Dear Sir,

Sub: Very Poor performance of EV-DO data card
Ref.: EV-DO card no 2004206 ESN no 0B243EFD

With reference to the above I would like to put this matter in your kind consideration that I have purchased this EV-DO card vide receipt no 2264 dt[protected] from BSNL, Ashok Marg, Jaipur; in the name of Rajeev Mishra 74, Awadhpuri-I Mahesh Nagar, Jaipur (Rajasthan) – 302015 for Rs.4202/= (Four Thousand Two Hundred and Two only).

Since then I m very much disappointed because of following reasons:

1. The services is claimed as “High Speed Internet Service” (whole Jaipur/ Rajasthan), but at my place it has very poor speed i.e. 0 bytes/ sec to 10-15 KB/ sec while at some other places viz. Nehru Bazar, Ajmer Road, it works better. When I talked to Technical people of BSNL regarding this problem they admitted the “Weak WLL signal” problem at Mahesh Nagar because of non availability of BSL tower. I normally received no signal or 1-2 candle WLL signal over my EV-DO card at Mahesh Nagar. This causes poor performance of EV-DO Internet Card.

2. BSNL don’t have customer support services (call centre) for EV-DO card to sort out problems over telephone. Each time if any problem we face, we have to go to CSC (customer support centre) at Ashok Marg or Bajaj Nagar.

3. Billing is regularly done as I took this card on rent i.e. they r charging rent for this card while I have purchased the same. Each time I have to make correct this bill from BSNL office, Ashok Marg, Jaipur.

My question is when Mahesh Nagar don’t have BSL tower for required WLL signal for EV-DO card, then why BSNL sold me that card for the services that they can’t rendered me at Mahesh Nagar. They should black list those areas where required WLL signal is not available due to Technical reasons.

Secondly we have no option either to transfer this EV-DO card to other needy people or return to BSNL.

This is the clear case of negligence of services at the part of BSNL. They should either allow me to transfer to other person or take return of that.

I requested you to please see the matter as I m paying bills regularly without using of that EV-DO card.

respected Sir,

myself vikas mehta, frm tonk road, jaipur..i have purcased EV-DO device data card ( unlimited for 999/-) on 21st january n i have successfully installed software but when i try to connect it..it shows tht the device is unable to connect with network pls ping your remote computer...
so, i just wanted to know tht (a) Normally how much time it take to activate ? and (b) What is the procedure to connect after entering the given Password and User ID ?

I purchased EVDO card on Last may. From that day to till to the Jan 13th there is no complaint. But all of sudden it become too slow. When i connect, at that time only it will be speed and later after 3 to 4 minute it become too slow(Just like Disconnected). Sir, Can i get the solution for this one.

My name is sandip bhalodia.. at rajkot. I am using BSNL EVDO data card. but it goes through very poor speed. while purchasing it offers 2 mbps speed. But I hardy get 20kbps speed with it.

    sir,
    I am having mobile holding no [protected] against BSNL post paid scheme. Today i received message of thanks from bsnl informing that i have downloaded bsnl tune and that Rs12 shall be charged in my account. There was another message of thanks that i will be charged Rs25 as monthly subsciption. Both the messages was send by bsnl no +56700. Immediately i reverted against both the messages, and informed the messaging sent nos that i have not downloaded any tune nor i accept the payment that is been charged as Rs12 plus Rs25. Against my message to +56700 it has been informed that my message is invalid and further in the message it has been informed as to how one can download other tunes, but no where it informs as to how the RGT tune can be cancelled. The method adopted by bsnl against acceptance of RBT tunes is dishartnening as well as humulating. How any one can accept only one way without any turn around.i strongly condem the method addopted by BSNL towards charging for RBT tunes which i have not asked for, but might have accepted the way that has been sent by BSNL in any form while answering the call or ringining any number, Hence kindly accept my complaint for the wrong way BSNL is charging for RBT tunes, also there should be way to cancell the above acceptance if it has been accepted unknowingly. No one will accept such ill method adopted by BSNL.

      We are having the Broadband Service on our office no.[protected] From BSNL, but unable to access the internet since 08.05.2009. We have registered our complaint several times to the local office of BSNL India ( Bagbazar Telephone Exchange - Kolkata ). Complaint Docket Nos. & Dates are Given Bellow -

      Also visited personally & talked several times over phone with the concern person Mr.S.K.Roy ([protected]). But No solution has been provided to us, till date, though we are paying the rental on regular basis.

