BSNL Broadband — tariff plan not changed
I had submitted change of broadband tariff request on 25th August 2008 for Home 500C+ with annual payout with outgoing facility against the present Home 250 plan. The same has not been restored; not even the outgoing of the telephone has been restored. Request the same to be done asap.Warm regards,
