We submitted our application to disconnect our telephone booth connection number[protected] on Nov 8th 2010. Reference number is A243416. However till date we have not received the security deposit(initial deposit money). As I am in UAE with my husband, I am unable to visit your office and check the same.

Appreciate if you could kindly do the needful to get the money.

my land line no is[protected]. The company has offered me free game for 1 month in November / December 2010. I have deactivated the services before the close of month. But the service is still continue and charges Rs 200/- plus tax is being collected. The services to be deactivated immediate effect and charges collected to be refunded. Please confirm the action taken.

I am unable to bear monthly billing.Each month they are deducting Rs.10 for unwanted service The message centre number +54000010 by which my money is deducting without my conscent. please stop unknown service immediately.Many time I have sent SMS to 54000 to unsubscribe the above said unknown service. As i am a customer of bsnl landline telephone since 14 years my telephone number is[protected] is not working since 5 days and a had complained on 26/04/2011 and went to local JTO office since three days reminding my complaint. but local officer is not reacting about my complait.

is this the correct way the officials reaction in this competision telecom business.

hence i request you to solve my problem or suggest whether me to quit my connection

Mr suraj deshmukh from chattisgarh (durg) mobile no.[protected], and m using nokia 6233 for the use of gprs , from 15 days i am calling in bsnl customercare for gprs setting but daily customer care said that they will send gprs setting but i will not receive any messages because of this iwill not use internet in mobile and to use of internet i will go in the cvyber cafe daily for 5 hours in rate of 100 rs daily so please sdolve my problem

I have filled the form for the BSNL braodband connection in last month March 2011.Executive told me that connection will be done within 15 days.But one have been taken any action about the status of connection after the collecting the connetion form.

I Jagrut.M.Jani. son of Mukundrai.S.Jani.Our telephone is registered on my father's name.My parents never applied for service of music on demand.When we saw that Rs. 149/monthly charged from last three months.We first went to BSNL office and asked about this, they informed that you call on tall free number.We called there and informed that stop this service immediatly, but they didn't do any thing.Again I called asked that how can you charged for this service, at that time he told me that you accepted this on your mail ID, but reality is that I never accepted this service on my mail ID.Still they are charging for this service.So,Please Stop this service immediatly.De-Active Music on Demand Service and revert all this charges.

I was making payment of my land line phone No.[protected] through my net banking account which is in State bank of India, Bhamori Branch, Indore (earlier State bank of Indore, now merged in state bank of india ) after merging of the bank, I can not pay the bill by net banking, I think some branch code problem is to be updated at BSNL end. my CA No.22900520. The bill details for payment are sent to my net banking a/c but the payment is not accepted, stating try later. I have given payment in auto option.Kindly do the need full and inform me at an early date.

Plz chq my bill payment which i was already payment, but two & three months the bill come to me through post office when i was see the payment of bill 3 months added. I have payed all bill i was bill received also. Where the bill payment money is gone. The BSNL customer care or bill side is not good work. kindly look into the matter. every month cut my broad band connection. why cut my internet connection whereas i was genuine person i payment my bill.

Since last 3 years I am processing my Bills in BSNL Office, Dahod. for providing Broadband Services as a Business Associate named as Aim Computers, Mr. Kenneth DCunha, Godhra Road, Dahod.
Bills are forwarded to Godhra BSNL office, Where Mr. Gohil (SDE Marketing) incharge of our department is taking care of it. Since last 3 years he is telling me the bills are in process. Very soon I will get my payments but till date nothing is been done.
Kindly do the needful in this case so that I may get my Bill Passed.

SIR,
Since last 8 months every month i recd a message "THANK YOU FOR CONTINUING MONTHLY LAUGHTER CLUB SUBSCRIPTION PACK.YOU HAVE BEEN RENEWED AND CHARGE Rs 20/". In the first month I could not understood why my balance reduced by Rs 20/,.Next month when I recd the above mentioned message & my balance was again reduced by Rs 20/ I approached the BSNL office but the reply was not satisfactory & they tried to convince me that I have accepted the same but i have never accepted this proposal.However i request them to give me the address of the LAUGHTER CLUB" so that i may ask them about this cheating & get my 8 months charges Rs 160/. But I was shocked by their reply that they are unable to disclose .

Is it possible that the Service Provider"s customers are being looted & bsnl is helpless. I am the consumer of BSNL & I have legaly right to know where my recharged amt in mobile is going other than BSNL account.

My humble request to BSNL is to refund the cheated amt Rs 160/ within 7 days otherwise I will have no option but to take legal action .

REFUND OF DEPOSIT ON RECEIVED BY BSNL FOR TELPHONE[protected]

After complain to customer service on 25/03/2011, I did not get my money back Rs50/- so far. This was deducted from a/c balance without my knowledge in two month i.e. 25/03/2011 and 24/03/2011 respectively. Firstly I saw one message from service reply when I put on my mobile on 25/03/2011. The message was "your last call cost is Rs.25/- for activation for WORD BSNL POWER. Your a/c balance is ... And got a sms from 51234025 that "WORD BSNL POWER Alerts is active.Rs.25 per month.Dial *456*89#, if you wish to dct @"
Immediately I called customer care and got a case no C25WB354807 dated 25/03/2011.
I said without my concern how you deducted Rs.25/- from my a/c. It should be credited as early as possible. I didn't activate any service. Customer service forwarded the above case no.

After few days i.e on 23/04/2011 again I call customer care for the above case and ask when I will get my Rs.25/- but they said it is already noted but we can’t say when it can solve.
The very next day again I got same message from service reply after putting my mobil on
24/04/2011 "your last call cost is Rs.25/- for activation for WORD BSNL POWER. you’re a/c balance is ...” And another same sms came from 51234025 that "WORD BSNL POWER Alerts is active.Rs.25 per month.Dial *456*89#, if you wish to dct @" . So I was surprised from BSNL Service.

Same day I call customer care that yesterday I complain and today again you deducted another Rs.25/- for the same why?

I told them if you can not solve I have to complain Consumer Forum and discontinue my family’s all BSNL numbers.

On 27/04/2011 I call customer care and ask about my cases. When I will get my money back? They didn’t reply. If you can’t solve now, next month again same amount will debit. Again I received another case no D27WB517295.

If BSNL Service provider can not solve immediately, day to day they will receive lots of complains ultimately they will lose their customer. Instead of one create lots.

So I request kindly look into this matter & solve immediately.

i have using caller tune from last 6 month. somehow from last 2 days suddenly change my caller tune whitout any intimetion. i have complaint to bsnl call center they have given the reply in our record the tune of "aaj mara mandiriyama mahale shrinathji". any body can tray to my mobile no [protected] this tune is not working.

My telephone number is[protected]. There has been almost a total breakdown of internet services for the past three months. a number of complaints verbally or telephonically has yeilded no results. Telephone number [protected] meant to receive complaints is never manned and the call are oftenly have to be abandoned after long wait without any response. I would request if a proper defect analysis and repairs are carried out in order to alleviate frequent breakdown.

Error 691
Whenever trying to connect the Broadband it shows error 691 since last week.Whenever the same is informed to the authority, inspite of repeated complain followed with reminders the said problem has not yet been solved.
