I, Ravi verma have BSNL prepaid[cellone] mobile connection[on name of bijay manas roy].I activated bsnl std rate cutter plan of Rs-617 at date of 12-7-08 for 1 month[after that i can call to any bsnl network both local and std, free of cost].After that at the date of 23-07-08, this plan became automatically deactivated, and I charged by cellone for calls made by me on bsnl networks.I have already compint to bsnl customercare but they refuse to return my balance[charged in that faulty time].my cellone complait number was 2838475.

The Broad Band Connectivity on my telephone [protected] has not been working satisfactorily for the last two months. It gets disconnected after five - ten minutes of connection. I have to switch off Modem again and again and then switch ON physicaly, after 5 - 10 minutes it gets disconnected again. It is very difficult to down load and upgrade my windows file system. I have made complaints through the help line on 27th March 2009 vide complaint no 11982 and on 7th April 2009 vide complaint no 12397 respectively. I do get calls from the conserned officials seeking directions to my house an engineer visited my house and changed the IP address but problem is still persisting and the same is in the knowledge of that engineer.
BSNL is one of the main Broad Band Service Provider. The connectivity shall be continueous till the user wants to disconnect.
May I kindly request to look into the matter and direct a competent engineer to attend the same.
