respected sir,
i have purchased a bsnl sim from our local telephone exchange. as per plan (pyari jodi plan) all calls from that sim ([protected]) on my land line number ([protected]) should be free. this facility should be start within 24-48 hours from activation. i purchased that sim on 04/01/2011 till today on 20/01/2011 this facility is not working on my number. i have complained about this on customer care 10 times but did not get any satisfactory response. first time i am not satisfactory by bsnl....     With reference to the above, a NIC EVDO Connection Number:[protected]
    Without Roaming with rent 250/-Rs pm has been provided to Sri. Suhail Ahmed
    Vide work order Number: WLDNPM12 dated[protected]
    But the subscribe is receiving the bill for Rs.350/- Instead of Rs.250/-
    Enquiry has been made over telephone with TRA and it is found that the Connection
    Was provided under NIC EVDO that may be by oversight
    Actually the connection was provided without roaming with 6 digits (at that the time roaming connection were of 8 digits)
    And hence necessary action may kindly be taken to change the connection to
    Without Roaming Connection
    And fresh bill may kindly be issued from the date of connection please
    The complaint has not been attended so far.Pl intervene
    Complaint not received. So many times helping us with no resolution to this problem
    So please kindly concern my request

      My BSNL land line phone no[protected] is dead since[protected] we had lodge complaint on[protected]vide docket no1800847 and it was cleared ok without verify.(still dead).Again complaint was enrolled on[protected] vide docket 1802516(still dead).My land line phoneconnectivity is under GTB NAGAR ,KARELI EXCHANGE ALLAHBAD.211016

      My bsnl land line no 2659646 is dead for last 25 days. Inspite of repeated complaints fault has not been rectified. we being the senior citizen finding it extremely difficult. I am a resident of 792 dariyabad phone is in the name of V.P KHARE. Please do the needful at the earliest.

        The call rates of my plan has been changed all of sudden without any prior intimation given to me.

        It was very disgusting when I tried calling the customer care ([protected]) but there was no one to respond from the other side even after wasting my time for more than 1 hour just to hear a pre-recorded voice. To be more specific I tried to reach the customer care on the above mentioned number with a minimum of 3 attempt every day for the past 15 to 20 days but the response was still the same. From my current experience I would obviously say that BSNL is the only network to have such WORST customer care.

        I also have got another complaint to be made. Without any request made by me, BSNL automatically activates some service, which I got to know only from the message they sent me. The message is "RAHMAN - BSNL Alerts service is activated. You will be charged Rs.30 for 30 days". What if I hadn't received the message? Rs.30 from all BSNL customers, got to be one another BIG SCAM apart from the 2G SCAM.

        BSNL Mobile — Unwanted services activated without any request

        Sir, I am using BSNL mobile of AP circle, since January 2009. meanwhile during june a call from 12630033 came, I accepted a call and rejected without hearing anything. After that I recieved a sms saying that I have been charged Rs. 19 for this month. I complained it to customer care, and asked for deactivation. they provided the information to deactivate, but the IVR do not have any facility to deactivate the service. Additionally they charge Rs. 1/ min while deactivation. this service is fraudulant one. I am unable to deactivate it. I have to unnecessarily pay Rs. 19/ month. there are many people who are facing the similar problems. please help.
        Sir, I am using BSNL mobile of TN circle. On 22.10.2009 a call from 12630033 came, I accepted a call and rejected without hearing anything.         mobile service — unwanted and unpleasant calls

        I am getting unwanted and unpleasant calls from the numbers[protected] and [protected]... plzzz help me... either block these numbers or help me with their details....
        Recently I am watching some fraud activity from BSNL. Without any sms they have started a service "Value pack" on my mobile no-[protected] from 09.04.2012. Since then at least Rs 5/- has been deduct every day. When I realized I did a docket (CD1437732 dated 14.04.2012) on BSNL customer care for stopping this service as early as possible. No action been taken till today after 4 or 5 time knock. The executives are Kishore Ghosh, Shampa Patra, Prosenjit Biswas, Sudip Biswas. All of this says that the complain we forward with urgent tag and one of this says complains are solve but it take some time but no time limit has been given. At last I meet the manager of local exchange on 19.04.2012 but he was also fail to solve this problem and give me land line no [protected] and login another complain no D15CD1437732, and assure me that this person will solve out your problem. After call on above land line on 19.04.2012 they give me another land line no [protected] (Kanti Ranjan Das). This person assure me that the service will stop as early as possible. But still today the service is running and at least Rs 60/- has been deducted for sms and Rs 20/- for calling purpose. I call him for 2nd time on 20.04.2012 he said problem will solve within one hour and RS 10/- will refund. After 2 hour I again call him, he cut my call and login another complain against my connection D20CD31447109.

