My phone number is [protected]. No GPRS connection to my phone. the55678 is deducting
rs,30/- for the last3months, from November 2010. 26/10/2010 I made complaint with customer service, they
ask me verify with 456*00#, it shows no service active. I have not utilising any service. this month 19th jan
received a message i[censored] don't want the service send a message UNSUB FUSION to 55678, as that i done, I
received a message immediately temporary problem try aft some time. I messaged nearly 6 times, every time , recd same reply. For every message they deducting Rs.2/- I send a different message NO GPRS TO ME, so unsub fusion for that, a reply recd, Invalid Keyword, & along with a Jodi message. they are swallowing the money. today a message from[protected] saying Thanks for using the service & u have been charged Rs.30/- I have not utilising service. again a messaged recd quoting u may down load Ur Free Picture from daily content. As there is NO GPRS i cannot utilise & more over Im not interest in the
service. So Please disconnect & arrange to credit amount deducted from my a/c, for non utilising the
service.

    I talked with customer care executive(BSNL BROAD BAND SERVICE)few days ago, in order to check usage of the perticular service. As told by them i registered my account(selfcare.ndc.bsnl.co.in) with my CUSTIMER ID____________ and other perticulars mentioned in the registration form.Reply was shown that i will get the registration confirmation and my password through my email.Since then three days have passed and i hav'nt recieved any confirmation niether my password.I again tried to register my account but it shows the customer I.D has alredy been registered. Please help me to solve the problem.

      I am a owner of Flat No.304, Jaya Apartments, Huda Complex. Saroornagar, hyderabad.5 years back, when, I am a president of Jaya welfare Association, without my knowledge. some of the owners has entered agreement with B.S.N.L. mobile tower installation. After installation, I am and my family suffering from severe health problems. I am unable to residing the health hazardcaused by the EMV from these towers, shifted my family in rented house.

      I humbly request that considering the serous health hazard that there towers be relocated to the location away from residential location, necesarry action be taken.

        I have been using BSNL broadband service since 2007. In last few months its not working well. I have complained the authorities of the issue many times but was really disappointed with their response. My father is a retired BSNL employee. Therefore whenever I visit the exchange I get a warm smile from the people there. But I am really sorry to say that their service ends up in that. After hearing the complaint they will come soon but can't expect them soon. We may need to go there several times to solve the issue. The same thing happened in the case of this broadband issue . I have visited them several times and with a warm smile they said that would come soon. But nothing happened for many times . So I visited them once again in the last week and managed to get one man to check the issue. He visited the home and said that the not sure about the reason of the issue and replaced my modem and told me to wait for some days with the new modem in use. But nothing happened. I faced the same issue in coming days. I again visited the exchange and informed the issue. They said issue may be on the line and will fix it soon. But nothing happened till date. I am really disappointed with their approach on customers. I haven't experienced such a poor response from any product I have used till date.

        What I say? The largest telecoms service provider in the country.
        Irresponsible customer support. No one to question them. No delay in issuing bills .
        Never give any discount on poor service .
        In many regions there is no other competitor in broadband section. So poor customers have no other option. They have to suffer from their own company( According to my knowledge BSNL is still a 100 % Govt. Undertaking company)
        In fact they are not at all bothered about customer satisfaction because they get their salary in time and it does not depend on whether the customer is happy or not. So why should they bother about poor Indians. They are working for their own sake and we will pay them in time.

          I have BSNL mobile service,(No. [protected], Karnataka state) since the month of may' 2010, by mistake I accepted the wap pack, after this they have started sending hot model of the day photograph every day two times, against this they are deducting money Rs 30.00 per month. From month of May I am trying to unsub the pack but have not been successful. I have talked to customer care several times, they given me some suggestion to do some thing I have done but no result. They are subscribing the package themselves and deducting money every month and sending masses every day through 58888.My every effort has been fail to unsub the wap "hot model of the day" pack. I am frustrated with this nonsense; please help me out from BSNL criminal activity.

            BSNL steals my money RS.30/- for providing tunes of stupid cine songs / BSNL promotional songs without my consent. every month. All their customer care give advice only; never care to take the complaints. The deactivation procedure of +56700 also so callous of attending the request. Insisting us to continue the tunes and without hesitation steal the money again.

