As per your bill record, I knew that there are 75 free-call in my landline bsnl telephone. But I am surprised now, getting the bill for the month of September, 2008 that bsnl has given me only 63 free-calls, what is this? Please clarify me. My telephone No. is[protected]

With due regards, OM PRAKASH THAKUR, Tel No.[protected], deposited my telephone bill at shimla Telephone Exchange at 11:45am on 27/08/2008 and they gave me a receipt. Receipt no is 037.
Sir, I paid the entire bill before this date. I got a bill No.T[protected] of Rs.237.00 from 01.06.08 to 31.07.08. But I deposited my telephone 31 days before. But last date of bill was 05/09/2008. I paid my bill in time but bsnl deptt. People disconnected my landline connection. Now deptt. People are saying that the connection disconnected due to nonpayment of bill.
So please solve my problem and give the details of the bill payment which is made by me for bsnl. I shall be very thankful to you.

my bfone connection[protected] are free with my broadband service which was connected with my landline[protected]. after 1 month of connection i noticed that the bfone connection are dead.last 3 years am using internet but the bfone i can't use from the date of connection but today i recieved a bill of 28 rupees against the bfone number.am requesting you to please consider this.my bfone number is 24632858 and customer id is[protected].

please grant my application and cancel the bfone bill.beacause this bill are a false bill.

Dear Sir, /Madam, I, Memon a. Samad H Mandavia having Phone No.[protected], with only incoming facility.,
I have paid all bill reglarly of Rental, I have recived the bill of Rs. 2, 949/- showing arrears of my payment since 10/01/2007.
I have sent my person with cwritten complaint and attached last month paid bill which itself clear that all my bill payments are regular. but the enquiry counter person is saying attach all paid bills since jan 2007.
This is harrasment to us by the staff they should verify their mistake on their PC. and issue us rectified bill.
Hope you will do the needful at the earliest as payment dt is 29/6/09.
