BSNL Landline — Land line dead not working for past one month

My Landline is not working for the past one month. My number is[protected]. When i call it is getting conned to someone else. After repeated complaints over phone(IVRS), calling the concerned AE, Lineman and bsnl selfcare portal still the problem is not resolved.

I m bsnl land line costomer with no[protected]
I m chetan bhatt i already submitted my hard copy of my complain but still last 2 month no buddy is there to come to solve it. So , please be on mind with my complain and take respective action on it.

Please act on our complain as early as possible.

I'm Ravi kiran, I have submitted a hard copy of my complaint, and its been 2 yrs and no action has been taken to solve it. So please take respective action and solve the problem as soon as possible.
