Mera land line phone[protected] connection pichle 8 dino se band pada hai kayeen baar complaind (No. 67653) karane ke baad bhee theek nahi huwa sir meri aapse request hai kee aap is complaind ko Hiran Magri Sector No. 4, Udaipur Rajasthan exchange mein bhej de aur niyam ke anusar mahine ka kiraya maph kare.

My Landline is not working from 4day no[protected].On 19th May 2009 i have given a compliant through 198 no they have taken a complaintand no is -AMDP 35964 but till now it is not repaired.Is this is not your responsiblity to come and check what the problem is..daily i am given a complaint its tell under process till how many days it will tell its under process...again when i dailed today i.e 22ns May 2009 its given another Complaint no AMDP 36116 what is this...Pl look in to this matter...

my phone no is [protected], my phone oftenly become dead. I have complaint to local officer but no one can able to solve my problem. DP line is laying on the road so that it damaged by passer-by.

I had applied for a new Landline Connection on the 30th of May, 2008. However, till date i.e. 28th May, 2009 the connection has not yet been activated and for this I already three time informed to the Head exchange office and zonal exchange office also, but they are just misguide for last one year as per "THERE ARE NO PAIR POINT" reason.
For my new connection they took Rs 1000/- 30th of May, 2008 whereas I request to refund my money if they failed to give the connection. But still I am so upset that from them I not get yet any kinds of information.
So, will you please help me to refund my Rs 1000/- with one year interest, then I will be grateful to you.

BSNL Landline — Telephone is not working from last 30 days

Hi,

This is to bring to your notice that my BSNL landline no[protected]Koyilany, Calicut, Kerala) is not working from last 30 days. My mother is staying alone and she is now 65 years of age, she has approched the bsnl office many times with the complaint and there is no positive response from your end. As I'm staying away from my home and not able to contact my mom regularly, only option is that she has to 1 km to std booth and make call.

So kindly understand the seriousness of this issue and do the needful ASAP.

BSNL Landline — Phone is dead from last 5 days

We have been facing serious problems as our land line is not working since last 5 days. A complaint was also booked at the morning of 31.05.2009, at the BSNL contoll no. 198, we also got a complaint no.333329. But since then nobody from there have come to ractify the fault also if we call at the no. to know the status of our complaint the computerized system indicates that your complaint has already been registered sine 31.05.09.

In this case, i don't know where to go and make complaint about my telephone.

My land phone[protected],[protected]is not working from the past one week.. i went to the telephone exchage for giving compalint but the telephone exchange was closed. no one was there in the exchage on that time.. so i went to bsnl office panampally nagar cchin and i had given complaint over there also. but as of now, no resoponce from bsnl side. so i request you to so the needful for solving this problem.

BSNL Landline — Last month BIll paid, but phone is dead.

My phone number is[protected]. Currently my phone is dead and reason BSNL pre-recorded voice says last month bill is not paid. But I have already paid through CITIBANK cheque # 037547 amount Rs.502.00 and amounted is debited from my account on 11th May for which I have bank SMS also. No BSNL has generated another bill (for Rs.213.00 due date 7th July 2008) and they have disconnected my phone. I went to customer care unit they have given 2 useless number[protected] and[protected] of account department and asked me to speak to them. I have been trying these number from 4 days and no response. Pathetic service, Useless company. Please help me to resolve this..

my all dues is clear but showing outstanding amount 6071.00 i hav paid it by receipt no-2102610 dated 22.5.2009.

how i will get my unpaid bill of bsnl landline with broadband june month

I am a pco operator, cosumer no[protected] from glonthra along with bsnl from 2003.en every month the telephone bill and our pco machine monthly report is nearly same.but on dec, 2008 and january, 2009 in both around 1300 (thirteen hundred) unit more was come in bill.
I go through details bill which is provided by bsnl department and marked that on 27-dec-2008 at night 11:00 pm to 28-dec-2008 at morning 6:00 am, that is in 7(seven) hour continually called by somebody to only one no i.e [protected] about 803 units. also on 01-jan-2009 from night 1:50 am to 6:30 am, that is in 4(four) hour continually called by samebody to same no i.e [protected] about 391 units.
I collect information from secret channel that to call [protected] was given our phone line to relative of golanthra telephone exchange officer(lineman) at every night from different day different consumer's number.
I given a complain to A.O, B.S.N.L, berhampur, orissa on[protected].
But till now nothing is happend, no response is taken by the department.

Our Land Line Nos. 2432 3744 / 45 is not working for the past 3 days. We have made compalint directly and through land line also. Till now, nobody had rectificed the same.
