No installation even after paying the amount 45 days ago

I have applied for BSNL broadband with new telephone connection. I applied it over internet through BSNL official site.
The day i registered I got call from BSNL regarding documents and i submitted it to the concern executive. He took Rs 600 as security deposit and told the connection will be installed with 5 days. 3 days later I got a SMS from BSNL mentioning my workorder number. Then after I waited for 1 week but didnt get any response...

SMS & GPRS when Roaming

My bsnl mobile no is [protected] and i have sufficent balance and GPRS monthly pack,but from last month of 27 my GPRS is not working and i can't send sms also.I want to try to book a complaint but nobody ans me or mail me.I can't go to Orissa BSNL customer office b'coz i am on roaming .So plese help me out how can i solve this problem or give me a right mail id or tel nos ....

low speed

customer care service

i have recharged with 98 internet pack. i use it in the bsnl datacard.the memory usage reading that is showed in the datacard just erroneous.the data usage is just double of the memory usage in the datacard. i.e-if in datacard memory usage is 9mb then the actual data usage becomes 18 mb(its not used in that way).its just patheticand the customer care service is just disaster i.e 1503 service....

EVERY TIME I USED TO HEAR THE SAME DAILAUGE THAT SYSTEM IS NOT WORKING TODAY.

delay service

Dear Sir,

I put a request on 2nd of September 2011 to shift my land line and broadband from Koramangala, Bangalore to Sarjapur road,
Bangalore. After struggle for a month and numerous visit to BSNL office of Sarjapur road,last week only I got my land line shifted.
Though they promised to shift my broadband within 2 days, but it's been more then a week I am still waiting for my broadband...
