very low speed upto 14 to 17kb/sec.... it dosen't seems it is broadband...... even my mobile gives speed of 20 kb/sec
Hello I am useing the Bsnl 250 planAnd iam getting speed of only 70Kbps instead of 250Kbps
bb speed is low
I have been using BSNL broadband for more than a year.I use 'HOME 750' plan and the speed advertised for it is 256 kbps to 2 mbps but i get a downloading speed of just 20 - 30 kbps .I want you to rectify this problem as soon as possible as creates a lot of promblem to me for downloading my necesary data.

    I have ported my Mobile Number [protected] from VODAPHONE to BSNL on 12/07/2011 in Saharsa but outgoing calls and SMS not going from my Mobile Number I visited Saharsa BSNL office and call to TDM Saharsa on [protected] so many times but No result later I visited Patna Head Office and Met Mr. Rajesh Verma (SDO Mobile) he provide Me a another contact Number of Mr Amit-[protected] after that I call to Mr Amit he told me please call to Mr Majid-[protected] after that I called to Mr Majid He told me Please call to Mr. Rajesh Verma (SDO Mobile)
    Sir,
    I call so many times to call centre from[protected] to till date and wasted so much time but no result
    Kindly solve my problem or provide SMS facility for porting request.

        I am writing this from Ernakulam for my v Telephone at my Home at Punnavely( exchange) ,Dt Pathanamthitta not working from 27th Sept 2011.My 83 yr old Mother alone is staying in the house and the Fault is reported on 29th of Sept 2011 to the local exchange. A person from local exchange came on 30th and informed that tey could not locate the fault and it might be cable fault.
        My mother with the help of neighbours calling the exchange on a daily basis and getting same answer every time.today I called to the local exchange and experienced the similar answer that it is a cable compliment.Today I have called to BSNL Thiruvella to No:[protected] and the officer attended promised to get it repaired with in 24 hrs
        The Phone is not working for the last 14 days /after the compliments 12 days/the visit of the local official 11 days.In Our BSNL system,Do we really need such a long time to repair the BSNL rural lines in Kerala?. I understand all the exchanges under BSNT Thiruvella is equipped with most modern equipments and cable laid is of the best in the district. Any Technician can locate the fault with in 24 hrs.
        The Media Reports says BSNL is going on Lose. No wonder, if this is the delay for fault repair, why not such a big public giant go on Lose.

          i have recharged with 98 internet pack. i use it in the bsnl datacard.the memory usage reading that is showed in the datacard just erroneous.the data usage is just double of the memory usage in the datacard. i.e-if in datacard memory usage is 9mb then the actual data usage becomes 18 mb(its not used in that way).its just patheticand the customer care service is just disaster i.e 1503 service.

          I'm fed up with the customer care service of BSNL when ever i called no is there to attend the calls,when i go to near by telephone exchange they give me some numbers to call but the result was the same,there are so many numbers printed on telephone bill but no use,when i tried the number of nodal officer he too dont took the phone,i'm also using a bsnl gsm mobile from that too we cant get the customer care executive the call is put on hold for 15-20 mins after that there is no response and we have to end the call.....
          Is there any solution for this??
          I knw this is not going to change but there are lots of other customers like me..
          worst customer care service of the world. when you have a any problem and you call on 1503 number and your call is on wait for an average one hour. please improve your customer care employee strength.

            I AM HAVING A BROAD BAND CONNECTION SINCE 3 YEARS. I HAVE GOT MY REGULAR TELEPHONE BILL THOUGH POST / COURIER 6 TIMES ONLY DURING 3 YEARS.             this is to state that the myself Dr S.A.H.Qadri, a bsnl customer, having telephone connection 232916 shifted from old location of Darbar masjid, Sarafa Nanded to new location of Professor colony, Taroda in june 2011. the new number allotted is 262916. the additional connection number allotted is 263916. however only one number i.e. 262916 was given connection and the additional number 263916 was not given connection. number of times when contected the department persons are not responding rightly and no satisfactory answer is provided. written complaints has not been accepted even at the main office.
            i therefore request your honour to look into the matter and arrange to provide immediate connection to my additional number 263916 which is pending since last six months after allotment

              "MODCHG" SERVICES charges claim by Bsnl Hungama...without thaking confirmation Bsnl Hungama start the Music on didmamd facility....and not responding on phone and mail...So unnecessarily harassed for claiming for "MODCHG" SERVICES rental every month.We already paid the "MODCHG" SERVICES rental form[protected] to[protected]/- rs) to you and Request your to plz help to arrange the refund for the same.

