Dear Sirs,
We have taken one prepaid BSNL mobile sim bearing no cell no. [protected] from SSA Jamshedpur Bistupur main BSNL office of your Ranchi circle and was in use for last one year. On Saturday dated 20/06/2009 the SIM was taken out from the mobile SET and one airtell SIM was inserted in the same mobile set. After one call when the BSNL SIM was reinserted, it is reported by mobile set as rejected, This was done at many earlier occasions also in the past. On consultation with the help line nos [protected] &[protected] at your goood ofices/call centres, it is told that G3 spectrum configaration is in progress and the same will be completed by Monday(22/06/2009). After tuesday(23/06/2009) the tower connection in all such cases will be automated as usual.
This is to regret to mention that till date and time the connection have not been regularised and now your officials at Jamshedpur office is asking for Rs. 110 .00 for issuing duplicate SIM. Please look into the matter and do the needful to restore my above cell no [protected] as well as our confidence in BSNL services. A prompt reply by return mail over my E- mail ID: ashok.[protected]@tatasteel.com will be highly appreciated.

Whomsoever it may concern,
Hello i am a resident of Nagpur and have been using the BSNL landline since last 15 years with the same number[protected].
For last 2 months the landline has been dead and even after complainting for so many times the BSNL employes from behind Sai Mandir Branch under the divisonal engineer Mr. Nandanwar have been ignoring the complaint i have been paying the rent fro almost 2 months now without a single use of the phone and the amount in now upto 1800rs for 2 months without the single use of the internet scheme provided by them they are charging rs. 750 for the internet and 150rs as the landline rent i hereby request you or the concerned authority to check the issue and correct it today . i have certain papers signed with me which does tell the status of my complaint or else there needs to be a serious action taken by the consumer forum authorities though this has been giving me a big loss to my work i have been ignoring the fact but now it's been 2 months and its a big time.
