Sub: DEAD OF TELEPHONE NO. 2661212 Dear Sir, Our telephone No.[protected] is not working and completely dead for more than one month. We have already made so many complaints in telephonic and verbally, vide latest complaint no. RNR 52093.but still the position is same. BSNL people are not bothered to rectify the problem and also they are not giving any satisfactory reply. In spite of our repeated attempts for the past few weeks, still our phone is out of order and we are helpless .what to do and how to precede the matter to get a better service, it is very much disappointing and frustrating us. Therefore, we request you to look into this matter and do the needful at your end. Sub: DEAD OF TELEPHONE NO. 2363611

Our telephone No.[protected] is not working and completely dead for more than ONE AND HALF YEAR. We have already made so many complaints in telephonic and verbally, but still the position is same. BSNL people are not bothered to rectify the problem and also they are not giving any satisfactory reply.
In spite of our repeated attempts for the past few months, still our phone is out of order and we are helpless .what to do and how to proceed the matter to get a better service, it is very much disappointing and frustrating us.
Therefore, we request you to look into this matter and do the needful at your end.

We regret to inform you that this is the fifth reminder letter to you that our telephone No.[protected] is not working and is completely dead for more than one year.
You always assure that telephone will be operating soon, but it is only your fake commitment, Earlier we made lots of telephonic and written complaints on the following dates: 21.08.08, 03.11.08, 03.12.08, 16.01.09, but still the position remain same.
In spite of our repeated attempts for the past few months, still our phone is out of order and we are helpless, what to do and how to proceed the matter to get a better service, is very much disappointing and frustrating to us.
Therefore, we request you to look into this matter seriously and do the needful at your end urgent basis.