              BSNL — extra charge of modchg

              I request to BSNL to immediately stop MOD service on my phone No[protected]

              bsnl have debiting in my bill for charges of modchg without giving any information. Who has given permission to BSNL HUNGAMA to debit in my bill?


              i get refund rs 149*2=298 +115=413 + 10.30% tax ..

              plz kind supoort u........
              Yes, They have done the same with us, We haven't tell yes and they just activated and cut charges, This is something disgusting.

                When I applied for a new broadband connection,the agent Madhu-([protected]) told me that I would receive the connection within 5 working days.(He called me on July 22,2011.)
                The next day(July 23rd 2011) as per the appointment,another his agent(Basava Raj-Number-[protected]) came and collected the advance amount(INR 500/-) and the application form and tells me that I would get the connection in 5 working days and a message with the work order number by Monday(July 25th 2011)

                I got the message with the work order number 89036411 on Tuesday(July 26th 2011) and the person informed me that I would get the landline first and then the internet connection after some time(no days mentioned because she doesn't know how many days it would be) and this is contrary to what the agent Madhu has informed.(5 working days internet connection would be setup)

                Then on the 5th working day July 29th 2011,I again call the person Madhu,his number is switched off continuously,then I call BasavaRaj (who took my application form) and his number is switched off too.

                I call Madhu's number again and someone else picks up the call stating that it would again take 5 working days.Why would not anyone have a clear idea about the actual process and how long it actually takes?


                Today[protected] when I call the customer care:

                1.When I call the customer care,they do not know which number I should contact to get the order status of my application.

                2.They do not know which BSNL office would take care of my application even after I mentioned my area name.

                3.They do not have a track of my order status.

                4.The phone numbers they provide would either be not working,unreachable or switched off.

                5.They do not have the latest contact numbers of any offices.

                6.The BSNL offices to which I luckily get connected would not have a track of my application or the call would be disconnected in the middle of the conversation.


                Why would they not keep the customers informed about the difficulties they are facing to improve their service or Why don't they take a step to offer better customer services or at least have more knowledgeable customer service personnel or at least train their existing staff for handling the customer calls better?

                Please let me know the appropriate email address,phone number to put forward this complaint and also note that my connection is still not setup till date.


                I even went up to the AGM level and still she was not able to help me out.I want my connection set up or want my money to be refunded.These are the details of the person (AGM) whom I have contacted:

                  On 23/09/2011, I tried to recharge my cell([protected]) via EasyMobileRecharge by Rs. 100/- through SBI Debit Card. The amount was deduced from my SBI account but recharge failed. Kindly make refund the deducted amount to my account at the earliest.

                  We have checked your order with us and we have not received the payment from your bank for this order. This could happen due to any of the following reasons:

                  • Sometimes due to technical reasons, we might not receive a response from the bank for your payment request. As a result, we do not get to know the status of your payment transaction and hence assume it to be a failed payment. For such cases the recharge is not processed by us.

                  • Sometimes the banks give us a response that your payment transaction has failed, even if the payment transaction was actually successful. For such cases the recharge is not processed by us as we assume it to be a failed payment.

                  I recharged (28/7/2017 20:32 PM IST) to my mobile number (BSNL: [protected]) via BSNL portal Rs: 10 through HDFC Netbanking. The amount has been deducted but not recharged . Could you please recharge the amount else refund my amount ASAP.

