I have a BSNL Landline connection[protected]Pune) with broadband connectivity. It is not working for the last three months and I have only incoming call facility. I had complained to their call centre thrice and no action has taken so far. I pay my bill with ECS system.

Request to look into this and solve it immediately as it is more than three months.

BSNL — landline phone out of order from 2 days

i am jugal kishore vyas 59 yers old costomer of bsnl landline and from last 2 days my landline phone number [protected] was out of order from 3 june 2010 and after complaining to concern department their was no action has been taken from the bsnl jodhpur and before this problem i have also faced many problem regarding to my bsnl broadband also on this same connection so plese kindly help me out from this trouble bsnl department officers

BSNL Internet Connection — Please say no to BSNL internet connection

Getting a BSNL internet connection is very easier. However if you think about disconnection...it is as easy as getting an home loan!!!

BSNL — Phone dead & company does not provide service

My Landline phone number[protected] is dead from 19th may,2010. I have complained BSNL telephone echange, naroda[protected] on 29th may 2010 and they do nothing on my complaint, i have complaint again to them and they solved my complain on 9th june,2010. It does not serve well and again it fails on next day. I have taken patience and again complaint them on 16th june,2010 and ask them to resolve the complain and they assured me to do that on the same day but they didn't. I called again next day twice in morning and noon and also in evening but they do nothing yet and i also called them today. They talk very rudely everytime and cut calls very rudely and speedily without giving any conformation or satisfactory answer. They behaves and talk very rudely. They further gave me number of Mr.Suresh/Surendra Sharma[protected] and tried to call him from last three days but he is not picking up call any time!! I have tried so so so many times but i failed.. He did nothing for me and now they will charge for their amazing service as a bill and I HAVE TO PAY that....

Pls do something on this matter...
