i am a user of bsnl mobile no, [protected], few days ago i subscribed wap service"Hollywood sizzlers"from bsnl gprs services.i got a message from 58888 to unsubcribe service they sent a url http://203.199.70.160/site/t.jsp?i=878 but this url not open on my phone.

I am also facing same problem.customer servicve also not respond.what we will do our money and time and mind wastage only.

sir, i have download a photo from wap actress and i want to unsubcribe this pack because i should have to pay RS 3o per month...please unsubscribe this pack.

First open the msg in inbox, then through msg address (wap address) go to the website of indiatimes on that page (on the lower part of the page), click it. You will go to home page of indiatimes, At this page select your subscription and in a new page at the bottom unsubscription option will be there. Click it. In a new page you will be asked (yes/ want to continue), click yes, Then in a new page-----you have successfully unsubscribed …… (Your subscription name)………… disconnect from the web. After that your are free………………………&hel...⇄
There is other way to get out of it, but I am not sure, but looking at the war-bsnl link and working style it may be fruitful. so you should first disconnect GPRS, again connect gprs after some days with a new mobile handset to change the setting….. Change your access point also……….hope that you will be benefited from my suggestions.

GPRS — Wap subscription service

i am a MTNL customer. i had activated GPRS of MTNL. On 09/04/2010, I have received the message from +[protected] "thanks 4 subscribing to unlimited pack. Your total cost is Rs. 30." and the message that 'the last sms was charged Rs. 30/-. I did not subscribe to any services nor did i send any such sms.i received this sms twice in the day and i loosen Rs. 60. Please take the severe action against this kind of problems and help me to come out from this type of misuse of the customer.

last few months my bsnl moble as been charging 10rs .for evey 3days.why idont now .even though talk with customerservice.but there careless.plse reply me.

i have not sceibed for WAP service. But Bsnl cut Rs. 30/- per month from my balance. I have lodged many complaints but they regulary deduct.

BSNL — unwanted subscription of wapm actress

A sum of Rs. 30 is being added in my mobile bill bearing A/C No.[protected] and mobile no.[protected].Complaints have been lodged with bsnl for unsubscribing the sub actress of the day but all is in vain.Now yesterday amessage from 58888 has been received that service will be renewed. Sir kindly intervene and help to unsubscribe the said service( Bollywood Diva) etc So that I may not 've to pay unnecessarily.Sir my name is deepak verma.

BSNL — regarding wap service

I have Phone No. [protected]. I have not subsceibed wap services. But lat six month BSNL deduct Rs. 30/- per month for this service. i have sent many message for unsubscription but all in vain. Please solve this problem.

ya its too embarrassing, they have not provided the unsubscribe option anywhere. just by clicking unknowingly monthly we are losing 30 rupees even without using the service.
