BSNL myway IPTV — Wrong Billing
To all concernsI lodged my below complaint to IPTV customer-care 3...4days back through mail but no body is responding. Rent of STB is being charged @ Rs. 2/ day (approx) cautiously & I am not able to decide, whether I should go for next recharge or unsubscribe & see cable TV, as IPTV seems to be very costly also.

Dear Sir
1. Why STB rent Rs. 56/ has been charged for the month of Oct 09, when it was told to be free for three month i.e. for Aug, Sep & Oct 09; (neglecting 2...3 days of July 09)
2. Why my balance gone to Rs. (-120/), when I have subscribed only premium-pack of Rs. 280/ & not subscribed any paid channel. First recharge was done through Mr VISHNU by paying Rs 400/ to him on 7 Nov 09.
Please clarify the same

BSNL myway IPTV — Unable to view the channels
Hi All, My name is Nitin. On 04/06/2010 . i installed myway IPTV. I am unable to view the channels from the day 1 . I hdpaid Rs 1700/- to them . 1500/ as Security deposit and R 200/- as rent. I had to call the 10 times fo viewing picture. The technicians come and go .there is no use. I am still unable to view channels. there is a problem of picture phrasing. My 200/- Rs are gone as i am unable to use BSNL IPTV services. Will recommned that nobody should buy BSNL IPTV as it is waste of money and time.38%

BSNL — IPTV/WRONG BILL
I take the connection of IPTV in my BSNL phone and they said its free of three months trial . but they started sending the bill from the first month and change the plan also itself. i registered lots of complaints but no action were taken. and they disconnect my phone also. what i do? can anybody tell me.