        I think that this kind of irresponsible person do not have any right and capacity to hold this kind of post. This all persons are highly responsible for BSNL customer harassment. Either they do nothing hole day or do not know how to do a work. Otherwise is it possible that one complain has not been solve for last 10 days after 10 phone calls and 3 docket?

        If I can express my headache for last 10 days to you, plz take any action against my complain. We are people from middle class so we do not have so much money and such time.
        Today I got a call from [protected] number and somone was saying some obscene languages. Kindly let me know the details please.

            Dear Sir,

            I am a customer of BSNL prepaid services. My mobile number is [protected]. On 16th of January Rs. 30 was deducted from my phone balance. When I enquired the customer care representative regarding this case, he said that I am subscribed to a service for beauty tips. I have not subscribed to this service, this is a deduction done by BSNL deliberately as my brother is also facing the same problem. He is also a BSNL prepaid service user and is also being charged for the same beauty tips activation.

            i am just fed up with unwanted subscription of beauty tips pack, and i request 4 - 5 time at bsnl customer care to deactivate this pack.. but the didn't help me and complain about 3 - 4 time but there is no response from bsnl.

              I purchased a new EVDO USB card from BSNL on 17th Jan,2011. Currently BSNL is advertising internet over CDMA networks through EVDO USB cards at a peak speed of 3.1Mbps. So I got a receipt of EVDO card of 7.2Mbps(maximum downlink speed) . But When I got the actual card, its specification clearly indicate that it can only support maximum speed of 2.4Mbps. SO technically it can never support speeds more than 2.4Mbps(3.1Mbps provided by BSNL). When I inquired about the same and tried to convince them that I ordered for a 7.2Mbps card and the card provided to me is 2.4Mbps one, a senior official(regional Engineer) said that this is the card that is available and the new card ca not be provided. When I asked them that how a card of lower speed is going to support a network with higher than its capacity, he just replied saying that I am not going to get the speed anyway. At last when I told him that I may have to take legal action against this , he replied saying,"Do whatever you want."

              My original receipt copy clearly specifies EVDO USB card 7.2Mbps(2500 INR) but the instrument I got is EVDO USB card 2.4Mbps

              Please advise and help.

              Hi sir/ madam i am nandini & my frd gets many miscalls & sms msg in the night & he is harshing her a lot& when ever he calls when she attends the call then he traces the mb no & call, false complaint on her from this no [protected] so pls kindly do the needful help to her, sir reply to my mail id [protected]@yahoo.in what action bsnl people has taken about such kind of people.

                I am BSNL post-paid mobile user since 3/4 years. I am unable to send text messages , though able to
                receive messages. Previously it was working. But I found this problem since last two years. I have also complained and met SDO in-charge here at Cuttack to solve this problem. But still I have the problem.

                For your information, the service centere No is set to '+[protected]' in my mobile.

                Please take steps to solve this problem.

                I am BSNL Post paid mobile customer and my SMS and messaging services are not working. When ever I send a message ., it fails. My mobile n0-[protected].
                Please rectify the fault as soon possible. I would be very thankful to you.

                  No Gprs to my phone, though 55678 is deducting rs.30 from my blance.On 26/11/10 i made a complaint with customer service,they asked to check with 456*00# . It founds No service active. they said they will look in to. But for the 2months they are deducting.Today if dont want service send a message to 55678
                  UNSUBFUSION. i messaged in same pattern reply recd as temporary problem try aft some time. again aft 5mts i messaged same reply recd for that messages, they deductd rs2 for each messages. this is type of swallowing the balance. again i send a message to 55678 NO GPRS TO ME so UNSUBFUSION.
                  A reply recd invalid key number & along with a jodi message. Please disconnect the service & collect
                  the amount for non utilised service.

