[Resolved] BSNL Landline — Land Line and DSL Dead

Hi I am Balaji living in Ambattur, Chennai. I have a BSNL Landline 26252548, this number is been dead for the last 2 weeks. I have filed more than 3 complaints for the same and yet to receive a proper answer from BSNL. Except for the number of Ad'S BSNL is not doing anything for these kind of problems. Being a technical person i understand the difficulties faced in keeping a service up forever. But a customer paying ~1000Rs/Month requires an answer like when this line would be rectified and what the problem was. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

I am a student and having part time share market bussiness, so internet is muust for me, i had made complents more than four times but not got any solution..