                    I had recently recharged my BSNL mobile account with Rs 98 for one month internet pack (3GB). After this recharge, at the same time I recharged my account with Rs50 top up. I received conformational messages that of both recharges. I started using net pack un-aware of the thing that internet usage charges were being charged from my main balance and net pack was not being used. Later when I checked my account balance it was Rs0.00 . When I called the customer care number they tried to mislead me by saying that I had downloaded priced content from bsnllive and they said the access point in my mobile was "bsnllive" which should have "bsnlnet". But I was using "bsnlnet". I had not used bsnllive site and did not download any priced content too. Later on another customer care told me different explanation. He assured me of getting my balance back but instead, I received a sms saying - "Dear customer, your complaint number johp2136011 has been closed and resolution status is usage charges." They also closed my phone number from having customer support complaint temporarily. This is height of their irresponsibility. They don't even want to talk about it.


                    I have also sent DND message many times but I'm still getting unwanted Advertisement messages.

                    I also asked for mobile number portability norms of BSNL for shifting my number but they refused saying that was not their (customer care) job.

                    Any help is welcome.

                      Hello Sir,

                      I am Jignesh Pabari, using BSNL connection since last 6Yrs - 7Yrs, with the same mobile number[protected].

                      From last 31st March 2011, Company have activated CRBT with my mobile connection, for which I didn't apply.

                      I have tried to cancel it every month they deduct the 30Rs from my account but it was never beed canceled.

                      I have compline for many times for the same, but the customer care (Worst I have ever face), they even didn't register my complain, that I know in the month of Aug-2011.

                      Then on 16th Aug 2011, I have asked customer care to deactivate my CRBT, they guide me to send SMS. I have tried to send the message but the message was not accepted by the server.
                      So I request to cancel the CRBT from the customer care side. They took my request with request Id: H[protected], on 16 Aug 2011.

                      But they neither process with my request nor inform me that this can't be done or anything else.

                      So Next month also other 30Rs were deducted form my account.

                      I have registered request for cancel the CRBT and refund of my last 30Rs, with complain no: I30200016 and I[protected] on 30th Sep 2011, so they have canceled the subscription.

                      But today I have talk with Shardul Panchal (Supervisor) with Docket no: IJ[protected], but he told me that BSNL will not refund my payment as it was for renewal, but actually that was not my fault all the things happen due to carelessness of BSNL, they didn't proces my request for 1 and a half month so I need to face this.

                      So I request you to process my request and help me to get my 30Rs from BSNL

                        Dear Sir,

                        I put a request on 2nd of September 2011 to shift my land line and broadband from Koramangala, Bangalore to Sarjapur road,
                        Bangalore. After struggle for a month and numerous visit to BSNL office of Sarjapur road,last week only I got my land line shifted.
                        Though they promised to shift my broadband within 2 days, but it's been more then a week I am still waiting for my broadband to be
                        activated. I have already visited BSNL office but non of the staff is entertaining my complain rather they have given me a number 080-
                        25741300 to log my complain. I have called at least 100 times to the number without success. It's a hight of corruption in Sarjapura
                        office. If anyone turn up to office with complain they don't entertain rather give a number and when try calling that number no one picks
                        up the call. It's a pathetic situation in BSNL office.
                        Considering it as a last option I am mailing you for help and to take some corrective action.
                        Hope I won't be disappointed.

                        BSNL — long delay in service

                        I am using BSNL land phone my phone line have got more than three complaint during the past six months, and each complaint toook more than 15 days for repair this create finacial loss as well as mental agony. i am using broadband connection in this line that was also not available during the complaint period.
                        it is there regular work.. i hate BSNL

                          The landlines phone of ours have been disconnected due to cable problems since a long period ( about 4-5 year).                             I have bought the BSNL EVDO ZTE DATA CARD it was working good giving 150-250 KBPS Speed.
                            after this good service, i bought another BSNL PRITHVI EVDO DATA CARD but it is giving very bad Speed 10-35 KBPS.. at very same location..... i had gone to the BSNL Office where i had purchased the both card to exchange with ZTE, every time they says this PRITHVI DATA card is newly launched and only this card is available they cannot exchange ...
                            BSNL Please go with the Chinese ZTE not Indian Technologies Like PRITHVI.....

                            Please help me and exchange my Card with ZTE EVDO Card.

                            ye bahot hi faltu useless data card hai... speed aur quality dono hi bekar hai... speed only 10-40kbps in main city area and always disconnected between downloading...
                            ye data card 200 rupaye k value ka bhi nahi hai... plz isse lene ki galti koi mat karna... ZTE data card perfect hai... go with zte...
                            I agree, Prithvi EVDO data card speed very bad. I am mistake i purchase this card, Advised don't purchase this datacard from bsnl.