        I have an unlimited broadband connection to the above mentioned Phone line for the past 4 Years. Since from last year, whenever I connect to the internet, Hardly my internet connection is working for 10 minutes after connecting to broadband and after some time it automatically gets disconnected for no reason and their after it says “ Page cannot be displayed and Finding site” I am not getting broadband connection as it is showing. The ADSL link light keeps blinking instead of being stable. This happens every time I connect to the internet.

        Last more than one year now, my complaints to the concerned people seem to have fallen on deaf ears. The Broadband connection provided to me hardly works 4-5 days a month. Before writing this complaint, frankly speaking I am waiting for response from the department for a formal complaint made some 5 days ago in Fatorda Exchange which he is mentioning to my wife that it is Computer’s error. I believe this department (Broadband Services) has been created by the government to loot customers without providing any services. As we are paying the Bills regularly of Rs.1000 and above monthly which is a very high Amount.Grateful if message is conveyed to the concerned and re-addressed properly?

        My download speed has decreased considerably. I'm getting only 5kbps.can u imagine being a broadband line? Broad band and this speed? Pls. help me to get rid of this problem
        Conclusion
        In the light of above please tell me WHOM SHOULD I CONTACT NOBODY IS RESPONDING ME I AM WASTING MY TIME, MONEY AND ENERGY AND ALSO GETTING MENTALLY STRESSED BECAUSE OF ALL THIS PASS ON ACTIVITIES. And now if I am not having any broadband connection than why the hell should I pay the bill? IF I AM GETTING SUCH POOR SERVICES AND MANAGEMENT so it is better that you disconnect my broadband connection.

          i am bsnl costomer from last 5 year having cell one no.[protected]. but last month on 20.06.2009. my subject cell incoming & outgoing service has barred.without any reason. i have reveived bill on 29.06.09 amt rs.1182/- and last date of payment 04.07.2009. please activate my service as soon as possible. and reason for payment how can i communicate without my service. i have no any other cell no.accept above.

            I have a coonection of BSNL HOME UL 750 which speed is 32 to 35 KB/S BUT My friend has PLAN 250 who gets speed 150 to 200KB/S. Why BSNL is make such a frame so that unlimited users could not get download more data but limited plan user can get more download after giving extra prices for that. It is completely BSNL policy which is not good as compared to present communications age.
            dude, you are being stupid . 32 KBps is the max u can get out of bsnl connection (KBps=Kbps/8, ie, 256/8=32). plan 250 is a 2mbps comnection so he will get a theoretical maximum of 256kBps (2048/8).

            bsnl internet has lots of issues but it still is the best out here, you should devlop some common sense before posting such .if you want that speed then go take that plan.

            sorry about the language though, it is just that i hate .

            i have the plan home 250 in September. i m giving the appliction to change my plan home 250 to home ul 750 plus on 29th of sept. they said to me that your plan is change on 1 oct. i don’t know that is my plan acttualy change or not i call on[protected] they said that go on dataone.com and see it but when i see on it the message arrive sorry’ no record found and i m not able to see my usage of this(oct.) month wt do i do now???? plz reply me
            i m having d same problem my torrent download speed is hardly 30-35 kbps. this is poor. BSNL should do smthg about it

              Dear Sir/Madam,
              I am using bsnl connection for past 6 month. Recently i shifted my house from vijaynagar to RPC layout. I have given application for transfer on 6th july at vijaynagar bsnl office. but still now i did got any reply from any of the office. when i queried with vijaynagar office, they told that the order has been transfered to RPC layout bsnl office. when i queried there, they told it is shifted to chandra layout bsnl office. After all these transfers which took a month, finally when i queried with chandra layout bsnl office they told we dont have any line for you. so you a have to wait untill any of the previous connection is withdrawn.
              i dont think any of them going to withdraw a bsnl connection.
              i am in dilamo whether to keep bsnl or not?
              could please help in resolving this ?

