My landline phone no:[protected] is out of order from last 20 days.I have complaint several time yet no action had been taken. I have broadband connection which is in working condition.I pays the bill regularly though the phone's dead once in a mouth.
kindly look into this matter as soon as possible

I am from Dadri G.B Nagar.

I have requested a BSNL BroadBand connection and that was installed at my place 04/09/2009. It worked fine only for 2-3 days. And now it is out of order, BSNL Modem is also fault. I called in the Dadri exchange at [protected] to log a complaint three times. The person who was logging the complaint, was not aware about what is BSNL Broabband even. He just noted down my landline No. on behalf of my complaint and ask if some one comes will let him know about the complaint comes from this number. No one come to me to resolve the problem.

BSNL Broadband Plan is unlimited (Fix INR 750.00 + landline change).

Please help me in this case..

BSNL — landline phone completely dead

The BSNL land no.in my mothers name is not working from 16th of sep.2009 onwards.I have registered a complaint through Telephone Fault Booking Services on 21st of sep 2009.But till date not any action taken from BSNL.Rectify the complaint and give the compensation.

Despite of our repeated complaints/phone calls, we regret to
inform you, there is no action taken to our compaint against
non functioning of our ISDN line no.[protected]. Please note our
complaint no. 286333 dtd. 12.11.2009.

There was no action taken sofar, or getting any proper reply
from your end. Could be kind enough to guess the difficulties
of the non functioning of the above line.

KIndly arrange to send the concerned person to repair the
line immediately, or we will be compelled to disconnect
the line with immediate effect.

Iam using the landline of bsnl for the last 20yearsbut i am very much dissatissfied with your service. my number is[protected]my address is Nehru lal Narang, gunjan Colony<FIROZABAD>U.P. )my Mo.No.[protected].i am just bokking the complaints for the last 30 days, daily the service man is coming to my home and doing something and within six hours i am reciving the same complaint i cant even tolrate if this problem presist i will surender the landline within 10days,
and i also very sure the bsnl should bear the rent for my landline for this month else i will complaint to the authority i am very sure i am highly dissatisfied with your service

sir, i the santosh wadhwani is having a land line number[protected]is dead from past 4 months&there is no response till now i met the chief eng mr supekar 3 times but always he gave me only assurance that the phone will be on by this week but he didnt took the complaint seriously while connacting on mobile he doesnt picks up seeing my number i am aslo having a bsnl postpaid mobile, to one of my friend he gave the facility of call divert from landline to mobile but no such facility he provided to me by saying there is no necessary of this because the line will be ok within a week, kindly reply it soon
