Sir,
I recharged my mobile for Rs.220/- on 15.11.2012 (11.20 AM). It is not sucessful I received a messahe from BSNL as follows : Sales transaction for Mobile Number [protected] could not be processed please contact customer care for further assisatnce in the matter. Ref.No.[protected]

Now I am requesting U pl.do the needful at the earliest

i get only messege Ur a/c is credited by Rs.55 on 14/09/13 at 11:12am RefNo.[protected]..

I have recharged my BSNL mobile no [protected] on 23/3/2014 at 9:51:14 am with Rs 550. Transaction ID is IGS3282615. But the amount is not credited to my mobile. Kindly do the needful

Hi,

i have recharged BSNL mobile no : [protected] with Rs 200 on 5th May from ICICI bank. The recharge was not successful and amount also not credited back to my a/c

Have spoken to ICICI customer care they shared with me the reference no of this transaction :[protected]

Please credit the amount back to my a/c.
