID.

I do not get my residential bill in time having my own house in Bhubaneswar. Always I get bill after due date of payment for which I have to pay with fine. Now everytime I am required to collect a duplicate bill for payment.
