n.a. — stop the monthly subscriptions from my prepaid balance

KINDLY STOP THE MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION OF VARIOUS FACILITIES WITHOUT MY KNOWLDGE WHICH HAVE BEEN REGULARLY DEDUCTING FROM MY PREPAID BALANCE.

SINCE I AM NOT INTERESTING IN UTILIZE ANY TYPE OF FACILITIES LIKE JOKES, CRICKET, HOROSCOPE, SONGS, CLUB SUBSCRIPTIONS ETC.

KINDLY STOP TO DEDUCTING AMOUNT IN RESPECT OF ANY ABOVE FACILITIES FROM MY PREPAID PHONE CONNECTION NO.[protected]

1)I want to unsubscribe devotional servise on my phone immidiatly.

2) many time i made complaint to airtel customer care no. but my devotional servise not stop till now.

3) this sevise activated from[protected].

bsnl is deducting rs.25 everymonth as renewal of subscription for caller tunes.

this service i do not need .deductions are done without my consent for renewal of subscription.

i have sent several messages to 56700.

please stop this servce of caller tunes and please confirm this forceful deduction is stopped.

if this continues i would like to switch over to other private mobile operators.

Attention BSNL customers :-

BSNL mobile stealing money from his own mobile customers, that how it happens is.. by knowingly they are activating service messages from 53030 like quiz type of questions for Example: today who will won the match? giving 2 options for it. one time message if we get is ok.. if we are getting continuously daily these kind of message, we get irritated and to deactivate these service message from 53030 its not free, they are detecting money of Rs.2. Just think about this matter Knowingly activating service unwanted messages and for deactivate these type of messages asking money... think about all mobile customers as started wish to deactivate spending money... how many lakhs they earn with out providing valuable service... be alert...

when i asked customer care they are not having rights to deactivate such service. The customer can only deactive through message by spending money of Rs.2 as to type UNSUB TRYNEWS to 53030.

I want to unsubscribe to trynews service.
Initially i wasn't made aware about that Rs. 6 will bi deducted each day.
Costomer Care Centre prooves to be useless.

By mistake gurubani services activated by me at my number [protected] on monthly charges of Rs 30. Please deactivate it as soon as possible because i did lot of efforts to deactivate the same but could not succeed. please do needfull.

Every month Rs 20 is being deducted from my mobile no [protected] for sikh devotional services. Message comes from no +12555020. I have also send unsub message to 12555020 but deduction does not stopped.

Please arrange to stop deducting money by any how unsubscribing this monthly deduction
