Hi,

I have applied for a BSNL broadband connection a month back and still waiting for their connection.
I called the local exchange guy multiple times but all I get is tomorrow we will fix it, next week for sure , line man is on vacation and sometimes they don't pick the call so I went to the Taramani customer care center and informed them , they called the exchange people and gave me another deadline to wait so...

No action even after repeated complaint booking

My landline phone has been out of order since 2 months now. Every time i register a complain at the BSNL customer care they give me a new complaint no. to which no action has been taken till now. This has been repeated for 3 times now. Finally i registered the complaint at the respective S.D.O. office of my area but still there has been no action.

It was the only site where we can submit our request to change any plan or get info about the usage of Broadband or Pay the bill etc. Now it is simply showing the MSg This site has stopped working. Recharge of Rs.500 with validity extension failed
