[Resolved]  BSNL wap services — unsubscrption of wap service"hot model of the day"

i am using the bsnl no. [protected] And by mistake i subscribe a wap hollywood subscription Rs.10/10 days but this subscription are automatically renewed.Immediate Unsubscribe this wap service from my phone.Iam very disappointed to this.My favourite company of mobile is bsnl because network
are very good but for this i am disappointed.

My mobile number is [protected]. I do not remember having subscribed for wap services - hot videos.

In any case, please unsubscribe this service.

i am a user of bsnl mobile no [protected]. on 2/07/13 i received a message from 55678 that i have subscribed "model of the day"from 55678 and i had to pay Rs 8 for the subscription, though i know nothing about this.i can not unsubscribe this service from my phone. though i contact with customer care for several times to unsubscribe my VAS service and for refund the balance which was deducted at a regular interval of 7 days.Rs 32 hasbeen deducted till 23/7/13 and still this VAS service is activated.i already sent you 2 complaints and complain nos are 11041 and 11573 but you can not do any work on it.if this service is not unsubscribed on my number. it is necessary for me to go to consumer forum and change mobile service oprator. so please unsubscribe this VAS service on my mobile.