            Please advice me how do I go about RTI and fix the daylight robbery by a third party through the BSNL.

              Sir ,
              Some months before , I have applied to BSNL authority for Landline (LL) and rural Broad band(RR-BB) connections through the JTO- Pallahara (Dist-Angul). He submitted those proposals to the appropriate authoriry, by receiving the due amounts from him without issuing me any receipts. Later land line connection was given at my residence.But no broadband connection was given.No modem has been installed in my residence & no broadband password has been supplied to me till now.But along with Land lineBills , broadband bills are being issued to me till month. Due to this negligence & cheating of BSNL company , I have applied many times to SDO , Kanhia circle , to Accounts officer GMTD , Dhenkanal office for disconnection of telephone & settlement of account. But no one is listening to my application.the land line telephone is also dead since 9 months.But still bills are being issued by BSNL office Dhenkanal(Orissa).I have never availed the broadband service .Now I want to setle my account , to refund the amount due , correction of bills etc. at the earliest & moreover to disconnect the phone permanently. Kindly take necessary steps.

              BSNL — Issuing of Landline and broadband

              I have applied for BSNL landline as well as broadband connection. After 15 days i got result tat my area is non feasible it means that there is no space in DP. So, i complaint to office abt these, they told me to have a wireless telephone of BSNL. But by taking BSNL wireless phone i will not able to have broadband connection... Is there is any way to hv BSNL landline and broadband connection ...

                My name is Balagopal varma and I am a residing at Tripunithura, Cochin, Kerala. 1.5 Months back I applied for a BSNL broad band connection (along with landline)by submitting 500 Rs in cash.Some 3 weeks earlier I went to the telephone exchange tripunithura and enquired about the status.They told me that the order is ready .When ever I contact them ,they says that theymake the connection fast.But till now no body has come to my residence for giving the connection.I have purchased a telephone inorder to avoid the delays due to non availability of the telephones. I dont know what is the reason behind this delay.If things are happening like this I would be left with no option other than going for a private connection.What all problem BSNL is facing right now is only due to the laziness of the BSNL employees.

After Activation of the Sim i am Applied for the Do Not Disturb Services via Sms as Start Dnd to 1909. Then i am received a message from
                  Cell one "Dear Customer We Your Request for Do not Call (DNC) is Received. Please Wait for Message with
                  Registration No - Cellone" . ok i know Activation will taken 45 days. But till now it is not Activated. i am receiving SMS's and PHOne calls from BSNL Tunes fro the number of [protected]. i am not activated any Caller tunes but i am receiving messages from 56700 like thank you for using BSNLTUNES 10days free pack. Enjoy the service free. Monthly charges Rs.28 & Song Rs12 after 10 days. Dial 56702 (tollfree) for deactivation. and some messages from unknown numbers like " who is your best mate to know reply[protected] " girls are loving you to know who are them reply to aa bb cc dd " oh god Day & NIght i am receiving this messages i am getting headache with this scrap calls and messages. when i am calls to customer care they are telling please sir send sms as Start dnd to 1909 sir it will take 45 days to activate sir namaste sir. i am daily twice sending start dnd to 1909 but it is not activated and the calles and messages are common.

                    sms received from bsnl mkt on 18/01/2010 stating double damka , if you top up with rs 550/- you will get full talk time and the validity extended by one year from the date of top up. accordingly i have done top up on 20th jan , i got full talk time but the validity is not extended as promised in the sms. when i have given a complaint bsnl is not taking stating to contact the local bsnl for validity extension. i stay inlsunabeda for lodging the complaint i have to go to koraput. kindly take up with bsnl and give justification

                      i have purchased a bsnl sim from our local telephone exchange. as per plan (pyari jodi plan) all calls from that sim ([protected]) on my land line number ([protected]) should be free. this facility should be start within 24-48 hours from activation. i purchased that sim on 04/01/2011 till today on 20/01/2011 this facility is not working on my number. i have complained about this on customer care 10 times but did not get any satisfactory response. first time i am not satisfactory by bsnl....                         But the subscribe is receiving the bill for Rs.350/- Instead of Rs.250/-
                        Enquiry has been made over telephone with TRA and it is found that the Connection
                        Was provided under NIC EVDO that may be by oversight
                        Actually the connection was provided without roaming with 6 digits (at that the time roaming connection were of 8 digits)
                        And hence necessary action may kindly be taken to change the connection to
                        Without Roaming Connection
                        And fresh bill may kindly be issued from the date of connection please
                        The complaint has not been attended so far.Pl intervene
                        Complaint not received. So many times helping us with no resolution to this problem

                            The call rates of my plan has been changed all of sudden without any prior intimation given to me.

