My telephone landline with internet facility is dead fron yesterday afternoon, because connecting wire from DB to my house is broken. You are requested to do the needful at the earliest.

Request for reversal of Broad Band Charges due to non availability of Services from Dec.09 to till date

Our Broad Band connection is not working from Dec. 2009 while so many complaints have been lodged to concern deptt. but till date no action has been taken by them .
We have also lodged complaint against our Telephone instrument which is not working properly but no action has been taken by the concern deptt.
You are requested to resolve the following problems: -
1 Reverse our Broad Band charges from Dec. 2009 to till date : Usage of Broad Band can be verify from your records. Provide us usage of broad bank for the period from Dec. 2009 to till date. You can forward the same at email id : [protected]@gmail.com

2 Change by Telephone Instrument.

Telephone No.2220057 not shifted to new address till date. Application for shiftinf given on 28/05/2010 BSNL office order No. [protected] dated 30/05/2010.

No one is taking complaint on home.
Please do the needful.

I surrender my land line telephone No. 2651374 on 07.04.2010. All necessary documents such as (demand note, telehphone directory, telephone set returning receipt, last bill receipt) deposited in Nari Exchange. Till date I have not received any refund amount nor any information.

Every time I approach to the Department, they promptly say that it will be installed tomorrow. But that tomorrow has not come till date. Please arrange to install the phone at the earliest.

The phone no of my friend 2242649 installed at 163, Baji Prabhu Nagar Nagpur becomes dead every time it rains. Please get it rectified urgently. The phone is dead at present.

Dear Sir,
I have applied for land line connection on 15.07 2010 at Khamala exchange. I was given to understand that telephone will be installed within 15 days time and was asked to contact the BSNL office near Devanagr. I had visited this office several number of times and every time I was assured that it will be installed within a day or two. Then a
few days back I was told that the DP is to be repaired. Another day I was told that the previous contract has expired and new contract is to be made. Today I was told by JTO that it will take minimum 15 days as cable is to be laid.The telephone no alotted is[protected] and order no is [protected].
I fail to understand as to why so much expenditure is being made by BSNL in advertising for broad band connections and launching of several combo offers, if a simple telehone connection is not being provided in 45 days. Will som responsible officer from BSNL will look in to the matter and do some good work. I have still not lost my faith.

I received a call of BSNL Officer Medam Maya form Phone No. [protected] for geting One month free downloading and one month free suffering bsnl bardband.

I am not following forther instruction they are saying "Bhad me jayo our Maro"

Why BSNL distribute so many connections since it failed completely to resolve customers problem ? Pl. tell me should i surrender my BSNL landline or how long i wait for restart my telephone? Early actions on this subject matter will be highly appreciated from BSNL. :

Hello i am a resident of Nagpur and have been using the BSNL landline since last 15 years with the same number[protected].
For last 2 months the landline has been dead and even after complainting for so many times the BSNL employes from behind Sai Mandir Branch under the divisonal engineer Mr. Nandanwar have been ignoring the complaint i have been paying the rent fro almost 2 months now without a single use of the phone and the amount in now upto 1800rs for 2 months without the single use of the internet scheme provided by them they are charging rs. 750 for the internet and 150rs as the landline rent i hereby request you or the concerned authority to check the issue and correct it today . i have certain papers signed with me which does tell the status of my complaint or else there needs to be a serious action taken by the consumer forum authorities though this has been giving me a big loss to my work i have been ignoring the fact but now it's been 2 months and its a big time.

We have lodged complaint for[protected] about 10 days back. On every personal visit we are assured to depute the team net day. So far non have attended the phone. Enquiry no [protected] provided to us is never attended.

Please look into this complaint on to priority.

Senior people who are used to LL phone are finding difficulty in absence of LL phone.
