[Resolved]  BSNL Landline — Phone died from last 30 days

my phone no is[protected] my phone oftenly become dead. I have complaint so many time to local officer but nobody responding me. DP line is laying on the road so that it damaged by passer-by. My telephone is working only 5-6 days in a month. If you are not able to provide the service you may disconnect immediatly.

i am scaria p.t from thodupuzha.i have a bsnl landline connection, no is [protected], this connection is under vengallure exchange, thodupuzha.we took the connectio in 1993.we are living in manakkadu panchayath, but we have been giving fixed rent as according to the muncipalty for past fifteen years.we have given proof that we are living in manakkadu panchayath to the bsnl office, thodupuzha.we have been approaching the bsnl office for past 6 months for refund, but still no action has been taken. so i request you to take necessary action as early as possible

Hello every one, I great problem regarding our bsnl internet connection. My landline number is[protected] every time the connection goes off. There is no support from customer service I have to call attest 10 times in a day to check, some people tell me the problem is in modem or cable what is the problem? No one is responding in bsnl office Bangalore I have come from night shift and run like mad dog to bsnl office I am really frustrated with this connection and more over there is no feasibility of airtel in my area. This is my 1st month o[censored]sing this freaking connection. Can any one help me this please?

Dear Sir,
Greetings and best wishes at first, Sir as it is mentioned above subject we have complained
to our Ramamurthynagar area in charge Mr. Jayram BSNL which we always do. On
21/11/2008 that our telephone is out of order from yesterday 20/11/2008 and Mr. Jayram.
BSNL told I will solve your problem by next day on 22/11/2008, but nothing happened till
27/11/2008. So again we met Mr. Jayram. BSNL On 29/11/2008 and asked when will you
rectify our telephone problems, for that he said that the cable damaged which we have to
get approval from our office which will take longer time. But the neighbor telephones are
working fine but only our number 25650261 is not working and if you pay around Rs.600/-
to me I will get the cable and fix your telephone problem so on that day we gave Rs.300/-
cash and told him once you solve the telephone problem we will pay you the balance.
From that next day Mr. jayram. BSNL has not to be seen; finally we have complained fault
repair service number 25652198 kindly verify on 11/12/2008 and we have complained to
the number 25652444 in this number some lady responded that they will inform Mr.
Jayram. BSNL about the telephone problem and that lady who received call was not willing
to tell her name.
On 17/12/2008 Mr. BALAKRISHANAN. M. as he has Asthma desires and was suffering from
wising at 11pm night all neighbors did not respond for help as he was suffered the whole
night with out sleep, AND Mrs. NAGAMAL.C. WIFE OF Mr.BALAKRISHANAN. M. HER RIGHT
LEG IS FACTURED AND PARALISED WHERE SHE COULD NOT WALK, EVEN TILL TODAY but
in the morning by the help of is son’s he was admitted in Little flower Hospital and from
there he was shifted to Bore wing Hospital and from their he shifted to Isolation Hospital,
finally Mr. BALAKRISHANAN.M he lost his life on 02/01/2009.
WE BELIVE THAT WE LOST HIS LIFE BECAUSE OF THE TELEPHONE PROBLEM IN WHICH HE
HAVE CALLED FOR HELP FROM THE TELEPHONE TO THE FAMILY TO SON’S AND DOUGHTER
AND THE DOCTOR’S ALSO TOLD IF HE COULD ADMITED IN THE HOSPITAL ON THAT NIGHT
17/12/2008 WE COULD HAVE SAVED HIS LIFE IN MEDICATION.
But now the telephone line is disconnected for non payment, so we humbly request to take
this complaint against the telephone number 25650261, and let us know if you can solve
the telephone problem or refund our deposited amount for which is of no use.

1. I G.S.Lawania (Grija Shankar) resident of House No. 1581 Sector-9 Faridabad, have broadband connection at my phone no. 2289900.
2. I am having a problem of breaking of ADSL link after every few seconds for last one and half months with message error 678.
3. I registered my complaint on[protected] with complaint no. 1477172 with BSNL customer care. But no action was taken.
4. The problem persisted constantly and I made so many phone calls to customer care but no more than assurance.
5. I registered another complaint on[protected] with complaint no. 1491962 and I was again assured to resolve the issue within 48 hours. But till date no one has made me a single phone call about the complaint.
6. You can check from your records that I have never been defaulter even to pay late payment for my Bill of phone then why I may not been given the reciprocal prompt and satisfactory services?
7. By not providing due proper services of broadband to me, BSNL is causing a National Loss to the whole county as I am the Online Expert to Sakshat –a one stop Education Web portal Ministry of HRD Govt of India and providing free education to all students all over the country.
8. I have felt that there is psychology of avoidance in BSNL by throwing the ball in another’s court. As the engineers of broadband and phone line maintenance excuse one another for the fault and ultimately the customer like me is the ultimate sufferer.
9. If BSNL Faridabad is unable to provide adequate services to its customers, it is better to give the same in writing so that I can surrender my phone and take the services of private broadband service providers.
It is my humble request to you personally to intervene in to the matter and reply me as soon as possible.

my telephone usage is around 80-90 calls per month, Out of which 50 calls are free as per my plan.
but for last onth they charged me 238 calls, and other thing is my pfone was dead for 4-5 days in that month, (i have done complain for that also, and it will solve fafter 2-3 days).

Sir,

In connection with number[protected], i like to brought to your notice that the landline number is dead/non-operative from last 5 days and we had lodged a complaint too in this respectin our local telephone exchange of modinagar, but no action had been taken till yet.

Further, i like to mention that since the telephone is not in working stage for more than three regular days, therefore no rental should be charged on the same, as per TRAI regulations.
