[Resolved]  BSNL Landline — not working

For about two months the land phone no [protected] is not working and the authority is not responding for my complaints

My bsnl landline no is[protected] is not working for past one week and whenever i call them to compliant they are not responding me properly.

Our timber landline no is[protected] is also not working due to this we are not able to contact our customer. please take action as soon as possible

land line not working for the past one month. no one is taking necessary action. Junior Engineer is not coming to the office regurlarly, if available he is not doing his work, customer enquire for some thing , he cant able to answer.

i use bsnl landline communication,it has been not worked no so i made complaint about one week age, but still no one come to my house to repair it.I use bsnl prepaid sim's and other bsnl products like internet facility,but this not working of landline make my mind unsatisfication on BSNL communication.Please note this complaint

I would like to inform you that our land line No.2803193 is not in operation for the last two week.In spite of repeated complaints to our telephone exchange Vennala, no action is being taken to rectify the fault.Kindly investigate and do the needful to rectify the fault as soon as possible.

am a subscriber of BSNL Land line[protected]: Tirurangadi Exchange).My phone is not working since last 40 days. I have complained many times in the exchange .They said that some under ground cable fault occurred.But they didn't take any measures for that.So i humbly request you to take necessary action.

My landline phone[protected] is not working for last 3months. several times the complaint has been registered on in the telephone exchange also. All the bills are paid regularly
Please help to sort out the issue

For about one month the land phone no[protected] is not working and the authority is not responding for my complaints

we are a 25 years old 100 bedded Hospital at Joka/Thakurpukur, South 24 Pgs. having 18 phone connections. All these connections are out of order from 29th, August 2011 at 9.40 pm. Till then we are suffering. In between 2 supper line & 2 Broad Brand connections were restored after a long persuasion. After that in spite of several request and unlimited followup no action has been taken.

Therefore, we have taken a decision to CANCEL all your connections and go for other connection so that we can run our Hospital smoothly.

We are really disappointed the way you have treated a Hospital by ignoring its urgency. It also indicate that you are not interest in business and do'nt consider the customer's need at all.
