My Phone is Dead since last three days. Daily online complaint showing complaint in process. But today when I check it relodged the complaint. Means in paper it was made OK but not in real. My phone is dead till Today.

3.1. AGAIN THIS COMPLAINT WAS CLOSED ON 21.01.2013 BY SENDING SMS WITHOUT ATTENDING THE FAULT.
4. RIGHT NOW STILL THE PHONE IS NOT WORKING.

My BSNL Land line Phone No. Is[protected]. It is charged with a Combo plan that includes 400 minutes of free calls along with Unlimited Broadband Service which costs me around Rs. 890 every month. For the last 2 months, my phone has been dead. My wife reported this in the BSNL office located at Shahid Chowk, Ranchi. At that time, she was assured that the situation will be resolved quickly although no complaint number was given to her citing 'technical reasons'. After 3-4 days two employees from BSNL came over but could not resolve the issue and suggested there were wiring faults within my residential premises. Although, inexplicably they were unwilling to look into the matter themselves. They came only once after this and repeated the same story. Since then they have telephonically assured me of fixing the problem but have sent none of their employees to do the same. Tired of this, I phoned BSNL Office, Delhi a week ago and got registered with Complaint Number A606. Even after this, there has been no response. In addition I would like to add that I have paid my bill regularly including the month of May, 2013. I request for this complaint to be taken up with the higher authorities of BSNL and that I be compensated with the Bill amount for the period my phone was dead and for the time this horrendous service has cost me.