                            Prithvi EVDO is very good i am tamilnadu . download speed 280-310 kpbs very fast . but i am using my office 120-180 kpbs so depend area single . b4 i am using capital modem he is fast only 150-200 kpbs. so best ecdo data card Prithvi

                              UNIQUE ID NO. UPWGZB[protected], PLAN: BB Home Combo UL 625

                              I had applied for a ADSL Broadband connection on 4th June,2011 at Kaushambi Exchange, Ghaziabad.

                              The landline was installed on 29.06.2011, and broadband connection was installed on 25.07.2011. As i had applied for a BB connection, the billing should be started from 25.07.2011 only.

                              I have not received the bill at my home address till date. Yesterday i went to the Kaushambi exchg. and enquired about the billing. The billing amount shown to me is as follows, which is wrong :

                              From 29/06/2011 to 31/07/2011 : Rs.1,812,
                              From 01/08/2011 to 31/08/2011 : Rs.1,049,
                              From 01/09/2011 to 30/09/2011 : Rs.990.

                              The first question is how you have raised the bill from 29/06/2011 to 24/07/2011 as the Broadband connection was installed on 25/07/2011 only. I am not responsible for the delay in installing the broadband connection.

                              The correct amount of bill should be :
                              From 25/07/2011 to 31/07/2011 : Rs.113 (Monthly charge) + Rs.11 (Modem rental) + Rs.13 (Service Tax) = Rs.137.

                              From 01/08/2011 to 31/08/2011 : Rs.500 (Monthly charge) + Rs.50 (Modem rental) + Rs.57 (Service Tax) = Rs.607.

                              From 01/09/2011 to 30/09/2011 : Rs.500 (Monthly charge) + Rs.50 (Modem rental) + Rs.57 (Service Tax) = Rs.607.

                              TOTAL : Rs.1,351 (Rupees one thousand three hundred and fifty-one only).

                              Please provide me with the correct bill as shown by me, and please disconnect the connection with immediate effect. As, i do not need this kind of service anymore.

                                  I m using BSNL 3G Sim for Internet in data card since 6 month after convert in 2G. last 15 day I can't able to connect. When I tried to connect it show "Connect Failed" *123# , *123*6# and *123*8# showing balance ok. Data card, access setting & other is ok. Then I use my friend sim..its working on same location ,PC, Data Card and setting. so I wonder, call custmer care so many time but can't find solution.

                                    Poor connectivity of broadband
                                    I take a connection on [protected] in June-11 till dated 05 October 2011 i donot entertain a 5 Min regular connectivity of broadband. So seems that i pay a bill to company as gift. I Complain many time to a company but they taking about phone connection but donot entertain on broadband services. i take the broad band connection only to use intenet connction if i donot get the good connectivity then why i am pay a amount to the company as a bill.

                                      I am regular customer of BSNl. I have two bsnl landline phone out of which one no.[protected] is not working since last 25 days
                                      I have all the bills regularly. I loged compled on toll free no.198 on 16.09.2011. complain No. is [protected]. this complain was attended
                                      on 01.10.2011 after repeated follow up with local office on tel no.[protected],[protected], and [protected].On visit BSNL technitian told me that there is some problem with incomming wire he wil;l sort it out and he went. still today he didnot turn up.
                                      I hvae tried to contact somany times on above local off. nos but no body pickup all three nos.

                                      pl do the needfull at earlist if possible or otherwise i will shift to other service provider.

                                        My BSNL landline phone[protected] has not been working since 5th june 2009. No dial tone is heard when I pick up the receiver to make a call. I live in vijaynagar magadin road and many of my neighbours are experiencing the same problem frequently. I registered a complaint through the IVRS system This happens almost twice or thrice a month. It is really pathetic to see such pooor service from BSNL. It is merely a waste to pay the rental for such pathetic service. Will the authorities look in the issue?

I have repeatedly registered complaints through their call center services and personal visits. But every time I am told that the work is in progress. the phone is not in working condition as of now.
