I have inform you, i have already sent sms for caller tune deactivate date 13-3-11, they reply got me, (We have received your request. It will be processed within 48hrs). But after 48hrs to still as today caller tune had not deactivate & caller tune have renewal from date 20-3-11 & they have deducted Rs 40 my balance.

Please know you, how can my (money back) balance is return in this mobile no: [protected]

Without any information[protected] service had cut down my balance 15/=Rs & also compel to to do sms for deactivation for that i had paid 8/=Rs.For that i had done complain in customer care center but as regular they told me only to try also they are not ready to give his senior mobile number.

hello sir,
my mobile no. is 942839xxxx.
on 31st i registered my complaint to bsnl customer care of deducting my balance unnecessary... i lost 50rs from my balance!!
i had make them remind often... they havnt take any action to refund my balance... they told me to wait 4 days... today about 10-12 days are passed...still they havent take any action... all time i had to repeat whole story... this is the worst customer service...really...live example of corruption..!!!
there are so many cheaters in the bsnl... >:(

i m using cellone mobile..
i hve just started internet and just used 1.05 seconds.. nd 25.20 rs deduct to my account..
and ur ine ur bsnl call center empollye mr. shahnawaz shaikh.. said to me i dnt care about that..and he dosent ans me at all.. pls help.. as soon as possible..
