[Resolved]  Cadbury India Limited (Bournvita) — Regarding for freezing of Cadbury Bournvita.

I have two 500gm jar of Cadbury Bournvita and those jar have freezed itself. I don't know, why?
So, please look in to this matter and kindly change both jar as soon as possible.

Dear sir,
My self Bhavin Patel. I used Bournvita from last 15 years as a my daily morning neutrishing drink. I brought 500 GM refill pack at Jyoti provision Store, Opp:Pupular hotel, Bethak, Naroda, Ahmedabad before 8 month. i was transfer the refill content in to previously brought bournvita empty plastic jar and i kept the empty pack in garbage. Afterwar i found the taste of bournvita is altered. So i immdiately gaveback that bournvita to Jyoti provision stor for replacement. The shop owner told this think to your distributor person But the told that to produce the empty refill pack & i dont have that because i already thrown it to garbage which is collected by muncipality person on daily basis. So still i am not getting the relpacement for same.

So please do needful.

I Kaushik C.Patel. I used Bournvita from last 14 to15 years. I Purchased 500 GM refill pack at Bigbazzar, Himalaya Mall, Gurukul Road, Ahmedabad before 15 days ago. I destroy the repar of Bournvita & When I used the Bounvita that time I feel the taste of Bounvita is not good.So, I went to Bigbazzar & complaint to Manager of Bigbazzar, but he don't replace me Bounvita without Repar.So, I complaint to Plz. replace me Bournvita. Yesterday I feedback to your site online regarding this mattar. I want from you Plz. collect the due Bournvita from my home & check it on your Laboratry.

So please do needful.

I am devansh sanghavi, using cadbury bournvita from last 12 years but recently the 500gm pack whici i purchased from ramesh kirana, ahmedabad was consisting many[5-6] catterpiller(insect). i had registered complain on your toll free no-[protected] but till date no action has been taken so kindly see for it

Dear Bournvita Team,

I am consuming this product i guess from childhood and today I was shocked to see this particle in Bournvita packet while pouring in a bottle.

Now I really have a doubt about hygine :(. Really sad to face this.

Yesterday i had bought bournvita 500g and when i opened it then i was shocked tu see that it was not full .. I want to know the matter behind this .. How could the company do this with their customers ..

I purchased bournvita costs 110₹...and when I opened the seal the bournvita powder has less than half of the jar ...really it is not worth the price ...