                    When i did enquiry at telphone exchange we have been told that it is not our problem,it is duty of dept. who does the distribution of bills,& every month we are taking duplicate copy of bill & paying it but sir for any document address submission they require original copy of telephone bill which i have not got till date.

                    I have a telephone connection with broadband in the name of Naresh Chand Gupta, 47-A, Gali No. 8, Old Arya Nagar, Ghaziabad. I am not receiving bill from last five months. I have to get a duplicate bill every month than I am able to deposit the bill. I have another connection in the name of Anubhav Gupta, at the same address[protected], for which I am receiving bill regularly. Kindly look into the matter and make necessary so that I get bill regularly. .

                      on 8th of jan 2011 we recd NET CONNECTION + bsnl WIFI MORDEM from bsnl udaipur....the connection worked for 15 min & than it stopped working..... a complaint was launched with bsnl complaint no..7320111... the person came & started our connection but he told that the telehone cable is broken from 4-5 places on road side so you launch a application with bsnl to replace the cable.... we launched a complain to bsnl udaipur there was mr panwar & mr rakesh who assured me that the cable will be replaced on 20th jan any how..but ...it was a fraud assurance to us . the cable was replaced after 4-5 days when we again & again made telephone calls to line man & bsnl officers as if it was our duty not the bsnl officers duty .....
                      even the cable was replaced the two officers who came for the complaint did not have enough time to show us that our net has started working or not.....we loged on to the net connection on 17th but the problem was same as usuaal
                      till today we r having same problem our net connection is in same position as it was on the day one....

                      i have bsnl cellone no [protected] in name of anita doshi
                      on november 10, 2010
                      i paid rs 45 for a plan in which call rate is 49 paisa per minute this charge is over and above normal prepaid charges
                      i paid this charge for one year tenure but this service has been withdrawn from 11 the may 2011 while the term for this paln expires in nov 2011.
                      in this way they are cheating me and charging at 99 paisa per minute which is agianst the norms of this plan

                        I, P.k.Sarkar have UP East Pre-Paid (Mobile Number [protected]) Connection. my caller tune was atomically added to my number from yesterday (17th jan. 2011) when i recharged my acc. with INR 200.00 , automatically money was cutted off my acc. and i was not even informed about it, i came to know this when my friend told me about my caller-tune's song.
                        I'm trying to contact the customer care but number is being disconnected whenever i call 123 followed by customer care, i don't want caller tune and i want to reset this and i want the money to be refunded.
                        please take appropriate action regarding this disgusting service given by the company called "BSNL".

                          Our landline number[protected] and broadband connection is to be shifted to our new address which is in the same exchange area. Phone cannot be shifted as the area is isolated according to model colony exchange. One month is over but no action and no plan to take any action. Spoke with Dumbre, Sharma of the exchange and they just show the willingness to do the transfer.

                          BSNL PUNE — SHIFTING OF RESIDENTIAL PHONE

                          I HAD APPLIED FOR SHIFTING OF MY RESIDENTIAL PHONE NO 25880636 ON 4 JUN 2010. INSPITE OF REPEATED REQUESTS THE AUNDH EXCHANGE HAS NOT BEEN ABLE TO COMPLETE THE SHIFTING I AM FACING A LOT OF PROBLEM BECAUSE OF THE SAME .MOREOVER THE SHIFTING INVOLVES FROM KUMAR PADMALAYA TO KUMAR PRERNA ONLY 200 MTRS FROM EACH OTHER.
                          BSNL has fundamental problems with its employees, once it gets privatized then only they start working, those lazy guys. new connection took 4 months just because 4 illiterate, irresponsible, dumb head and stupid BSNL crew to setup. Others like Tikona, Airtel, reliance also have problems. all these feel that they are identical so, no business loss due to delay. may god bless Indians to survive with these NASTY, STUPID, Lazy people in basic services sector.

                            I topped up the above prepaid connection of bsnl througn internet on 23/12/2010. The transaction no. Is

                            However, the topup failed and bsnl informed me that within 10 days the amount will be refunded to my account. Despite lapse of more than 20 days still the amount is not refunded.
                            Pl. Do the needful.