              Its been 15 days still there is no information on shifting part.

                my mobile no is [protected] this belong to mp circle i buy this sim card mainly friends and family services under this i have activated only one no that STD no[protected] kalyan Maharashtra circle land line number since 4 months back but for better services kalyan bsnl has change their series and previous no i.e[protected] has been changed to[protected] so i want to change to new no because due to internal shifting previous no is does not exist i talk with your many executive they told to go near bsnl office and give application i went to bsnl kalyan office they refused to take request for two reason first sim card belong to mp circle and second the problem of mobile they told call to customer service on 18th June 2009 one of executive taken my request but till today i.e after 15 days i have not got any call from bsnl sir i have hope from you for changing my no for friends and family whats the customer mistake if bsnl change the their numbers if bsnl promise they will give service of friends and family they should keep promise not to tell terms and condition its bsnl internal problem customer should not suffer at any cost

                    With due respect and humble submissom my earnest request are here by given that I, Sankar Kumar Patra, a customer of BSNL Mobile Service. I recharge plan of Rs. 75 on 26th June 2009 to access BSNL GPRS for 7 days, but till now I can't access this service although my all terms & conditions are Ok! I can't but help by asking BSNL Customer Care service to access the service for many times. Also thay are giving many excuse like lunching 3G Service, Location Problem, Technical fault etc. Though my location is very near about Kolkata.

                    I shall greatfull if I get a positive responce.

                      Hi,

                      I am a resident of Nandini Layout, Bangalore. We have a BSNL landline and below mentioned is my landline number.
                      My landline has been dead since 24th June and is even now.
                      I had raised a ticket (docket 2400) on 26th June => No response yet
                      Again raised a ticket today (docket 2485) => Still the phone is lying dead.

                      This is the second time Yeshwanthpur BSNL being quite careless. Couple of months back Same landline was dead for almost 2weeks.

                      Hope I don't see this happening again and again, and provide BSNL customers a better service of what they been chardged.

                      My Telephone is not working it gets dead. i am using for ISD & Broadband. So Please Take Necesety Action for regular usage of Phone as soon as possible.

                      bsnl telecom networking — BSNL BBand lying dead since long

                      My Broadband (250357 , opp Rly Stn Jwalapur -Haridwar ) has not been working for the last 6 days. I tried to lodge complaints on their Telephone nos 251000, 250300, 250580 and 200333 but there is no one to attend on these telephones. ). Lodged complaint at 198 vide comp no. 19042/2.2.10, 19093/3.3.10 and 16397.

                      We are really very unfortunate to have this BSNL BBand. I therefore request you to please look into above complaint .

                      Is there any one in BSNL Haridwar to attend to our complaint and set this dead BBand to life. Rgds 4.3.2010

                      Yes I had the same complaint, Iam resident of Yeshwanthpur, I am having BSNL Landline Phone bearing No.. 23370397, our landline has been dead since 15th June-2012, we lodged complaint in BSNL Yeshwanthpur, they are saying we will rectify the problem within two days, Till today no one has come to see the problem.

                      I requesting all Senior officer of BSNl, look into this matter as early as possible

                        Dear Sir,

                        With reference to the above, I have applied the above Bfone & Broad Band connection on 29.04.2009 vide your Request Ref.91263436; AN92270532/dt.29.04.09. I am residing at Madipakkam near keelkattalai area, After applied this connection, I have make so many calls and personal visit to your customer care centre at madipakkam & Keelkattalai Exchanges and complained about non receipt of erection of BSNL BFONE CUM BROADBAND connection. Inspite of my repeated reminders and telecons made to your BSNL people and AE & DE level people for the concerned exchanges, Till date, I did't get any proper response from your end. Last week 25.06.09 I have visited madipakkam customer care centre and gave a complaint about this issue. They ask me to contact your Mr. Sundaraman, DE/ Keelkattalai Exchange / Mr. Achuthan-AE. I spoked to them on the same day itself. Mr. Sundaraman promised me to give the connection before 29.06.09. Today, morning also I have spoken to him. He said, he is in delhi. He ask me to contact Mr. Achuthan. I was tried so many times, but no reply. In this aspect, It is overthan 60days has been passed from the date of my application receipt. But, so far you people are very irresponsible to give me a feedback about the BFONE CUM BROADBAND connection. I have seen your so many advertisement in paper, television and thro' bsnl camps near my area. In that, it is mentioned whenever apply for the above service connection. Immediately can get the connection within a week's time. But, in my case, it was fully 2 months has been passed. but no RESPONSE from BSNL. Is this is the way to have a relationship your customer?. If you are not able to service to the customer means, we don't mind to go with other private party services. This is a bitter experience with your concern which i got for the above matter. Please try to respond customer !. Customer is valuable which you don't know or not?.

