[Resolved]  BSNL Landline — Phone died from last 30 days

my phone no is[protected] my phone oftenly become dead. I have complaint so many time to local officer but nobody responding me. DP line is laying on the road so that it damaged by passer-by. My telephone is working only 5-6 days in a month.

BSNL Landline phone — Landline Phone dead for last 1 month

Our BSNL Landline phone number[protected] is dead from about last 25-30 days. THe wirtes have been damaged due to ongoing road widening and other construction work of NH-21. Even though consumers of area have raised the issue to BSNL, but the same has not been resolved till now. As per rules we should get no bill for this particular month, The same had happened some months back also, but at that time we have been given bill, But this time I request to BSNL that people of our area should not be given bills for this particular duration and be compensated for loss they incurred due to not working of phone.

I am frm m'lore, evn my landline is dead since 3 months but we are getting bills monthly and evn v hav net connections it is also not working at all. since 3 months we are paying the bill thinking that it will become proper and we hav complained to the local officers(kodikal) also but no response from them and they are neglecting the complaints.

since 3 months my landline is dead. we have complained to local officers but they are not responding to it. we got net connections evn it s not workin. sine 3 months we are gettin the bill n we hav paid also but no response frm the BSNL officers..

my complaints through 198.still no satisfactory solution is provided.sometimes even there is no dialer tone. it is very difficult.we can use the phone only at night. the line going at 9.30am and coming at 7.30. what we can do for this, and bill paying corectly
now i am just hatred of complaining through 198.

BSNL — my land phone is not working and officials are not responding

My landphone is not working from last 2 weeks. I have complained it. They registered complaint and said that it is the comlaint of cable outside. But, till oday they have not make any movements to rectify the complaint. So plz make necessary step to rectify the complaint of my telephone.. My telephone number is [protected]. Still this time we have no paiment due.
I have informed technical staffs and engineers of Parakkkavu exchange. But, still this time they neither cam to fix it nor any action
