BSNL — deduction of money without any reason

during surfing, my account money is reduced aroound 30 rupees(i.e.from 80 to 49), without any reason.

I am subscriber of bsnl prepaid mobile having no.[protected] & [protected].On dated i have received a message in my mobile inbox for renewal of bsnl tunes without my subscription & rs. 30 has also deducted from my account balance. therefore reply me why bsnl activate TUNE on my above given cellnos and why deducte rs. 30 from each no.

BSNL — deducting money and not giving service

I have activated the 1p/ sec plan on 25/11/2009 but still this plan is not activated after deducting 69 Rs from my balance and when i call to customer care every day they are saying that this plan will strat from tomorrow

i am srikrishna n my bsnl mobile no is [protected] , from this no they deducted 25 rupees for caller tune activation but i dint activated any caller tune , after this i called bsnl customer care executive ,instaed of giving me a proper informaton they spoke very arrogantly and they scold me...

on mobile no. [protected] bsnl service hamshakal was activated by mistake and now we want to unsubscribe it as afterevery 15 days rs 10 is charged . so please inactivate this service asd soon as possible.

procedure for unsubscription should also be mention with the service

I am customer of BSNL pre-paid service.. mobile no-[protected] , they deducting my balance with out any
reason.. this happen for 3 times.. they not even provided me any special service.. customer service also not responding well.. i am requesting to retain my balance..

I had 23.13 rupees balance in my mobile last night.
But next day i had seen that my balance is negative 23.13 though i had not spent money on any calls or extra ring tones or any caller tunes or any of the special sms's.
I cant understand this.

I have a bsnl mobile no. [protected], I am getting deductions from the company ever on the name name of MASTI PACK ever on the name of RADIO ONMOBILE once I talked to customer care, I received the deactivation code for the MASTI PACK from customer care I applied that but the next month I received deduction again for the same without any subscription.
Sir request to please stop it.

One message is regularly coming from 56505 frequently without my activation and deducting money. How this is possible unless you have given permission. Another number 56505005 on regular interval without my consent and activation is deducting money from my balance. I hope it is nexus among BSNL people and with the number to cut such amount. Please check this from your side as soon as possible as you are not authorised do so

BSNL — bsnl activated cricket news without request from me

BSNL ACTIVATED CRICKET NEWS to my mobile phone no. [protected] without any request from my side. and not given number to which i have to send SMS FOR deactivation. this is highly unfair trade practice. how can I rectify this. and how can I avoid charges.

this is chandan saha from kalyani.i am a bsnl user...i had prepaid connection having number [protected].
for long time some cricket news has been activated without any intimation.and for each and every message money is being deducted from my balance.i called customer care ample number of times..but no solution..even i had visited bsnl office....but all in vain....
kindly do the needful at your end.

Automatic sevices being activated . And due to that deduction of money from the company . Talking to customer care for deactive of sevices for week but their is no feedback to it . So please see to it as soon as possible . Waiting for positive reply .

I recharged at 8.00 pm by Rs.50/- next day after used for 2-3 calls found bal.Rs..076 v poor service & fade up o[censored]nwanted messages everynow & then from BSNL disturbing too much

I am using this mobile No=[protected] since 2007. I request for the necessary action against wap.nazara.com for changing Rs. 5 per alternate days for an unknown service and not responding to any call / sms made for inquiry about this deduction. I have called several times the call center regarding the issue,but the CSA not properly attend the call,she informed me that BSNL server is not working and reused to proceed this and ask to call later.

I am very much upset for that. So request you to resolve the issue as early as possible and come up with a solution as early as possible.

Deduction of money by the service provider by activating value added services on my number but I have not activated any such services neither i have received any SMS or CALL nor I have used internet on my phone .