                        For the above I need your immediate reply whether can you able to give me the above service connection or not?. If yes, please mention when you can able to serve me better!, Based on that, I will look for some better alternate source. For your information, I am long term customer in cell one mobile postpaid connection No.[protected].

                          I have purchased the NIC device from BSNL to have the facility of wireless internet.
                          But in my place that is Chainpal, in Talcher the signal strength for internet is very low.
                          So, the pages are expiring before opening.
                          I went to the office the next day I purchased the device for Rs.3438.00 to return or replace or convert my wireless to broadband scheme, but they did not listen.
                          Even they told that once you purchased it, means its yours, there is no warranty provided for this device.

                          Now, I don't have any other option, I am using the internet in a very slow rate where as the maximum utilizable capacity of the internet in wirless form provided by bsnl is around 230.4 kbps.

                            I was a candidate of the Junior Telecom Officer( telecom) conducted by BSNL on[protected].My exam center was St. Marys exam center was St. Marys Higher Secondary School, Pattom, Trivandrum, Kerala. I did not get permission to use calculator. While writing the exam, there was an announcement saying that Fx 100 SERIES calculators can be used.But the invigilator did not give me permission for using my Fx 100 calculator. After the exam i came to know that in most of the other examination centre, candidates used their fx series scientific calculator.I think there should always difference between the one who use calculator and the one who without using the same.Candidates with calculator can attend more questions.There is no justice in this. Hope that you should consider my complaint

                              I have land line phone which is often repairing because more than 100 mtrs the wire is coming in post. When any high transport cross or heavy raining the line is disconnecting. This is happening often. When i ask lineman who is come for repair who is telling that the wires are very weak so will have to transfer the cable(but last 5 years still not changed). At present i am working in maldives and very diffcult to contact my families. When i spoke regarding to mannargudi customer care centre- no response. Will consider my compaint to dig and lay new cable?

                              Transport — Connection drops very often

                              when i on my internet, it runs as usual but suddenly the connection gets disconnected . But ther is no problem with network connections . I find it very diffficult at time. and it disturbs my work too. So i please request you to deal this problem
                              i have telephone ling and 1 gp broadband connection but not us becoz monthly more then 10 days my connection in dead i am call to mannargudi customer care :[protected] they say u can change or choose to another connection, why they not make repair. will consider my complaint. and don't repeat to give like this answer to customer.

                                BSNL employee hang the landline cable at my house ( Address Mentioned Above ). We are facing contionus problem for last nine month. I am not a customer of BSNL and the cable is for somebody else house. This cable is a big obstacle to enter in house.

                                I request BSNL Baroda to solve the problem urgently.

                                  Sir,
                                  I am your broad band service holder under the home plan-250 since the service has introduced in Chirkunda circle. At the time of its introduction your committed offer was to provide us maximum 2 Mbps speed in downloading pages from the site. Unfortunately I never got your offered speed from the date of installation of modem by you or enhancing the speed of broad brand thereby. Till date it is found downloading speed use to gone up maximum 100/200Kbps which not only caused too much time taking but very frustrating. For your kind information whenever I had a scope to visit a site through BSNL Broad Band service in some remotest area in Bihar or Jharkhand observed same service provider given more faster speed than you under home plan-250 or125. Secondly the stability of linking for internet connection, frequent interruption in connecting the net or the middle of surfing is common phenomena. Unexpectedly Link cut/failure is a regular feature of broad band service in my connectivity. Sir, I never got a complete month smoothly hassle free service of your broad band rather getting 15/20 days service by the cost of full month rent. Beside this frequent land line connection failure is another story. I always brought this recurring problem to you over telephone but till awaited a permanent solution. It is not the problem of distance, though my house is less than a kilometer from your service station and which should not be barrier of giving smooth/hassle free connectivity. Please avoid lame excuse to lay man like me who is really unaware of your technical know how and of course not the matter of my concern instead of getting best service as a customer right.
                                  Sir, my humble submission is to you when every service provider is trying to do the best for their customer at customer’s cost then why I am depriving since long by you to get the best service at my cost? Though it is common men experience any complain to BSNL is only waste of time. Now it is your term to prove wrong or concrete their bad experience.
                                  Hope this time I shall get your quick response by best result.

I was complain more than three time but still my broad band connection is not functioning that's why I am facing problem and monetary loss.therefore, I request you to kindly remove the defects at the earliest.

