BSNL Mobile call dropping, no net work, net work failure etc

We have cell sim [protected] and this belongs to BSNL. We are facing a lot of problem at Addanki, Kopperapadu, Singarakonda and Kommalapadu of Prakasam district of AP such as call drop, network failure, error in net work, emergency call only etc. Please look into the matter and rectify the problem. This problem is faced by us for the past 40 days.