                            It was very disgusting when I tried calling the customer care ([protected]) but there was no one to respond from the other side even after wasting my time for more than 1 hour just to hear a pre-recorded voice. To be more specific I tried to reach the customer care on the above mentioned number with a minimum of 3 attempt every day for the past 15 to 20 days but the response was still the same. From my current experience I would obviously say that BSNL is the only network to have such WORST customer care.

                            I also have got another complaint to be made. Without any request made by me, BSNL automatically activates some service, which I got to know only from the message they sent me. The message is "RAHMAN - BSNL Alerts service is activated. You will be charged Rs.30 for 30 days". What if I hadn't received the message? Rs.30 from all BSNL customers, got to be one another BIG SCAM apart from the 2G SCAM.

                            BSNL Mobile — Unwanted services activated without any request

                            Sir, I am using BSNL mobile of AP circle, since January 2009. meanwhile during june a call from 12630033 came, I accepted a call and rejected without hearing anything. After that I recieved a sms saying that I have been charged Rs. 19 for this month. I complained it to customer care, and asked for deactivation. they provided the information to deactivate, but the IVR do not have any facility to deactivate the service. Additionally they charge Rs. 1/ min while deactivation. this service is fraudulant one. I am unable to deactivate it. I have to unnecessarily pay Rs. 19/ month. there are many people who are facing the similar problems. please help.
                            Sir, I am using BSNL mobile of TN circle. On 22.10.2009 a call from 12630033 came, I accepted a call and rejected without hearing anything. After that I recieved a sms saying that I have been charged Rs. 19 for that month. I complained it to customer care, and asked for deactivation, but the IVR do not have any facility to deactivate the service. Again on 18.11.2009, I have received an SMS that the facility will be renewed on 21.11.2009 for a further period of 30 days again at the rate of Rs.19 per month. I am not interested in this service. I am unable to deactivate it. I have to unnecessarily pay Rs. 19/ month. there are many people who are facing the similar problems. please help and arrange to refund the charges already debited

                            mobile service — unwanted and unpleasant calls

                            I am getting unwanted and unpleasant calls from the numbers[protected] and [protected]... plzzz help me... either block these numbers or help me with their details....
                            Recently I am watching some fraud activity from BSNL. Without any sms they have started a service "Value pack" on my mobile no-[protected] from 09.04.2012. Since then at least Rs 5/- has been deduct every day. When I realized I did a docket (CD1437732 dated 14.04.2012) on BSNL customer care for stopping this service as early as possible. No action been taken till today after 4 or 5 time knock. The executives are Kishore Ghosh, Shampa Patra, Prosenjit Biswas, Sudip Biswas. All of this says that the complain we forward with urgent tag and one of this says complains are solve but it take some time but no time limit has been given. At last I meet the manager of local exchange on 19.04.2012 but he was also fail to solve this problem and give me land line no [protected] and login another complain no D15CD1437732, and assure me that this person will solve out your problem. After call on above land line on 19.04.2012 they give me another land line no [protected] (Kanti Ranjan Das). This person assure me that the service will stop as early as possible. But still today the service is running and at least Rs 60/- has been deducted for sms and Rs 20/- for calling purpose. I call him for 2nd time on 20.04.2012 he said problem will solve within one hour and RS 10/- will refund. After 2 hour I again call him, he cut my call and login another complain against my connection D20CD31447109.

                            I think that this kind of irresponsible person do not have any right and capacity to hold this kind of post. This all persons are highly responsible for BSNL customer harassment. Either they do nothing hole day or do not know how to do a work. Otherwise is it possible that one complain has not been solve for last 10 days after 10 phone calls and 3 docket?

                            If I can express my headache for last 10 days to you, plz take any action against my complain. We are people from middle class so we do not have so much money and such time.
                            Today I got a call from [protected] number and somone was saying some obscene languages. Kindly let me know the details please.

