My bsnl landline phone no.[protected] is not working properly from last month i.e., AUG2009. so please take the action immediately.

My Landline No. is[protected], my add. G-48, Narmada Nagar, Distt. Khandwa, M.P.
Due to old and thin wire the phone remains dead very frequently and again & again complaint we don't receive proper service.Please look in to the matter since we would be missing lot many important calls.

My bsnl land line is not working properly last 4 days on wards, if i will work morning at the time of evening 5:00pm it will be dead or if it will dead in mrng working in night, and also i will work only one or two hours in day r night time i am facing alot of problem last 4 days on wards, please take the action immediately

Hello Dear,
We have landline number with STD code is[protected].
This number is the name of my brother-Sanjay kumar Bhujabal, S/O-Gokul Bhujabal, At/Po-Gadamrugasira, puri, Orissa.
From Last 3 months, This number has a lot of problem, Mostly it is dead and other times there will be ring but no sound from reciever end.

We have complained it our exchange-TadasaRamahansa pur, there we + no response.
One or two times they replace the reciever but this same issue exist.

As we all r staying outside and my father is not able to visit regularly to follow up for the same due to age concern.

Please take necessary action and revert back me on the same issue As soon as possible.

My BSNL land line number[protected] .twenty days ago my land line is full dead. I complanted by fone service, next day somebody came and check the line. He told me thats the cable complait we will come tomorrow with excavatting workers. Upto now no body came here and not solved my problums
yesterday I went to exchange office regarding my complait, unfortunetly nobody their any one on the chair upto 11.45 am thats the office nature and respossebility. I am waiting for your replay. thanking you.

BSNL — not proper working last 3 months

Dear Sir,
I have taking broadband service from bsnl.Being my number[protected] and my name is Dr.M.S.Rahman.Last 3 months i am facing problems .somany times i personally visit bsnl office and meet with SDO and JE but they are not listening my problem.If i am given Rs600 per month and not able to do 100 mb , why i am giving this much amount .
Please help me in this issue.
