My BSNL Prepaid mobile number is [protected]. I am being charged Rs.19 on every month for mobile radio service, never subscribed by me. Every month I am getting message from 12630019 that my account is renewed.

Deactivate my mobile radio service.My BSNL prepaid mobile number is [protected].I'am being charged Rs.19 on 11th of every month for MOBILE RADIO service.I don't want this MOBILE RADIO service.Iam trying this herculian task for the last three months. I dont know how it is got activated, more over there is no response from the number to be contacted ie 12630033 which is as equal as fraud and simply getting reply in the phone as number not in use. But even today my amount is deducted and Iam unable to contact that bloody service personnel. I have lodged my complaint with customer care centre my complaint number given as 316186 dt[protected]. Hence Iam requesting all the customer please dont show mercy on such activities. Let us fight together for the freedom from this bloody mobile radio service.
so please deactivate my MOBILE RADIO service.

Pls dial 12630033 and on the top there is unsubscription option for which you need to press 4. This will end your headache for ever.

please dial *456*00#, this will show ur subscribed service, if taken.(a) if the service is subscribed then it will show you the way to unsubscribe it. ELSE (b) send unsub to 12555.

My mobile number is +91 [protected]. I received the same message from 12630019, on Jan 10th 2009, that I have been "Successfully" charged 19/- for unwanted Radio Service.. that too without my concern. Atleast I did not expect this kind of cheap tactics by Public sector company like BSNL. From then I have been charged 19/- each month (i.e., Rs. 114/- till June 2009).
When I contacted the customer service center regarding this issue, they give me a reply that, I pressed some buttons while talking to somebody and that’s the reason for enabling the Radio Service... Ridiculous...
Dear BSNL, Even if any type of such arrangement is there in your system, it is your minimum responsibility to send a request to me for confirming weather this facility enable or not.
Further whatever procedure they gave to unsubscribe from this scheme simply did not work. So, I here by request the concerned authority to take action against such schemes and refund my Rs 114/- talk time.