                                I am a customer of BSNL prepaid services. My mobile number is [protected]. On 16th of January Rs. 30 was deducted from my phone balance. When I enquired the customer care representative regarding this case, he said that I am subscribed to a service for beauty tips. I have not subscribed to this service, this is a deduction done by BSNL deliberately as my brother is also facing the same problem. He is also a BSNL prepaid service user and is also being charged for the same beauty tips activation.

                                i am just fed up with unwanted subscription of beauty tips pack, and i request 4 - 5 time at bsnl customer care to deactivate this pack.. but the didn't help me and complain about 3 - 4 time but there is no response from bsnl.

                                  I purchased a new EVDO USB card from BSNL on 17th Jan,2011. Currently BSNL is advertising internet over CDMA networks through EVDO USB cards at a peak speed of 3.1Mbps. So I got a receipt of EVDO card of 7.2Mbps(maximum downlink speed) . But When I got the actual card, its specification clearly indicate that it can only support maximum speed of 2.4Mbps. SO technically it can never support speeds more than 2.4Mbps(3.1Mbps provided by BSNL). When I inquired about the same and tried to convince them that I ordered for a 7.2Mbps card and the card provided to me is 2.4Mbps one, a senior official(regional Engineer) said that this is the card that is available and the new card ca not be provided. When I asked them that how a card of lower speed is going to support a network with higher than its capacity, he just replied saying that I am not going to get the speed anyway. At last when I told him that I may have to take legal action against this , he replied saying,"Do whatever you want."

                                  My original receipt copy clearly specifies EVDO USB card 7.2Mbps(2500 INR) but the instrument I got is EVDO USB card 2.4Mbps

                                  Please advise and help.

                                  Hi sir/ madam i am nandini & my frd gets many miscalls & sms msg in the night & he is harshing her a lot& when ever he calls when she attends the call then he traces the mb no & call, false complaint on her from this no [protected] so pls kindly do the needful help to her, sir reply to my mail id [protected]@yahoo.in what action bsnl people has taken about such kind of people.

                                    I am BSNL post-paid mobile user since 3/4 years. I am unable to send text messages , though able to
                                    receive messages. Previously it was working. But I found this problem since last two years. I have also complained and met SDO in-charge here at Cuttack to solve this problem. But still I have the problem.

                                    For your information, the service centere No is set to '+[protected]' in my mobile.

                                    Please take steps to solve this problem.

                                    I am BSNL Post paid mobile customer and my SMS and messaging services are not working. When ever I send a message ., it fails. My mobile n0-[protected].
                                    Please rectify the fault as soon possible. I would be very thankful to you.

                                      No Gprs to my phone, though 55678 is deducting rs.30 from my blance.On 26/11/10 i made a complaint with customer service,they asked to check with 456*00# . It founds No service active. they said they will look in to. But for the 2months they are deducting.Today if dont want service send a message to 55678
                                      UNSUBFUSION. i messaged in same pattern reply recd as temporary problem try aft some time. again aft 5mts i messaged same reply recd for that messages, they deductd rs2 for each messages. this is type of swallowing the balance. again i send a message to 55678 NO GPRS TO ME so UNSUBFUSION.
                                      A reply recd invalid key number & along with a jodi message. Please disconnect the service & collect
                                      the amount for non utilised service.

                                        I am Sanjay K. Kale. My landline phone no. is [protected]. I shifted my land line to new postal address, but since last 4-5 months I am not getting my original telephone bill at all.
                                        When i did enquiry at telphone exchange we have been told that it is not our problem,it is duty of dept. who does the distribution of bills,& every month we are taking duplicate copy of bill & paying it but sir for any document address submission they require original copy of telephone bill which i have not got till date.

                                        BSNL — NOT RECEIVING lANDLINE BILL FOR 5 MONTHS

                                        I have a telephone connection with broadband in the name of Naresh Chand Gupta, 47-A, Gali No. 8, Old Arya Nagar, Ghaziabad. I am not receiving bill from last five months. I have to get a duplicate bill every month than I am able to deposit the bill. I have another connection in the name of Anubhav Gupta, at the same address[protected], for which I am receiving bill regularly. Kindly look into the matter and make necessary so that I get bill regularly. .