                            I topped up through internet the prepaid connection of bsnl for rs.55/- on 23/12/2010. As it did not take effect i lodged complaint to bsnl. They replied as under

                            Sir, if the amount is deducted from your bank account and not topedup, the amount will be credited back to your account within 10 working days.

                            As despite lapse of 15 days i did not get the amount back, i have again lodged complaint as under:
                            Thanks for your reply. However, despite lapse of more than 15 days the amount has not yet been credtited back to my account. Pl. Look into the matter and immediately remit the amount.

Arrange to get the amount credited back to my account with compensation.

                              1. BSNL change my broadband plain without my any request and then send me bill but i paid all ready one year advance rent
                              2. I vist. BSNL office in November , but officer ask pay this bill because all bill system change , then i reach BSNL bill office . he say your plain change so your advance rent benefit is not allowed , but i say i was not change my plan your officer was change my plain then he ask Your bill i right , but it is not ture
                              I think my plain was change in month, so my bill ready by my using basic not a my plain basic, (mean data basic)
                              please sir help me because not any one listen complain in bsnl officer

                                  My BSNL number is [protected], i have suscribed for 3g internet for 180 days. (Rs 4200 for 180 days) on 5th November 2010.
                                  For 1st few days i got good speed i.e. more than 2Mbps after that from last 1 months or more my speed has dropped to 100Kbps to 500Kbps. I have complained it again and again and every time i get a sms that your complain has been resolved but speed remains the same. i do agree that in between i have got speed up to 2 mbps but that is only for less than 1 hour. please help me as i have made payment for 180 days and not for few hours.

                                  My BSNL 3g no is [protected]. Same is my Story. I subscribed the 3g connection for 90 days paying 2.5k.
                                  I got a good speed for 10 days.. Now the speed has come far worse than 2g. It hardly gives 20KB speed.

                                  Some time it simply don't load pages.
                                  I dont know where to make complaints & not even have faith on BSNL that they may resolve the issue.
                                  I doubt whether they do even know the traffic overload.

                                  Even if they know, they wont bother to do anything as usual.

                                  Ram from Andhrapradesh: I have the same problem. after the purchase of the 3g data card, for 1month i got a speed up to 2mbps. now it is very worse less than 20kbps and takes a lot of time to load simple web pages. I dont know whom to complaint. In bsnl office no body is taking care about this. Its happened here only after the launch of docomo 3g. I doubted that these bsnl officials bribed by private operators want the people to flew away to private networks.
                                  My number is [protected]. I am using BSNL internet but 3G signal is very very low at my house (159/75/1-C, Bhusauli Tola, Allahabad). Kindly solve my problem out otherwise I will have to close all my BSNL SIMs, broadband at my home and BSNL landline at my home and go to other operators.

                                    Our home phone[protected] goes dead, frequently. The reason is its wiring is hanging in the street at such a low height that even a milk van passes and it gets disturbed.
                                    Recently I have made two complaints, the department person came and just connected the wire and went away. The wire is now cut again owing to Makar sankrant time when the street boys run with a long pole to catch a kite and disturbed the cable again.
                                    When we call supervisor, we were asked to contact Mr. Dabhi on[protected]. This phone number is never attended by any one. I have tried it several time since last 5 days but of no luck.

                                    I am not sure whetehr this forum will help, still am writing as I saw the link in google search.

                                      I have paid my BSNL postpaid bill online via SBI Debit card on 11.10.2012. But neither confirmation received from BSNL nor amount debited in my account. Online billing status shows BANK CONFIRMATION AWAITED. Exactly what happened ? Is it Possible.

                                        I have applied for BSNL Broadband combo offer during May 2010 with a deposit amount of Rs.500/- and after numerous correspondences, i was provided with connection on 13.11.2010. Now the BSNL has raised the bill as Rs.625/- (+ taxes) and another Rs.625/- as deposit for Broadband. I am confused about this. Then what for Rs.500/- collected during May 2010 and now another Rs.625/- as deposit. Please anybody can clarify me sir... My contact No. is[protected].
