[Resolved]  BSNL Landline — Phone Dead last 3-4 Months

land line phone — phone dead for the last three month

Our phone no. 2340130 is not working for the last three months, I got complaints done at 1500 no. 36587, grgb67144 grgb 67299. I had written letter to GM Gurgaon also but GM is not at all bothered. Will Chairamn of BSNL will llook into the service they provideing .. Anil Sharma

BSNL Landline — BSNL LANDLINE DEAD FROM LAST THREE MONTHS

I am the user of BSNL landline from last 15 years but ihave never face such type of problems

my phone was not working though i have to pay the bill in full

There was no action taken by the regional Exchange office incpite of frequite complaints

Do necessary fast otherwise i am going to cancalled my phone connection

please disconnect my phone no [protected] as an urgent basis

Dear Friend, BSNL is GOVT. organization. It is very difficult to react on complaints. It case always happens but no one is responsible. As Same situation facing form 3 months. I have given written complaints also.

We have your customer from last 10 years. From last 7 to 8 month we have facing many problems from your services. Our telephone is not working properly from last 8 months we complained many times in mawana (meerut) exchange and also request many time to disconnect our number but no solution from your side i am not paying my bill from last 4 month.
it is requested to you please disconnect the number and compensate the Previous bill with security money.
