BSNL Landline phone — LANDLINE NOT WORKING

Can someone please come and check our landline phone, it has not been working for last 7 days, there is no dial tone which is creating a big problem for us. Our phone number is 2454259 in 8, shrisanket, tata power lane, dombivli (E)

Dear Sir,

I have BSNL landline telephone no. 2662142 with internet facility in combo plan. My phone is dead since 29 june 08, inspite of repeated requests no action has been taken by concern officials. The phone hardly work for a week or so and gets out of order. Kindly look into matter and do the need ful to restore all the facility provided with combo plan.Please acknowledg.
