I purchased BSNL penta T-pad ws-702c with calling option on[protected] from spinel Tradecom Pvt Ltd
khasra no.10/13/1 and 10/18/1,Revenue estate village Samalkha,near Kapashera old Gurgaon road, new Delhi- 110037..I got it by BLUE DART courier. But I had found some software problem .So I gave it at authorized service center namely sri sai communications,shop301,Hardycomplex,M.G.Road,Secunderabad
500003.Phone no.32436463,e-mail:srisaicommunications.[protected]@gmail.com .The service center people informed me that the software problem could not be rectified and it was to be replaced and added that they
had written to concerned company authorities for giving acceptance for replacement.I surrenderd my tablet
at service centre on[protected].But till today I could not get replacement.I made so many trips to service
centre spending lot of money but of no use.Every time they are saying that they have not received acceptance letter from the BSNL authorities and to wait for some more time.I paid substantial amount of Rs.7650/- for buying this tablet but I can not utilize it even after nearly one month from the date of purchasing.For no fault of mine I am being troubled with agony by delaying the process of replacement.So
I request the concerned authorities to look into this matter and do needful at an earliest date.

BSNL — FORCED DEDUCTIONS
i have a BSNL mobile connection. My mobile number is [protected]. On 09.04.2010. a message appears like this, " if you want to subscribe to 2 days free CRICKET UPDATES service you have to send a message to 56363." I have send a message and i am subscribed to the service. But on 11.04.2010 a message appears on my mobile from[protected] that Rs. 8 has been deducted from your account for subscribing for the CRI sevice. They have not infromed me that that free service will be charged after 2 days, neither same appears in the message they have send me earlier. I want my money back. I have talked to customer care of BSNL, but they says they don't refund me my deducted money, do anything you can do. and they says that i will be charged Rs. 8 every week. Either you have to opt out of the service, for which message charges is Rs. 2.They have earlier also looted consumers like me, deducting Rs. 50 or 40 or 25.
So ,I dont only want compensation, but strict actions against BSNL like companies, which fooled and looted consumers like me.
Mobile companies should be told not t omisled by advertising fake things and INCOMPLETE MESSAGES, like they have given to me. i.e. not infroming me earlier that fro this service, i will be charged something
