[Resolved]  BSNL Landline phone — phone dead

Dear Sir

I would like to give you a feedback about your services to client that my Phone No.[protected] is dead since last one month & I have requested many times to JE, SDO-Indriapuram Exchange, but no action has been taken till now & daily i listen that line is there to repair the phone . Your computerised complained Ph. also doesn’t work so cannot tell you complain no also.

I requested Line Man of Indriapuram Exchange also but they talk very rudely to their client.

This is very unfortunate that reputed company like a BSNL is behaving like this to their customer.

If your team is not able to repair the phone Pl. ask me, I would say you thanks & bye... I will find out second alternate. But this is not good for us that we request like a bagger to repair phone every day.

My land line tephone number [protected] is not working last some week I regret to say tt inspite of regular calls and visit to ur manji ka hatha jodhpur office, No action has been taken till date.

I hereby request you to kindly intervene in this matter and sort out this lingering issue at the earliest possible.

Pls. instruct necessary authorities at your end to look into this matter and oblige.

An early action in this matter will be highly appreciated.because i working out side of rajasthan and my connectivity only my house number to my family.

Sir we r also having one commom problem that we don’t have staff in or telephone exchangeo whenever we face that problem we will pay for that for line man
