[Resolved]  BSNL — Shifting of Broadband connection on change of residence

Residence — broadband connection

Dear Sir,

This is for your kind information that I have requested you for brad band connection Home 500+ through on line registration number WCR/83114246 dated 07/08/2008 through my telephone No.[protected]. I have also stated that I have my own modem available before connection. Your service engineer
visited twice but fail to connect the bradband connection with the available modem saying that a number problem in my modem and pc and also instructed to change the pc and modem if I want a bradband connection. It is not possible for me to change althose thing where as my PC and Modem is working fine.

When I approched the Airtel they have given the internet connection with the exixting modem and PC immediately.

In view of the above I would like to cancel my bradband bsnl connection. Since I have not used I hope you will not charge any of the above subject. without giving connectuion.

This is mani resident of 24, aiswarya nagar, chromepet suffering from a big nuisense from a group of street dogs about 25 in number which which gives incredible trouble for the public. please do some thing to get rid of problem.