                                    I am using a BSNL broad band connection, my plan is 750 unlimited+...My complaint is that, the download speed I am getting is just 10-15 kbps at an average and maximum 30 kbps speed, which is quiet bad and the BSNL officials said, I will get only these much of download speed for these particular plan.
                                    Anyway, I am not satisfied with the speed they are providing, kindly take actions on it.My location is Hubli.(Karnataka)
                                    When i have 500c+ plan in bsnl broadband i got about 15kbps download speed but now i converted that plan into 750ul, in this plan i am getting only 29kbps download speed.
                                    what is the reason behind it?
                                    They give low speed to unlimited users?
                                    I am not satiesfied with this unlimited plan.
                                    even i have the same plan for me and am suffering with the same unsatisfactory experience...the download speed never cross 30 kbps even on a fixed copper wire line...where as there are brands providin more thn tht on wireless plugin devices...cryin shame to the bsnl people...theyre capitalising on the misconception tht there not answerable to the customer. they have limited the bandwidth for every subscriber to cut costs for themselves where as the customer who pays from his hard earned money is the one who suffers in the form of poor quality of service(complete lack of speed), , , download speeds should at least be more than 50 kbps for it to at least feel like a broadband connection and to justify the high costs they demand from us..
                                    someone needs to put a tab on these blind people and its got to be done as early as possible to curb any further dezire to loot the customer in broad daylight!!

                                    My BSNL Land Line No.2274284. I have broadband connection under home 500C plan. Right from the date of connection the internet speed at the time of download is very slow ( below 10 kbps). kindly rectify as per the plan speed.

                                      BSNL mobile stealing money from his own mobile customers, that how it happens is.. by knowingly they are activating service messages from 53030 like quiz type of questions for Example: today who will won the match? giving 2 options for it. one time message if we get is ok.. if we are getting continuously daily these kind of message, we get irritated and to deactivate these service message from 53030 its not free, they are detecting money of Rs.2. Just think about this matter Knowingly activating service unwanted messages and for deactivate these type of messages asking money... think about all mobile customers as started wish to deactivate spending money... how many lakhs they earn with out providing valuable service... be alert...

                                      when i asked customer care they are not having rights to deactivate such service. The customer can only deactive through message by spending money of Rs.2 as to type UNSUB TRYNEWS to 53030.
                                      I want to unsubscribe to trynews service.
                                      Initially i wasn't made aware about that Rs. 6 will bi deducted each day.

                                        Reference to my Mobile No [protected]

                                        I have paid the Invoice/Bill amount of Rs731.00 towards my mobile bill of March 09 on 25.3.09 at Sarat Bose Road Post Office, Kolkata before the due date. But in the subsequent bill dated 10.4.09, shows that the past March Bill is unpaid and I have to pay again Rs731.00 plus late fee of Rs14.62. I have contacted over phone to BSNL office, Kolkata & they have asked me to pay this Invoice/ Bill inclusive of Rs731 & Rs14.62 and in subsequent Bill, they will adjust. I have made official complain on 11.4.09 through MAIL and Reminder Mail on 14.5.09 & 19.5.09 enclosing the scanned copy of receipt issued by referred Post Office. Again I have contacted to BSNL Poddar Court Office & faxed all complains with relevant support paper to them. But till date BSNL has not adjusted this amount with any Bill/ Invoice. Kindly look into my complain.

                                        Sub : My Mobile No [protected]'s Bill of March 2009

                                        BSNL in the similar way have charged additionally
                                        Previous Bill's amount of Rs 316.00 plus late fee of Rs10.00
                                        in their Bill/Invoice dated 10.4.09 though the amount
                                        of Rs316.00 was paid before due date i.e on 25.3.2009 at Sarat
                                        Bose Road Post Office, Kolkata. Sarat Bose Road Post Office
                                        issued receipt no 2835 on 25.3.09 acknowledging the payment
                                        received in cash.

                                        However, to avoid complication I had paid the total invoice amount of Rs779.00
                                        as per BSNL Invoice dated 10.4.09 through on line Bill payment vide
                                        BSNL portal ( Receipt No [protected] dated 11.4.09,
                                        7-38PM). I have made official complain on 11.4.09, 14.5.09 & 19.5.09 enclosing all
                                        the documents. Even I have faxed the details to BSNL/Poddar Court office but with
                                        no result. I therefore register my official complain
